lubricants oil and gas additive
I would like to bring the public’s attention of Chevron Lubricants oil that is made out of Richmond Ca, and other plants across the US and overseas and how consumers are cheated in the oil that they market. Supreme, Havoline, RacePro, Calco, and Oriley’s motor oil are all the same oil. The name on the Certificate of Analysis is changed but it is all the same oil. It comes from the same tank of a particular grade and when a customer orders a particular brand they change the brand name with the same oil. Pay more or less depending on the name. They call it rebranding more like you got fooled. They also recycle flush oil to be remade into product again and they do this with most of their oil including DELO and most of the turbines oil. They have been getting away with fooling consumers and rigging the system for a long time now and I think it's time they became transparent so people know what they are buying versus what is being advertised. The management working in the research lab would joke and laugh about it saying it’s pigsy dust as long as the public is not informed. How many years have they gotten away with this? A lot. Maybe it’s Chevron that’s why the government doesn’t care? But when one is advertised different when it’s actually the same, what happened to marketing laws? They put a tracer on the Havoline product so they know to charge more for that particular brand name. They put 0.003 percent magnesium as a tracer and say that it has added detergent when in fact 0.003 percent does nothing it’s basically nil, it does nothing for the engine. Also the Techron that they claim to enhance their fuel is basically just a cleaning additive which has an EXXON product as a component. Any other company would get sued, Chevron gets away with it. RacePro is the least expensive of the same oil to most expensive Supreme and Havoline. I work in the laboratory and production, I'm instructed to including the generation of Certificate of Analysis.

On July 15th around 940am I was at the 501 Glendale Blvd Los Angeles CA 90026 location getting gas. I tried using my credit card but canceled the transaction because payment was not going through...so I went inside...there was a gentlemen named Meah..the only person working there at the time...I asked him to put $20 in pump number 8...he asked me why are you putting $20 with an attitude, i informed him because that's how much I wanted and asked him if he was giving me attitude...he then just blew up on me and told me to go away and called me a "piece of [censor]" ...verbatim! I was appalled and I worked in customer service before and even if I was annoyed towards a customer I never gave an attitude or any state of mind that resembles hostility because I was in customer service nor call the customer "a piece of [censor]" Meah should not be in customer service like this... Again headquarters needs to do something about this and I intend to keep calling cooperate until they resolve this unnecessary behavior from a disgruntled employee.

I notice him, he say I charge $2.29. Pictures are attached. I buy gas on card the price is $1.93/gal but when swip the gift card the price on screen $2.20. I spend too much time and and go many times to cashier to solve the problem. After that the juice price issue occurs.

My name is Dawn Reynolds and I live in Henderson, Nevada.
On June 24, 2017, I put Chevron mid grade into my Infinity. Location is S Eastern Ave and Horizon Ridge, Henderson, NV. On Wednesday, June 28, 2017, my car was hesitant and died in an intersection, while I was taking my children to school. I had the vehicle towed to the mechanic's and he diagnosed bad gas, it had oil and another chemical in the gas. Yet with draining the gas, the engine still not working properly. I have had my car towed, for the second time, back to the mechanic's shop to be looked at and worked on again because of the bad gas.
I am a single mother with two children, and I can't afford to lose time from work, or be without transportation. The cost of having this fixed will be extremely expensive, which I am unable to afford. I would appreciate reimbursement for the costs on my vehicle, and to have payment for the upcoming cost, which can be paid directly to the mechanic's shop when completed.

On 06/07/17, I stopped at this gas station to purchase some fuel. I selected pump #5. This pump was completely CAKED in dead bugs. I went in the Chevron station to buy gas, and the only visible person in there was a lady behind the counter busy on her smart phone. I told her I wanted to buy gas and she immediately gave a nasty, snappy and rude attitude at me. I needed to buy the gas, so I held my myself together, but as I left I let her know she needed to fix her attitude. I don't think she really cared. I will never go there again as long as she is working there. But I can see why the station was empty, because of her rudeness towards the customers.
poor customer service
6/2/2017, I spoke with a Manager Yuranys asking for a credit letter showing a 0 balance emailed to me so I could save my mortgage loan. It was of an urgent matter, had made my payment 2 days prior. She was unable to help me and I have been a member since 1983, never late always paying in full each month. I will be writing to the President of Chevron which she refused to provide a name.
chevron didn't give me 4 gallons for what I paid?
I just pumped gas on my car. I usually always go to this gas station in normandie and melrose Los Angeles and it always gives me the right amount, but for some reason I pumped 15 dollars which was suppose to give me 4 gallons and my gas level didn't go up besides two lines, so I'm wondering why or how is that possible if it was at 3.49 it should have gone more. On Sunday 5/21/2017 at about 10:35 am I went the Chevron at 6779 Crater Lake Hwy in White City Oregon. When I arrived there was 1 car at the pumps and 1 attendant.
I was waiting about 3 minutes when another car pulled in and when the attendant finished with the car he was helping he went straight to the car that just pulled in. When he finally came to my car I brought it to his attention that I was there before the other car and was told "You don't need to be rude" and he appeared ready yo argue so I asked for my Chevron card back and as he gave it back he said "good, go get your gas somewhere else!"
I have been a card holder and customer for over 40 years and have never had a problem at any of your stations.
The station I mentioned in White City I have been going to for over 11 years on a regular basis.

On Wednesday 4-26-17, I went to Chevron at 3760 Imperial in Inglewood, CA 90303, and cashed in a $10 lottery ticket. I placed the $10 in the machine and pressed for a $3 dollar ticket and 2 $1 tickets and I am. It quite sure if it was a 5 dollar ticket or 3 due to the fact I forgot and the ticket did not dispense. I notified the cashier who asked me to return tomorrow, as he had no access to the machine, and they would be able to give it to me or return my money-once they figured out the ticket was stuck. I could not return the following day, as I am a college student and full time worker and had class, but I returned the next day and a Rosa stated, she checked it and there was no ticket to come back. I came back the following week, she was not there, and the same cashier said wait to speak with her. I had weeks of school year reports and finals and made it back today [protected] at 4:30 pm and she was there. I asked her did she ever find my ticket and she got a real bad attitude and said I have a 5 a 10 and another one- I interjected that I came and said that my money was lost and I was not sure if it was -she interrupted and said look it wasn't there maybe the machine issued it late or somebody got it. I reminded her that she told me to come back and everytime it's he same deal. I would not keep returning if it was not a lost for me she got loud on the store and I walked away to fill out my lotto slips and said I hope I win, due to you taking my money, I'm not broke and it won't break me but you are hollering at me like I'm lying and I wouldn't keep coming up here if I was lying. She proceeded to open the machine to explain how it worked and I refused to look. I continued filling out my form and walked to the counter-as another problem ensued, prior to me filling out my slips, by another cashier-whose name I did not get. I cashed in the ticket from the last visit and he gave me the money and I said oh I wanted another ticket he said, "How was I suppose to know that?" I told him, "You never asked me, either?" They both were rude and discourteous! Rosa not only yelled at me she yelled in front of other customers so I asked her, "Who can I contact to make a complaint about you?" She told me to contact the lottery. I explained I don't need to contact-she interrupted me again and said contact them, look on the machine- I said I want to make a complaint on you, she said look on the window for the store information I asked her would the information be there she said yes. I looked there was no information. I went back in the store asked her her shift hours and for the store information and she said here is a receipt rudely. I want to complain in this employee for being rude, inconsiderate and belittling me in front of people as if I was wrong. I'm not trying to get rich. I have been in your store plenty of times, I will take the lost, but what I will not take is being yelled at, called a liar and refused a refund or replacement when the employee explained and told her that the situation had occurred. If I recall correctly she was rude that day as well. I have waited patiently for her to investigate and she said that it wasn't a $3 dollar ticket when I told her that the $3 ticket was one I had purchased as well and I was unsure. She said she would know once she checked and when she did there was not ticket there. My lost, I get it but she needs training on her ethics and people skills.

I had made a visit at Chevron gas station 10404 Portland Ave E, Tacoma, WA 98445 on May 7th 2017 as I was pumping my gas I notice the pump was leaking gas on the ground so I stopped pumping as I pulled the pump handle out of the tank it started spraying gas everywhere on my car all over the ground and none of it made it into my tank.. I proceed to tell the Cashier working at the time that her pump was not working she stated that she hasn't had any problems or complaints with that tank and that she cant do nothing about it. I just wanted my money refunded back for the gas that I purchased was all over the ground and the pump to be closed for any one else that might use it. ( which for the whole time I was there she proceed to mop the floor inside the building instead of even looking at the pump and seeing what was happening, or close the pump at all. A customer in the store at the time came out and looked at it and went back in to tell the cashier that there is a hole in the pump and it all over outside ) and than she refused to call the owner till I walked out the building to grab my kid from the car that had gas all over my tank and tire for I was scared of her safety of sitting in the vehicle with gasoline on it. She never while I was at the store even cared to take a look at what I was talking about so I took photos of the pump and the gas on the ground and my car. Today May 9th 2017 called to speak about the situation again and was told by another cashier claiming to be a manager that i'm in over my head and will never get refunded and that he will call me when he wants and that she later that night looked at the pump and the ground and said that I lied about it, and no gas was ever on the ground for I have photos with proof of the pump with a leak and it on my car tank and near my tires on the ground. she still denied a way of me reaching the actual owner and proceed to tell me to let it go cause she will not fix the situation for she believes I'm lying. I have the receipt of my purchase and photos of what happened to me at that store location. I want this situation to be resolved and the employees to understand what to do when gasoline is leaking all over the place.

My husband went inside to ask for air to be turned on, after we had made a store purchase. The cashier working (girl) at 2:45 pm on April 29, 2017, was very rude and said we couldn't get the air turned on unless we made a gas purchase. Ridiculous ! I have had many problem with the girls working here, this was the icing on the cake.

chevron service station pump fraud
On 4-24-17 I purchased gas from Chevron station number [protected] at 8402 Evergreen Way in Everett Washington. Invoice number
6176822 and authorization 039627. Total price $47. The pump was acting strangely, running very slow. It did not stop on its own and I finally stopped it at 18.22 gallons. It had not overflowed but was very full. I checked the ground and there was no gas there. This was all odd as my car has never taken that much gas and was not even on empty when I arrived to buy fuel. When I arrived at home my husband confirmed I only have a 15.5 gallon tank on my 1995 Firebird. There is no way it could have taken 18.22 gallons. I called the service station immediately and informed them. The attendant knew right away who I was, what car I was driving, and what pump I was on. He admitted he saw there was a problem, but said he could not get away because he was taking care of customers. He asked why I left the service station and said he couldn't help me now since I had left. I told him I wasn't sure there was a problem until I confirmed with my husband the size of the tank. He said I would have to talk to the manager the following morning and that he had already called and told the manager about the problem. When I spoke to the manager on 4-25-17 he was very rude. He said the pumps are certified and there's nothing wrong with them. He could not explain how I could fit 18.22 gallons in a 15.5 gallon tank. When I informed The manager that the attendant the previous night knew who I was when I called and knew there was an issue he explained it away saying he is from India and does not speak English well. He said the pump is running and has been working all day . But that does not mean it is accurate. It was a very frustrating experience and I will never buy gas from that station again. Even so I feel like they are stealing. There is no way that much gas would fit in my car. And I checked that it wasn't on the ground. The pump was running strangely and the attendant admitted he knew there was an issue. So if the manager will not address I feel like I at least need to report this to you. I have the receipt and would be happy to provide additional information if needed. Not that it would affect any of the above information, or the amount of gas that would fit in my car but you should know I did use my Safeway gas points on this purchase totaling .70 cents off per gallon. As far as resolution, I would appreciate a refund for the 3+ gallons that couldn't possibly have fit in my car. Thank you for your time
accounting credit risk charge
Chevron sends it's statement out so that it arrives after payment is due. Then they assess a credit risk assessment of $50 to $60 per month because you have been late on your bill.
This is criminal. We deserve reimbursement for years of paying this charge.
We have 20 credit cards with Chevron and we are about to just use Visa which earns mileage and doesn't scam its customers .
Visa gives us 30 days to pay. With chevron you are a day late when you receive their statement.
We were accessed a credit risk assessment a couple of months ago and I didn't fight it. It happened again this November 2017, I called and rep said it was based on either paying late or on our commercial credit score. I told her we had been paying on time and I wanted to know what credit source they were getting their information. She put me on hold and came back 10 minutes later and told me they would write-off the credit risk assessments for the last three months and would opt me out of this charge for the rest of the year. They refused to reveal the credit source they are using? This sounds illegal and unethical.

I went to the Los Angeles Chevron gas station to fill up my car near my house. The card reader at the pump was not accepting my credit card, so I went to the window attendant. I said I would like $30 premium, he said, "debit or credit". I said "credit", he said "we charge for credit". I told him, "No, thank you, I don't want to pay the fee". He handed me my credit card back and I left the gas station. I went to a different Chevron location in Lawndale, later that day to get gas. One week after, when I was reviewing my credit card statement. Prior to paying my credit card bill, I notice two Chevron charges the same day, March 12, 2017. I was wondering why I was charged twice. I saw that one was from a Los Angeles Chevron gas station and the other from a Lawndale Chevron gas station. I thought about it and quickly realized the first Chevron station by my house earlier that day charged me and I didn't get gas there. My car only takes $32 to fill up. I went back to the Chevron station by my house and told David, the window attendant that I have an unauthorized charge from this gas station. David asked to see my credit card statement with the two charges. I showed him how I have two charges from two different Chevrons on the same day and I only purchased gas at the Lawndale Chevron. I told him it's the $30.75 that was the unauthorized charge from this Los Angeles Chevron station.I asked him to review the cameras or pull up the charge in his computer. At this time he became upset and started counting out the $30, he started raising his voice and shoved the money towards me. I said my card was charged $30.75, may I have my 75 cent. As a line was forming he decided to give me the 75 cents and told me to leave with a nasty attitude. I let him know that I would be reporting him to corporate for this unauthorized practices and unsatisfactory customer service.

I understand there is a new system for corporate clients where a ticket is generated and a simple request such as a device goes through this very lengthy internal process. We have requested for 2 IPhone 7 devices (The ticket Numbers are – TKT – [protected]-00095 and TKT-[protected]-00668), it's been over 3.5 weeks, have followed up with the account manager and another person from the team numerous times and no one bothers to update or even respond. Is this the level of service Etisalat has to offer irrelevant corporate or not? Your internal process should not impact the end user or delivery of your good/services. We are still constantly following up email after email in vain and no one replies back. Please understand we reply heavily on our remote devices to conduct business in the evenings and over the weekends as some of us work in multiple time zones.

I am being charge different prices for the same stuff that I buy every day just about. One day I will pay one price, and the next day I will pay a different price for the same thing. I will buy my tobacco and be charge 5.65 plus tax, the next day I will be charge 6.00 plus tax. I will be charge 6.58 for beer and the next time I will be charge 6.69 for beer. They need to get the prices togather.
This is about being over charge for some of what I buy. One day I will pay one price for tobacco, and the next time I go in I will pay a different price, and the same thing go for when I buy beer. I will go in one day and pay $ 6.58, and the next day they will charge me $6.69. And I will pay a $1.09 plus tax for a beer, the next day I will pay $1.19 plus tax for the same beer. Last night a very angry man who works at this Chevron station in Malibu kept turning off the gas when I was trying to get gas, forcing me to come into the store over and over to see what was going on. This lunatic starting yelling at me about how much I "need" him to get gas, and I said I could easily go elsewhere (he was so inappropriate). He ultimately threatened my entire family - as if he was a drug lord or something. I told a friend in Malibu and learned that this Chevron station is known for this type of conduct, and there are complaints of racism as well ("we don't serve whites, " etc.) No legitimate business operates this way, so what is really going on at this cash-intensive business?

there came across my email a note saying I won 852000 dollars from chevron. this scam came out of turkey. all they needed was 310 for fast delivery or 285 for a alternate delivery package. they wanted very little personal info. if this is real, then it should originate from u s location. i've done business with chevron many years ago and never had to worry about such foolishness. now if this is real, I will be the first to apologize thank you, Harvey clark
