bad practices
A little over a month ago, I lost my drivers license. The next day I retraced my steps. I stopped at the chevron @ 699 ygnacio valley rd, walnut creek, ca · [protected] and asked them if they had it. They checked and said no. This last friday 8/26/16, one of the clerks asked me if I lost my license she recognized me. (Mind you I have been in that store several times after I had lost it) she told me I left it at the counter and she put my id in the safe and to come back when the manager was there. So later that day I went back to pick up my id. I was informed by the manager john, that my id is not in the safe and had been cut up and destroyed. He stated it was company policy. , this is absolutely ridiculous! Why wouldn't you just mail back?! It costs almost $40. 00 to get a new one. I do not have this kind of money and I think chevron should be responsible for paying for it! I expect a reply back along with compensation.
419 fraud
I am a resident of the UK (senior citizen aged 67) and have fallen prey to the 419 fraud in Nigeria. I was sent two e mails from a Rita David, Texaco Chevron, stating I am one of five winners and to send a fee of $240 (equivalent to English Sterling £180) to receive $852, 000which I foolishly sent off. The receivers details are Dickson Ogbemudia (also known as Mark David, so he said) and Kenny Lawrence. A total sum of £18, 000 was sent via Money Gram to these 2 persons with promises that I will receive $1, 000, 000 together with my £18, 000. Each time they harassed and forced me to send thousands at a time, also saying it was the last payment and it will be transferred into my bank account. I got fed up and reported the matter to the UK Anti-Fraud and also the Nigeria Embassy in UK. I forwarded all the Money Gram receipts to the Nigeria Embassy who in turn have forwarded it on to their NFCC (Nigeria Financial Crime Commission. I am yet to hear from them. His telephone number is +[protected]. I received 100's of text messages and telephone calls from him and they are still on my mobile as proof. I wonder if you can assist me in tracing these people and have them return my £18000 together with interest.

contaminated gas
On Saturday February 21 we bought gas at 11 am at pump #1. We filled up with regular unleaded gas. We left the station and by the time we got to Magnolia our car was starting to shut down. We turned onto Magnolia and the car died. We have contacted Chevron, the dept of Agriculture, and our insurance agency. The dealership said we had contaminated gas and we need about $2100 worth of work. The store manager has been extremely slow to respond. We have a rental car and are still waiting for them to own up to their mistake. I was driving by on the 24th and saw them emptying gas from the pump i got gas from. I stopped and asked if they were getting rid of the bad gas and the manager said yes. we are still trying to get them to own up and pay for our car but we havent gotten much cooperation yet.

Room is old, not like in photos, loads of cracked tiles, smelly room, tv didn't work, can't get parking at all in designated area, first night and wish we didn't have to stay, as my boy said the pool are is nice wish we could sleep up there! Perhaps Agoda should go to the rooms and look at before selling them to us. Just drove around and around for an hour and still could not find parking. Would not stay here again.

they were closed because of game – total scam
Chevron is the horrible company. We contacted them and wanted to lease trailer and the agent told me to come tomorrow. We arrived at the next day in the morning, but there was note, where the staff informed all customers that they were closed because of some sport event. We were in shock, and we tried to call them immediately, but no one replied. Company is total scam, so better avoid them or post comments about your experience.
I went to the store to buy a cigar and a little punk in the store who worked at the cash register said he didnt know how to complete a transaction with my card and the change I had and he acted like a little punk thinking he owned the store he told me to get my shhit and leave.
I put $20.00 in my gas tank, got home, checked my account, they are holding $126.00 until that $20.00 clears. DON'T GO TO CHEVRON!
The Chevron on Jackrabbit Trail right off the 10 fwy in Buckeye, AZ. is rigged. Yesterday 11/4/10 I filled up my car. When I took the pump out of the tank the gallons kept counting, and it charged me 6 more cents. Obviously this machine is rigged and collecting extra money.
I have been using Chevron oil products for years. I do my own servicing of family cars. I have the various spouts and such to fill transmission and other hard to reach fill points. Now you guys have changed the plastic bottles so the cap is of another size. Whats a guy to do, replace years of finding good spouts with new ones? It wasn, t broke why did you fix it?!?!
This is a store on I-16, about halfway between Macon & Savannah. I witnessed the man behind the counter actually yell at a woman & her young son because she had used the bathroom, without making a purchase. There were several customers in the store that also heard this. I'll never stop there again!

I had the horrible experience with the company www.chevrontransport.com. My car broke and I called to the customer services. I provided them address and the rep told me to wait 40 minutes. Ok, I waited and waited, and no one arrived. I called them again, and the rep told the same rubbish. So horrible services, and the rep was in hurry and almost hung up on me. Employer hereby employs employee and employee hereby accepts employment with employer as an computer operator (2),
Duties & responsibilities:
Include handling annual maintenance for computers, production maintenance online,
Maintaining the production automation system, piping instrumentation designs etc. you should keep the track of the data to take quality measures. you are given a chance to come up with good suggestions that will maintain accuracy in production with regards to quality.
Commencement
The project period will commence immediatly, or as agreed, for a total duration of 48 months after which time said employment shall ceased or be renewed for a further 4 years or as to be mutually agreed.
Remuneration and other benefit

Confirmed employees

Period of employment

Termination

Mobilization

Recently I received an E-mail from Noble Recruitment on behalf of Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), Lagos Nigeria, they acknowledged me that I have been appointed as a Production Engineer in (CNL), the recruiter sent me the CONTRACT OF TERMS AND CONDITION and later an APPOINTMENT LETTER of CNL.

harrasment and race discrimination
About a year back, I started going to this gas station almost every day, mostly for my cigarettes. After a few months One of the Cashier's begun hitting on me, which I didn't think anything of, But about a week later the same man asked me to go on a date with him, I refused and left. The next day I returned and wanted to purchase more cigarettes, And much to my dismay the price was raised a whole two dollars more then what the average cost of them are anywhere else. I come back a few days later since its so close to my home I can walk there, Once again one of the cashiers ask me on a date and I refuse again. It got to the point where if I want to pay the regular price for them I have to go in early in the morning when they aren't there, like I have to avoid the store just because I feel like I'm being harrased. Well Today I went back to the gas station, I was in line waiting to check out and leave, there was an African-American man behind me in line asked the cashier "Hey, what are you upto Indian/Chinese guy?" (keep in mind this gas station is all Arabian/muslim owned) The cashier looks the man dead in the face and flips him off and said "f*** you guy, Im not Chinese."
This place continues to disappoint me and treat its costumers in a horrible manner.

Over the past 15 months I have paid my Texaco Chevron bill on line, on the same day it was received, this past month the bill was over $500 and payment was sent and received yet do the the rules of the Bank who handles the Credit card, I must wait 10 days before my account will be posted. I am employed by a large Insurance firm, and travel is my business. I travel exclusively in Texas and I use the card a lot in the summer months. I called credit card handlers and explained the situation and was told that there are no exceptions, and if I sent a check by mail that they would put a hold on my card account for 20 days instead of the 10 days for online payment. This means that the card is useless for 1/3 or 2/3 of each month if the limit is reached. What kind of company would put such a restriction on a loyal customer. I fully realize that my account means nothing in the overall scope of business for Texaco Chevron, but it is not a customer friendly business when a customer is denied the use of their card for this length of time..

This billing group has gotten out of control. I now have $164.36 [$41.36 a month] in late Fee and FC...for no reason. I have called more times than I want or need too and every time they say they'll do something ...nothing changes. We've been fighting CenturyLink as they continue to take us off lne among all the other...no emails coming in and out without our knowledge...How in the world can we continue to fight big business. I live and go to our local Chevron quite often..today I went in at 1:40 in the afternoon for 1 item and was told it would be about 10 minutes to ring me up because they were doing a shift change…I have been inconvenienced by this before and I, and many others were not happy…you’d think a large corporation like Chevron would have a system in place that would not effect their customers! Then, I was walking in Chevron and trying to buy a pack of cigarettes and handed him an I’d card and he said he couldn’t sell me my cigarettes cause it had no expiration date and state ID’s don’t have expiration dates.
I told him he was being rude and he threw my money at me and told me to get the f*** out of his store nore wouldn’t sell me gas before walking out, what he had gave me by speaking on the phone after getting corporate number extremely rude and was unkind to his customer’s, and was giving me wrong numbers when calling trying to get Chevron’s corporate number by giving me a run around numbers.
Around 4:10 Pm of January 18, 2021, I went inside the Chevron gas station located at 9015 Walnut Grove Rd, Galt, CA to use the restroom. Since I usually use that road to go to Sacramento, I stopped there because an emergency need happened. It was a long drive already since a was coming on my way back home, and I found out that restrooms were not in service because of safety from COVID-19. I told the teller a probable 30 to 40 years old guy that I was really in need to use the restroom since I was driving already for more than an hour, and still, I had a long way to go. He said to read the sign on the front door. I said I understand, but It was an emergency need. Since I insisted he turned into an angry person, and with a loud voice he said; go away. I said to him that the law imposed because of COVID-19 doesn't say that we cannot use the public restrooms inside the public Gas Stations on the road for safety. He didn't like what I said, and he continued screaming "GO AWAY". It was another person there who witnessed the situation, and he said there is another gas station across the street. I went there, and of course, it had public restrooms open to have access to use them. If the new regulation by State were too closed all public restrooms, then they will be closed. I came back to Chevron gas station saying to the guy that I was going to report this situation. I received a call this morning from an automated system regarding my Chevron card. The system explained that there were some questionable purchases made and this system was intended to provide me more information about those purchases, which I assumed as so that I could tell the system that the purchases were either authorized or not. I had to enter my billing zip code to authorize my used of the system. The system eventually provided the following transaction information:
“There was a purchase made in the amount of $37 on or about Sunday, was this purchase authorized?”
Since I was not sure about a $37 purchase – I pressed the option to get more information about the purchase. The system provided me the following additional information:
“There was a purchase made in the amount of $37 on or about Sunday, was this purchase authorized?”
Because this would not really qualify as “additional information” I managed to get connected to a live human, thinking we could clear this up quickly, IF they would only provide the location of the purchase. I was so very wrong.
I spoke first with Dennis. I really doubt this was his real name given the marked Indian accent, but I managed to make out what he was saying and provide the last four of my SSN and date of birth. Thinking we had this problem solved now, Dennis then proceeded to inform me he would be asking me a series of questions based on my credit file. I was confused.
I asked Dennis why we needed to go through the additional steps when I had provided billing zip code, SSN and date of birth. He informed me that because my billing address did not show on my credit file, this was required. I asked for further clarification since I went to their web site and updated the account with our new address, after moving 6 weeks ago.
Dennis proceeded with the questions, all the time I am wondering how we got so far from the original issue of the $37 transaction. I answered the first question, and asked to be transferred to a supervisor when I could not really understand the second question. The supervisor, also with an English name, spoke a little better English, but could not really explain why the additional authentication steps were necessary, other than it was a random process.
She asked the next question which was a tough one. I had to name a lender that I opened an account with in 2010 – I recognized the account as my auto loan. The loan is with Alphera Financial Services. In the list of possible lenders, from which I had to choose, one option was “Financial Services.” Since this was 66% correct I had the option of that or None of the Above. I mistakenly went with the 66%
When the scoring was complete the supervisor told me I failed the questions, and my account would be disabled for 30 days. I could take no action on the account for the next 30 days. When she asked me the normal “Is there anything else I can assist you with today” question I had to end the call.
Calling another number I found on the Chevron site lead me to Marco. Marco informed me there was really nothing I could do at this point. Even if I wanted to close my account, I would need to call back in 30 days and answer another round of questions.
So, the next time an automated system asked you if a $37 transaction was authorized, think twice about asking for more details

I was a patron at the Chevron in Kelonwa (Harvey and Pandosy) this afternoon. I had just gone in to get an apple juice, and while I was in there, the employee by the name of Shauna, accused me of stealing Gravol. This got me really upset. This is completely inexcusable. Is Gravol an exclusive product only sold at Chevron? Why did she question me? Was it because I looked like a delinquent teen and was wearing a hoodie? Because I don't. Would it make a difference if I looked different? Her behavior as a Customer Service Personnel is unacceptable and I will be seeking compensation.

Our company just opened a gas card to save on gas, and the billing agreement gives 14 days to pay (rather than the typcial 30) and then they charge you a $39 late fee plus other penalties. I called to complain and was told this is the agreement and that there is nothing they can do. Needless to say, we cancelled the cards immediately. I Googled the company and found a ton of similar complaints. They probably make more money on fees than selling gas. This is intended to be a ripoff, and this credit card program is unscrupulous.

My name is Kristina Emory and feel that I have been gravely wronged while employed by Tetco as an Asst. Manager by my former Manager and Dist. Manager.
To be as complete as possible I must begin at the beginning of this current issue. There is so much to list and so much I'm probably going to leave out that I will not even try, but this story in a whole sheds light on an ongoing problem at this store.
About 7 months ago a lady named Lisa Hampshire was hired on and told to all the employees by Sue Sandel, the manager at the time, that she was just going to be a part time employee. Then Lisa was learning paperwork, we all wondered why, me especially because I had been told when I was hired that I was going to eventually train for just that to prep for my own promotion to Asst. Manager, and Sue told us it was only because Lisa had background in bookkeeping. As disappointed as I was at feeling I was being cut out of my promotion, I accepted Sue's answer.
Then it comes to every one's attention that Sue was being promoted to district manager and Lisa was our new boss; this within weeks of it happening when Sue had known of her advancement and had more than enough time to prepare everyone for the transition . All this was done behind every single employees back and though I did receive my promotion to Asst. Manager, since Sue has left the store Lisa has driven it downhill because of her lack of managerial skills. Lisa has failed horribly as a Manager and I was made to cover for her repeatedly, on too many accounts to list, because I felt that if I didn't I could be fired.
Lisa doesn't have things ordered so there was always something out of stock at the store and that led to many complaints told to me personally by the locals of our town. She has offended our customers without feeling the least bit sorry for it and has made comments to the employees that their husbands are lower life forms; one in particular, who's husband is Hispanic, Lisa has called a 'wetback' right to the employee's face. She talks about her own husbands lower anatomy, and that is the least of her inappropriate conversations in front of customers and though sometimes she does get others involved, it is Lisa who begins the talk.
Vendors are in the back with her for long periods with the doors closed and locked. I have seen Lisa flirt to the extreme with these same men even though she is married. What goes on, I cannot say, but the implication is clear.
Concerning a long time employee, an older lady that has worked there 11 years. Lisa didn't like her, thought she was slow and lazy and while I sometimes agreed I felt this employee had seniority. Not that long after Lisa took over, this lady was put on forced medical leave. After months gone she was ready to come back Lisa proceeded to call this women's doctor and try to get him to not sign off on her release. I do not know all the details after that, but soon after the employee was allowed to return to work.
Lisa then slandered my name by telling an employee that I was a crack head because I happen to be skinny and do not have much money to go out and do things. When I confronted Lisa about this she said she told that employee this to see how loyal she was to Lisa. This same employee has spent a lot of time with Lisa and before this, if asked, Lisa would have called her a friend.
Lastly, though this was never really addressed in store, Lisa would make me float money through till the next day or to make the deposits right. Once she had me pay a customer for an outside job straight out of my register. That money wasn't paid back for days and would not have been for days longer if not for the meeting that took place soon after.
This meeting to address most of the above and more with the district manager, Sue. We were told we were going to give Lisa a second chance and though Lisa promised to hold true to her position she did not take it seriously.
Soon after this meeting, an altercation came about with a couple that me and my husband have issues with; personal issues that had bled over into my workplace. I asked Sue and Lisa both to ban these people from the store due to previous problems there. No one did anything, in fact, they both told me that there was nothing they could do! Everyone knew a fight was bound to happen, but Lisa thought it was comical.
Things came to a head one night after I had clocked out. They were parked at a pump and were about to leave when I came out of the store with trash, then the wife of this couple called me a ### from the window of her truck. Tired of the constant irritation, and off the clock besides, I called her one back. Her husband got out of their truck at that time. So did my husband, who was there to pick me up. The 2 men went at it, her husband egging it on. A short conflict ensued and after all was said and done I called Lisa, told her what happened and she reassured me that my job was not at stake and that I just needed to go home and be with my family.
For 2 days I try to receive a firm answer from Lisa, but got the run around instead of a straight answer. I go in on my scheduled day back, in uniform and ready to work, when Sue -who is now never in the store unless she has to be- takes me to the back and fires me. She then tells me she would of "beat that lady's ### if it had been me", but still fires me and does not take into account why the altercation was pending in the first place. I did not fight back in the altercation in the first place, not after things got really heated, because I was thinking that would save my job. The couple, who threw the first punches in fact, is still allowed in the store. I was lied to, coaxed into an inappropriate action by these people and they get to come back, but the assistant manager, who has been practically running the store, they fire? It is unjust and that's just that.
I am stressing to you how bad working conditions have become at Tetco 1110 in Centerville, Texas. Every single problem with that store and the problems inside could of been avoided if Sue would of let Lisa go like her whole crew wanted. Sue became an absentee leader and allowed her former store to be lowered by someone who was just not qualified for the job.
Resolution
I want those responsible to be held accountable at last. I do not want my job back if Sue and Lisa are still employed by Tetco, but I would want it back if I could. I loved my job before Lisa took over, but cannot return to that environment. In addition, I want compensation for my embarrassment and loss of wages. I have gotten on unemployment, but I get roughly half of what my checks were when I was working.

I live and go to our local Chevron quite often..today I went in at 1:40 in the afternoon for 1 item and was told it would be about 10 minutes to ring me up because they were doing a shift change…I have been inconvenienced by this before and I, and many others were not happy…you’d think a large corporation like Chevron would have a system in place that would not effect their customers! Then, I was walking in Chevron and trying to buy a pack of cigarettes and handed him an I’d card and he said he couldn’t sell me my cigarettes cause it had no expiration date and state ID’s don’t have expiration dates.
I told him he was being rude and he threw my money at me and told me to get the f*** out of his store nore wouldn’t sell me gas before walking out, what he had gave me by speaking on the phone after getting corporate number exreamly rude and was unkind to his customer’s, and was giving me wrong numbers when calling trying to get Chevron’s corporate number by giving me a run around numbers !
The pumps kept flashing i' push it more then twice and they wouldn't won't to go and but i' wanted 6.00 and the pumped went so fast i' couldn't stop the machine and womens inside have very nbd-tasteful rude attitude with there service you either ask and question they are snaping, you up so i' ask how much they charged i' don't know what kind of service is that?
