rude manager..
Yesterday I came thru checkers drive thru in California Md and ordered two number eleven (swiss mushroom meals) I asked that my orders be made a certain way with the sauce on the side.. once we got back to work and checked orders they were wrong.. we called the store and spoke to a female asking for the manager she told us he was busy, she took our names down and told us to come back.. we went there today and the male manager said he was working yesterday and didn't know about the incident and was very rude wouldn't help us.. he said if we didn't have receipt we couldn't get a replacement meal.. he wouldn't even check to see if name wad written down.. he slammed window shut and just walked away and left us sitting in car..
This is the first time I hag a problem with this store.. we accidentally threw receipt away with bag.. pleas fix this problem... the meal wasn't cheap and we don't enjoy it

I ordered off the 2 for $5 I got a big chicken deluxe and a spicy double only tomato and mustard, and a chicken bite box . This girl once we got to the window, and repeated our order 4 times, she couldn't get the fact I handed her all one's for payment, acted like she didn't know what to do. We get home, 35 min away and our sandwiches were completely backwards, the fries chicken were ate on the way home and were soggy, barely warm, and taste like old fish grease. I have come here a lot in tge past and have never had this problem! I'm afraid this has detoured me from frequenting here. These new crew members need to be better trained.
cheated out of cash after returning for a refund.
Upon arriving in the Drive-Thru, I ordered a Deep Sea Double and a small Milkshake. My total was $7.40. I gave the woman exact change. After pulling away from the window, I checked my sandwich and noticed it appeared to be a hamburger with lots of ketchup and a cold bun. I made a u-turn and returned. When I approached the window, a man came to the window and I asked if I could just receive a refund for my sandwich. He then called the woman back to the window and she reached over, took the bag from me, and gave me three dollars back. I asked her, how much was the fish? she stated, it was 2.97, I gave you three dollars and that's all you're getting. The man stood near her and did not say a word. I was not comfortable with causing a scene so I did not argue with her. I then drove away. After being about a block away I noticed I still had the milk shake. I am not happy knowing I paid 4 dollars and some change for a small milkshake. There was not a receipt attached to the bag so I am not sure if my order was actually recorded on the register. That Rally's can keep that money because there is no way possible I will EVER return. Rally's has just lost a customer.
The Rally's is located on Little Mack in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Great customer service Rally's. I AM DONE!
2 big chicken deluxe/ 1 plain american burger
This is for the Rosedale location in Maryland. I usually don't make complaints. But this is the 3rd time in a very spaced out amount of time, of coming to this location and paying for food that I am not receiving. Have check number 20036 at 12:16 pm. My order was wrong when getting home. I'm as working mom of 3. I grabbed something quick so that I could drop off and head back out. My deluxe chicken sandwiches were plain. No tomato or cheese. I asked for a plain american cheese burger. It had all toppings. This is such a disappointment considering were new to this area and checkers is usually a family favorite. Each time has been a complaint waste of money. Very disappointing.

I called in can't remember the date i got to checkers at 443p left at 534p i had the worse customer service i had bad service there before but this was the worse it was two employees without uniforms the cashier on the hot side had a real bad attitude i didn't get a apology for the long wait or my food for being wrong this was the location on broad st mobile al 36603
4 for $3 meal deal
I live in Adrian Mi the local TV advertises a cheese double in your 4, for 3 meal deal nowhere on the TV ad does it say Ohio resturants only or participating restaurant only went to Rally's on us 223 in Adrian specifically to get a cheese double and was told it not on the menu why advertise it without saying it is at limited locations I eat at Rally's at least once a week and was very disappointed today don't know if I will be back
poor service, old grease
store#4194 flint mi 4455 corunna rd 48532 never change their grease its worse than the water up here fries, chicken, fish same old grease rude AF no hair nets or gloves. poor service waste of a lunch hour and money. wouldn't take my dog their ...worst bunch of people you can find in the city to work their. anything fried is so bad they wouldn't eat it on fear factor..

I have been getting the new buttery steak burgers for me and my daughter but they never are made right. There are always items missing and I've tried calling and no one ever answers the phone. Your walk in lobby hasn't been clean in a while and smells like freezer burnt meat cooking.
I am sad to say I will not visit again.
very rude customer service from drive thru personnel
Upon ordering more food (an add-on) he rudely cut my daughter off in mid sentence and him and another person on the background was mocking her and laughing. I told her to leave because he was very rude and when we drove past the girl at the pick up window was smirking at us. They are very rude and if they dont like their jobs maybe they should find a different one. We really wanted the 4 for $3 deals but we took our business somewhere else. Rallys lost a $15 sale tonight. Also we probably wont visit that location anymore.
not receiving my medium drink with my number 6 meal
going through the drive through at the adrian, mi rally located on us 223 i ordered two 4 for 3 meals and one #6 chicken sandwich meal for 13. bucks and change (no receipt by the way?) they gave me my two 4 for 3 meal drinks but not my medium drink for my #6 meal when we got home we realized they we had not received my drink I called the restaurant and they said that they would replace my drink if i would come back, now lets think about this i should drive 15 minutes wasting my time and gas plus the food would be cold to get a drink i already paid for and for their mistake! where is the im sorry Ill give you something for your inconvenience besides a sorry? she did say that they were changing out the drink machine at the time and just couldn't give me the drink so they let us leave without it? smart? good business? good customer service? NO! I need a response from Rallys or you lose a customer!

My name is terry I am the manager of a company 5 miles up the rode from rally's store number 9123, I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs they charged me extra for the cheese and I got all the way back to work and had no cheese in it, I called up there a girl answered the phone than refused to tell me her name told me the manager was busy and she refused to put me on hold to talk to him I go there all the time for my 5 employees I will never again go to a rally's with that type of rude customer service and for charging me for something they did not give me if I did this at my company my district manager would be pissed especially if my employees talked to people the way she did she tried at the end to say her name was laqueda and I don't believe it but she ruined all of my business and I would appreciate my dollar back for the cheese I paid for and did not receive
boneless wings
this is ridiculous Birmingham al. 1st Ave no. Location barely any sauce on the wings absolutely horrendous and tastes like burned oil and hard as a rock. Will never go to any rallys again . And I would advise anyone who was thinking about going to a rally's and spending your hard earned money purchasing anything to not do it. Just take my experience as a result of the service and quality of food they are offering.
This is part 2 of my complaint is ordered the beefzilla and what I got was disgraceful first they gave me the wrong burger then I got it don't know what this is and I spent 28 dollars never again rallys Birmingham al. 1st Ave no. Or any rallys people please don't go to rallys

I've made stops at Mayfield, oh and Cleveland, oh location due to advertise stackers but every time I want to try one they don't have any or the kind I want at decent hours and then to be stuck in the drive-thru can't get out until the car or cars in front of me let me out so yeah it's frustrating because not only am I burning gas sitting here waiting to be let out but I also didn't get what I pulled in for!
my entire meal
I ordered 38.44 worth of food on 7/28/2017 @ 7:36 pm. Ana E. located at store #4099. I ordered the 2 for 5 buttery bacon burgers, the bacon on the sandwich looked like burnt ground beef. I ordered 2 orders of tacos with onions which were dropping grease and made my taco shell mushy/ soft . I ordered the 10 piece barbecue chicken which were burnt and dried out. I ordered 1 large fries which taste old and I ordered 4 of your 4 for 3 meals I specifically asked for easy ice in all the drinks. The drinks was filled to the top with ice which in return we were drinking water, the fries were old and they completely forgot to even put the apple pies in all the 4 for 3 . The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I've. Asked in my complaint twice, the first person that took my complaint on 7/28/17 did not even submit my complaint. Upon calling back I was told that someone should be reaching me within 24 hrs. It's going on 36 hrs and I still have not received an email or phone call pertaining what happen. I am a mother of three trying to pay for college, I don't have money to waist.
the service from the drive thru staff and the kitchen staff
First of all my family and I come here because we like the food there but the staff there are terrible. they are rude, they always have an ugly attitude, it's just terrible. The last time we went there they took 17 mins. just to take my order and I there was nobody in front of us. Then finally when I went to the window to pay, i asked them what to them so long and thier answer was "Why didn't you just leave if you were such in a rush?" So I told them "you're right!" And i left. The next couple of times after that, they actually forgot thing in our order on both times. But today I had it which it is 8/2/17 @6:30 p.m today it's the last time in going there. The lady in the drive thru was EXTREMELY... EXTREMELY RUDE! So I got off the car, i went to the window inside the restaurant, and the drive thru lady had a ridiculously ugly attitude with me, and so did the kitchen staff when I told them "it's always the same stuff at this location" This is at the corner of McKinley and Grape RD. in Mishawaka IN. As much as I love the food I will NEVER go back there again! And i will be happy to tell people what my experience was at Rally' s. I hope someone can do something about it and take matter of the situation. P.S the store is always dirty and nasty inside and outside.
missing food
Hey guys I love eating here I'm not really mad or anything just a little sad cause I ordered the BBQ bones less wings after seeing it online and when I got home that's the one item they missed lol. It's only like 3 bucks so if you could hook it up and either refund or give a coupon or even better and hook it up with more food that would be cool. Again you guys are the best I I love your food and I usually don't go out of my way to complain cause I usually catch any missing items, but tonight it just so happens I didn't check the entire order and got charged for food I didn't receive. Thanks again and your food rocks👍🏽

On Friday, July 28, 2017 around about 7:40 pm, I went to Rally's in Newport News, VA to take advantage of the coupons that I had received in the mail. I was going to purchase the double cheeseburger combo, as well as some other items off of the menu for my family that night. When I approached the drive-thru I noticed that there were two cars in front of me, and there were three people at the walk-up. I decided to go through drive-thru. The first car in line, seemed to have six different orders. It took them about 20 minutes to just order. Once the second car pulled up, there was a wait to take the order (about another 20 minutes). It started to rain. When someone FINALLY came to the speaker, guest placed order, and the "cashier" repeated everything four times. He seemed to not understand how the order was being placed. The speaker was loud, but the cashier seemed a little muffled as well. Once I got to the speaker, I noticed that there were two cars awaiting the window, and no one at the walk-up. I was immediately greeted, informed the cashier (which at this time was a female voice) that I had a coupon, and placed my order. When I got to the drink, I was cut off, and she stated "You are going to have to hold on". At this time, I became furious, drove off, and took my business elsewhere.
I am certain that this particular location (Newport News, Va) was understaffed that night, and the crew that was in there was furious, as well as tired. I do get that. Maybe it is time for either a job fair to hire more people, or just have another manager work on the busy nights. You all do send out coupons. I am familiar at the fact that this location does not get that busy, BUT on payday nights, as well as the week of military paydays, there should be more experienced, and more workers on the line. I would hate to see this location fail, as to the next closest location is in Hampton, Va. Maybe there needs to be some team rallies, or perks for the crew to keep them motivated. Not sure what you have to do, but something needs to be done, and soon.
Thank you in advance for looking into this, and when I have a full day to do nothing, I would love to come back and actually enjoy a meal.

We pull into rally's drive through and they only had one lane open the other was [censor] so we patiently waited for our turn we then start to say our order and the lady wasent understanding what we was saying so I calmly said it again and she said quit yelling in my ear and I said I'm sorry I didn't yell and she said well I don't have to take my order and I said yeah you do and she said no I don't and I didn't argue with her after that but I was about to put my car in park and not move but I was the bigger person and just went to McDonald's I'm sorry y'all lost my business because I was really excited to try your food for the first time but I'll never go back bc of what happened

We went to Rally's in Granite City, Illinois. The drive thru was full both lanes! So the lady comes on and everyone in the inter lane is told they have to the other side! That ment you have to exit Rally's then renter all over! The cats in front of me was mad, I was quite upset my self! So I stopped at asked for manager! Her name Jessica. I asked why they just would block it off instead of causing all the commotion. All she could say was sorry I told her I was calling corporate and add I was driving away she yelled out [censor] YOU! And she is a manager! I'm just flabbergasted that she's in a management position!

I went to Rally in Arnold Missouri July 26, 2017 12:40 am and ordered a medium Big Buford combo with Sprite and two mushroom and swiss burgers didn't receive any receipt and my burgers were not done. I live in lemay mo. I got home and started eating and noticed my food was not done so I took a pic and then had to go any cool my burger longer to make it edible.
