Drive up
My 8 year old son and I stopped after work to order 1 small vanilla shake, 1 large chocolate shake and a medium fry. The machine never spoke back I finally said did you get my order and I sat a couple more minutes and no one answered so I pulled forward. 2 cars in front of me and one behind me. When I got to the window I was informed I had to go back thru the line and order again. This is your error that your machine made, not mine.
Desired outcome: I believe that I should have been able to place my order at the window and served not told that if I still want something to go back around and order. I think you need to look into this and make some changes to your window policy,
Spicy chicken
I went to our local Rallys at 8601 Preston Hwy Louisville Ky 40219 at 10:15pm August 18th 2022. I order 4 double spicy chicken sandwiches and 4 double rally burgers. I was told to pull up because they were waiting on chicken. My order was brought to me and I left. I got home to eat and I realized half way through my double spicy chicken sandwich. Only to realize it was raw!🤢😡 I went back to that location to complain. I recorded the whole incident. The employee told me they have been having issues with the fryers keeping temp. That the employees knew they were supposed to double set the timer for longer cooking. Yet that didn't happen. Now I sit and wait to see if I have salmonella poisoning. I'm shook this is awful. How many other people consumed raw chicken from this location ending up with food poisoning and not knowing where it came from. All so for the 3 nights prior I ate fried veggies at home from my garden. Then I ate rallys raw chicken. So for the next 48hrs I will consume only water incase I become sick. Making it easier to pin point where the food poisoning came from.
Desired outcome: I want the employee who served me raw chicken to be reprimanded. Or the manager Chelsie to be reprimanded for failing to insure food safety standards during her shift.
Employee conduct
Your Rallys location in Adrian Mi. has 2 employee's Branden\ Brendan and Ruth when they get a customer complaint they go into social media find this person then go back into social media and harrass them on said website I don't believe this is a good business practice since they are using company computer to do this while you are paying them to do their job and not harrass customers. Thank You for your attention on this matter.
Desired outcome: Terminate this is unacceptable by an employee!!
Fries sitting for 5 min on counter
Rallys on 1514 east 10th street Jeffersonville In.
While going through drive through I sat and watched through the window my frys sitting on the counter for exactly 5 min I timed it using car clock,them I asked for my fries to be remade becase they been setting for 5 min the employee wanted to argue with me then I asked for my money back employee told me he didn't have to deal with this and left the window where I waited and another employee handed me my food not knowing what they where handing out the window.
Desired outcome: I want my money back ,and I want there to be a major retrain at this store the unprofessional and rude manner of arguing with a guest I will not tolerate.
Service at walk up window
I can't say all I wanted to say because I could only use so many characters but I was discriminated against because I have muscular dystrophy and the lady manager did not want to hear about "my pity party" as SHE called it. I ONLY GOT HALF of my order after SHE went back and forth filling orders through the drive-through. She was very rude and obnoxious. I went to get a refund because I didn't get my entire order; she threw $19 at me and said "that's all you're getting."
Desired outcome: Allow her to call me and personally apologize to me while my granddaughter is listening.

Last night I visit Walton Way Location in Augusta Ga order my food at the speaker and never received a total so I pulled up to the window after waiting for literally 15mins and the shift manager at the window said I did not get your order you need to drive back around. She started cussing and threatening my uncle , she did not take our order we tried to talk to her respectfully, I notice they was trying to pre close the store while sitting in the window. I was very upset and took my business to Krystal. I hope this complaint doesn't be taken lightly because that young lady shouldn't be cursing and yelling out the window especially if she suppose to be the manager.

First complaint, 07/13/22 at 445pm I had called and spoke with the manager 30 mint before arriving because I was driving and couldn’t use mobile app, told her about service last Friday 07/08/22 at the Belleville location by fairgrounds. Waited 20 minutes in drive they to get to order to be told wings would take 30 minutes if I wanted them? What kind of lazy leotard running this location? Then get my order that day hamburger was totally not what I ordered, ordered chicken strips and was given popcorn chicken, no wings! Then today I called ahead thinking on they can make my wings, we’ll I was told they only take 8 minutes to make, so I get there order chicken strips again and when I got them they were something out of the trash. I have a picture I am pissed then when I turned around and went back to complthey offered new ones which I are one and instantly got diarrhea. I am calling the health department tomorrow because this location is a joke and nasty.
Desired outcome: New management and my $20 reimbursed. I have pic of what they gave me it’s disgusting and very unsanitary what they are doing. I will never go to another rally’s I am very disappointed
Rally's website & online ordering delivery service
On June 24th 2022, I placed an online delivery order of food totaling $29.86 to a local Rally's claiming to be open until 4am (closing online delivery orders at 3.30am).
When time came for doordash (who does the delivery orders for Rally's however Rally's is the one who recieved my personal payment information therefore they are the sole ones responsible for refunding my money, NOT DoorDash as they would like to make you believe..) to pick up my delivery food order, I instead recieved a text from my delivery driver stating that they had no order to pick up and deliver due to the Rally's being closed. They apparently (unbeknownst to me) no longer stay open passed 9 due to low staff.
Instead of informing Rallys.com about their hour change so that they wouldn't cause any confusion and get orders they couldn't fulfill , they don't bother updating anything & continue to steal consumers money while failing to fulfill orders.
Plus they don't bother responding to any refund requests nor do they bother to respond to the Better Business Bureau either. That's both Rally's corporation as well as the local Rally's that stole my money.
I have tried multiple ways to reach them including email/filling out their complaint form twice as well as complained to Doordash who also filled out a complaint form on my behalf, tried calling & get put on hold then get a recording and hung up on, tried reaching out to the BBB, also to no avail as Rally's is avoiding then as well, and also did a transaction dispute through Cashapp which is how I paid for my order . Still nothing but silence. This is pretty much my last ditch effort as after this IDK what else to do & pretty much give up.
I have all the proof that I did not receive my food, that Rally's (NOT ME!) cancelled my order. I have screenshots of the text messages from my Doordash driver, from Doordash support sayin' it's Rally's responsibility to refund me and them filling out a complaint form on my behalf, the Cash app transaction dispute, reaching out to BBB, as well as my receipt showing I paid in full for my order that never had any hope of being fulfilled .. and the fact that it's now been 16 days since a refund has been initiated by cash app . This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! It should NOT take nearly an entire MONTH to recieve a simple refund from a well known merchant.
This isn't some small shady business.. This is FN RALLYS FFS! Get it together, Rally's! This seriously makes me NEVER want to order from you guys ever again and I WAS a huge loyal customer! So was my husband and friends and family... Not anymore , not after this BS!
Desired outcome: Immediate FULL refund of $29.86!!

I was standing at window for 10-15 minutes, the girl Priscilla walked up and turned away from me she saw me and my husband didn't say a word just kept her back to me the whole time for about 10 mins. I was standing there waiting for anyone to come up or just to see someone for almost 5-10mins. The customer in drive-thru left she walked to the back and like 2-3 minutes later she comes up to the Window she opens it doesn't say a word I tell her it's a pick up who it's for she slams the window walks away. Never once did she say anything. She got my order ready and she opened the window I grabbed it she slammed it again. Visited CHECKERS the Glen cnr orpen & Lois Oadene JHB, received a voucher at work via money market bought some staff when I got to the till I showed the lady who was assist me named by Khululiwe Mazibuko that I have a voucher, redeemed the voucher and showed her the voucher numbers that was send to me to purchase she did her TRANSACTION and ask me to put the numbers on the till she told me my code is invalid and I showed her my money market balance voucher but still she couldn't help me ended up paying to avoid arguments then as I walk out I saw a group of ladies standing in group chatting then I ask for a supervisor, I don't remember the name of a supervisor but she was dark with dreadlocks, explained the situation sent me to the at money market named iris madayi but still I couldn't get any help the lady just said she doesn't know how to do this and ask me to stand on the side to assist other customers she will attend me once she is done with other customers as if I'm not a customer as well, move back to the lady who sent me to her and tell her that your staff says she doesn't know how to do this and the lady ask me to follow her she ask me to show her the code which I did, she did the TRANSACTION loading on the gift card and it was successful after wasting my time with the staff that doesn't know want is their service for brand to assist customers I find it strange cos it's was not my first time using money market voucher from the same store but this time I got the most horrible service I expected from the Glen CHECKERS I don't ever I will go there or recommended the Glen mall CHECKERS for shopping

On May 5 I received a text message from my boss containing an atachment which said OPEN IMMEDATELY. The atachment is a recording from front and back facing cameras and an adult video featuring transgender adults while hes touching himself in bed. He claims his phone was hacked and was being extorted for $1000 and the adult video wasnt the video he was actually watching but never told people in his contacts not to open any text from him.
Desired outcome: I don't think he should be allowed to continue working at our store. This can not be unseen and believe its inappropriate even if he never wanted anyone to see it.

On 4/8/2022 at 12:09 pm I when to checkers located 450 nw 42 Ave, miami. fla 33126 and did an online purchase. They didn't have the order that I requested, I ask if I could have something else even if it was of less value, they said no. They didn't give me my refund or the food and could not cancel the order. I've been calling since 4/8/2022 to the [protected] number and always give me a new excuse about the refund total 28.87.
Desired outcome: I want my refund. That is straight up taking peoples money.

I was at the charlotte, mi rallys location. I ordered my combo and noticed it was over a dollar more than it should have been. I inquired about this and a gentleman said I ordered it medium sized, which I did not. I asked the girl at the window why it was not at menu price and she that it automatically rings up at medium size, which is not the menu price. I wouldn't normally complain but this happens to me almost every time I go to this location. This is not only illegal but bad business practice. As a business owner I understand the importance of up selling, I do it myself, but not without the customers consent.
Desired outcome: i don't want anything for nothing, i just want to pay for what i actually want
