before my mother had passed away, work was done for completing our family tree. My grandmother's father was tracked, that yielded proof of his cherokee heritage. this was shared for the registing of my mother and her childern, yet additional hurdles were placed. Request for the death certificate for my Great Grandfather was made, which proved somewhat difficult, due to his migration to the west coast. Past the struggles and attempts to register our family, we have submitted three different times, that resulted with our packets closed, and only finding out why after closeout. we comply with what has been asked and then the target is moved once again.

She fired a gun into her mothers door of her home and than went to her daughter in laws Kasie Major and shot her trailer door full of bullets. Samantha threaten to kill Kasie if she turned her in she has text messages prove of her threats.

She has threaten to beat her mother and has gotten in her face and threaten to kill her also.

She has restraining orders on her, but found out her mother and Kasie are to afraid to go to authorities due she may kill them.

Martha Turman, Samantha mother has told her she has to move from her property and no longer claim her as a daughter. Samantha has lost her mind and is on drugs. She sells drugs as being told.

Samantha has taken her top off and shakes her boobs at her grandkids and sometimes bust into their trailer at all times of the night and wake kids up yelling and screaming at them. She stays drunk and on drugs.

I felt I needed to report this as I am afraid if something isn't done Samanta will end up killing someone. She is mentally unstable, and I fear for her family as well as her hurting herself. Called Cherokee Nation Marshall service and they said you have to file with Attorney General Office in Tahlequah ok. I don't have a vehicle to drive up there and this is the only way I am able to make a complaint. I pray someone will take this serious as there are children and a elder that don't need this abuse.

I thought casinos wasn’t allowed to set machines so certain people can win!? Now regardless of what you say or what your employees at the Sallisaw casino say, I’ve seen this happen to often! There is one man named Tony Vendor that comes in Sallisaw casino and no matter what machine he sits at after about the 4th spin it’s red screen after red screen and he always walks out with no less than 3,000 dollars, on 3/16/22 he was playing 2 dollar polar , I had been there most of the day and I’d played it and others had played, never really got anything but when I left at around 2:40pm he had 6,000 dollars on that machine and this was just today! This may not seem like big deal but it’s very unfair and there are several people I’ve heard talk about this! Including myself! It’s not right and it should not be happening!

I have been in an out of the E.R. with complaints of lighting pain in my stomach running around my back. I made staff aware I had been experiencing muscle cramps, fatigue, nausea and alot of pain . When I pulled my medical records this was not noted anywhere. On 1-31-19 I was in the E.R.my mother Audra Littlefield she was present. I came in with complaints of lighting pain in my abdomen, nausea, near fainting, and pain. The nurse came around to check on me . My mother pulled her aside an told her I was actively dying. An not to address the cancer an to find some little thing wrong with me and send me home. She stated to the nurse that hospital staff was aware that I had cancer and at the request of my mother Not to address my cancer or diagnose me .In fact this nurse should of notified a supervisor.
In fact they came back an said I had a bowel infection an discharged me. Once in the car I asked my mother what was going on? I told her I heard and what she said . She denied any statement . On 2-6-19 I end up in Pryor Hillcrest .I was transferred to Hillcrest Tulsa where I informed the staff I needed to be checked for cancer. They did labs an x ray an then had a R.N. an put in a pic line . Nurse exp[lained she was also looking for the cancer an the she was looking for black spots an could tell if I was inendated.Sergery staff came to meet me. They discussed taking me to ICU an that I was being looked at for sergoery. Staff said I was a stage 4 cancer.That I was inented an not a canidate for sergory.I was then moved to what they called the 2nd floor and discharged process began .
This is illegal. AN medical records do not reflect my complaints correct .

Once you send the advance amount they start showing there fraud business by telling that company not accepting at that price and then they also say that quantity by you is very less take more quantity also rates would be 40/- excess from the price been quoted .
Any how Mr:Mahesh kumar who is the MD of this company himself is the biggest fraud in tirrupur.
So kindly keep note of this company in future before making any transaction.
His account had been regestired in trade India account from where you will find that no telephone numbers are working.
Even manufacturing address is also fraud one.
Whenever you get in touch with this company kindly just ask them they are working for which company brands they would just say for pantaloons, lifestyle, Cherokee etc only for exports purpose which again inturn is a fraud based details.
Already the company is running in loss and for that matter its doing this kind of fraud to all.
