mozzarella sticks and chicken wings
I ordered the mozzarella fries and some angry buffalo wings. The mozzarella sticks were like rubber. None of them were edible. They were tough and hard to chew. The wings were not cooked thoroughly and could not be eaten. My girlfriend lost her appetite and started feeling sick. Overall the food was horrible. We were only able to eat some of the fries and they were cold.

Hello I went to rally's just on a spare of the moment type of night around 9 and I place the order get to the window the girl tells me my total and I pay with a card needed change so I asked her for some change she rudely took the money and just gave me my change I say thank you she doesn't say anything so that's what further tells me she has an attitude anyways she proceeds to give me my drinks I drink the lemonade it's watered down by this time I'm just ready to leave so I place the drink back on the window to wait until she returns when she does she says "what's the this" and I told her the drink she made me It's watered down and I just don't want anything but my food at this point words get exchanged she hands me my food which I order wing meal and a burger meal I checked my food all seemed okay until I started to eat my food to realize she gave me half wings and half boneless I do not know if you guys ran out of wings but the service was pathetic and this is my first time in many years coming here but as a food service manager at the zoo for 10 plus years I just really felt like she gave everybody in the food service business a bad rep not only did I not want a refund I just will not ever go back it's ridicolous if all this attitude was simply because I asked for change I would rather her tell me she couldn't give it to me in a polite way I'm not happy at all and couldn't wait until the morning to call you which I still might to make sure this is addressed

Kimberly was the "so-called" manager... My order was taken.. Repeated back and all... Ok thought it was going to be fine. I get to the window and i'm quoted 2 prices... Mind you there was no one else in the line
All I ordered was the 2 for $3 mushroom and swiss burger and fish sandwich one apple pie, and a value fry. Which should have been around$5 something
She said 4.23 paid her then she said $5.88 😨😱 I said no... Why?
She instantly got upset with me like I took the order she didn't even attempt to hide her anger, hostility and frustration flailing her arms around and talking in a very rude tone of voice. Made me become upset I already have high blood pressure. I didn't appreciate feeling that abuse from her and she's lucky I didn't have my granddaughter come to see her. I remained professional while she couldn't. And I don't work there. Very rude attitudes from them all. If they dont wanna do the job then leave!
Will never return. On top of that the food was old cold and nasty very greasy fish too hard to chew. I mean good lord I want my money back

I work next door to this location so I eat here five days a week sometimes every single time I go to this location it takes forever to get my order taken and then it takes forever to get my food delivered and I'm just like does it really have to take over 20 30 minutes to just make a Checkers order. so today I go over there and it's taking the longest it's ever taken to put my order in to the point where I'm going to lock up my store and just go to Burger King daily if that's what I need to do like it's just crazy
big buford and fries
I purchase a Big Buford and when I got home opened the wrapping to eat. I remove the top bun to remove the tomatoe hair was inside the meat looked small dry dark like it was fried to long and been sitting for a while.the fries dry hard I couldn't eat either.but I also bought 1 buttery steak on bun and 2 pies. I was asked to pull around and they would bring it to me. 20 min later I walked up only to be handed cold food and a reply of "I can't do anything about that sir.

Hi my name is Jarrell Murray and today I visited Rally's Burger on Manchester and Crenshaw . I spent $26 worth of food keep in mind I live all the way across town. So when I got home I noticed that two of my Burgers did not have a burger Patty's on them I was so upset. So I called the location and told the lady my situation. She responded by laughing and told me her bad and told me to come back down there I told her you guys are are really far away from me. So then she said well there's nothing we can do and just hung up in my face so I was even more outraged. Hello, we came to the rally's in Lexington by Richmond road and when we ordered the lady was very rude to us. We asked for a 2 small coke and she charged us for a 2 mediums and when we opened burgers has no sauce and we asked for sauce. We had ordered 4 chicken burgers and 2 small drinks. I would like a return. I really didn't like the way they treated us at rally's as if we were not a paying customer. I ordered a kids plain hot dog meal and a spicy chicken meal. I saw that my hot dog had mustard and ketchup on it and I was dissatisfied so I went and ask the cashier kimberly politely if she could make me a new one plain she refuse and said no that is not her problem or fault. I said I how not she said that's how they come I said well I said a plain hot dog so is it okay if I can get another one she refused had the worst attitude and said no I can buy another one so I ask politely to receive a refund because my son would not be able to eat his food and that is not what I order none of the food was are or touched she refused and so no I can't give you a refund because that's not my problem about your food I said I am not going to eat this food and I would like my money back she said no I asked to speak to manager she said I am the manager and I make the rules so you can't get your money back. I asked what her name was and that i was going to report her she said i dont care my name is on the reciept have a nice day. I work in customer service and I know that I have the right to getting my money back or order fixed I received neither one and a horrible experience and service.

On July 10, 2017 I Laen Greenlee proceeded thru drive thru to place an order. I ordered the. Number1 big buford add bacon and please make it large at the Belleville Illinois location. I paid the cashier approximately 9 dollars and some odd cents. Once I got my order, Everything was old/ or out dated. So I asked for hot fries. The cashier brought supposedly hot fries I assumed. I drove off I got about five blocks away, started eating my burger...very dissatisfied. Then reached for a fry and pulled out something that looks like chewing gum.OMG I got sick instantly and made my way back to the location. Once I got there It appeared to me that the workers already knew that they had gave me the shaft because I wanted hot fries. I want to know what this is in my food etc. ...

My mom brought me a sandwich for lunch and it was really under cooked. I took a bite and looked down and it made me sick. I called the store and all they can do for me since they didn't give my mom a recipt is give me another sandwich. NO THANKS. And now even with a picture they still can't do anything? This makes NO SENSE. I work in fast food as well and would never treat a guest like this.

lack of printers and slow computers
You staff I'd great the food is awesome. Please send them better computers and printer to the store on Cleveland Ave and Oakland park in Columbus Ohio. They are struggling because they have no printers and the computers are slow but the food is still hot. so, where's my chicken?
I drive myself all the way down to checkers and find myself ordering a chicken bites box. So, chicken bites and some fries is what I expected, right? I check the bag to make sure my order is right, and I drive home. After getting home I open the box and start to separate the fries and the chicken bites they decided to put into the same box. All done. End of it all, I see myself with nearly triple the amount of fries than chicken bites. About 7 chicken bites in the entire box. What is this Checkers!? I was the only one in line!

I had a coupon for 4 rally burgers with cheese for 4$. the cashier told us, u needed to purchase another item to get coupon. It didnt say that on the coupon at all. so how is that fair? she gave us an attitude. we purchased a small drink and fries. when we pulled up, the cashier didnt smile. she looked like she didnt want to be there. she told us to park, then when the food was ready. An employee on a smoke break, brought us our food. Both an employees didnt have their shirts tucked in. we also didnt get a receipt. Thank you in advance.

I pulled up to this location and was told that I couldn't get a Oreo cookie stacker because the ice cream machine was down for the night because they were getting ready to close in a minute. I made the comment that I thought they were open until five am so what time do they actually close? The little remedial guy who was working drive through told me like 4:30, it was 3:15! I was really pissed at this point because the whole time I am speaking to the guy someone is in the back ground telling him to stop explain and tell me I can't have any ice cream. Needless to say I will not be back at rally's, ever! If that is the way a company hires people who treat people, paying customers that way... I will pass and spend my money anywhere else but at this company. I am so disappointed with the way I treated and talked to. Hell if the person in the back ground had it their way I would have been told no and the headset turned off if they would have been on the drive through instead of the little guy who didn't even think quick enough to come up with a better answer to my statement of them closing at five and not in a few minutes... To be in formed that a few minutes was really over an hour and forty five minutes from the time I was told.

Pulled up to your Rally's located at 6710 West Florissant at 1:08 am to place an order and was told I had to wait 10-15 minutes because the computers were resetting and to back off so the timer was not recording the time. Backed up and waited 15 minutes and pulled back up to then be told the apologize but they had no meat at all! I find it hard to believe that there was no meat; beef, chicken or hotdogs that are all on the menu, nowhere in the store.

I wanted to know I just ordered 4 mushroom and swiss burgers at the Rallys on wabash in Terre haute. Do you guys put the sauce in the outside of the burger now? Because these were and I ordered 4large fries didnt get one of them.I called up there and they refused to replace my order. workers are rude
I live in Lexington KY and have visited the Rally's on Richmond Rd. The workers can be rude at times. My husband stopped by there on 6/26/17. When he pulled up to order he was told to look over the menu and would take his order in a second. After several minutes a car pulled up on the other side and the worker asked to take their order. Mind you my husband has been waiting for several minutes. He pulled up to the window to see what was wrong. The worker asked the other one did she take his order and she said no. When my husband explained that no one took his order she said "well I'm here now. He was very upset and just drove off. All of them need to be fired. We have had so many things go wrong.
my hamburgers are always cold and they use old oil to cook food in for the customers. and there men pissing on the building and it stinks.
The address to the rallys is 636 lomb ave s.w. birmingham alabama.somethings needs to be done about this. i prefer to go to the rallys at 1420 31st street s.w. birmingham alabama. the lomb ave location needs to cleaned to make the appearance of the store welcoming. do you all prefer not to have good business at this location. it needs a whole do over. it is very nasty around the building. i won't go back to this location anymore. until you all clean it up. make sure there are no one pissing on the exterior of the building. if i don't get a response. i will call just because it is in the black neighborhood doesn't mean it should look the way it does. it can use some fresh paint, the seating area should be replaced.
