I ordered a white jumpsuit with my American Express and items keep arriving. The white jumpsuit was damaged and had several black marks on it. I submitted several responses to their email and online correspondences requesting a return address and refund but no response. Poorly made and used.

I have not heard anything from you guys regarding my order
If I do not hear from you by 7/10/18 . I will be cancelling my order and calling my bank.
This has never happen to me before. I really was looking forward to my items .
This is not good for others to read a bad complain.

Hi my writing to you because i send havent received the following item i want them to get them in a week .this make me very upset that how could get confused from another state if i have my adress on it .why buy stuff from the website if we can even get in time.

Very unhappy with the product the color was no the same the quality was cheap looking . Did not know it was a two piece romper. Just overall I was in happy with this product.

I ordered it and my payment went threw and it says no order was found what the [censored] ! No order number no email no nothing just took my [censored]in money and I want it back.

On the web site say after ordering I will received within 24 hours a copy of Invoice with tracking number and I have yet to receive any such invoice.

All I i order was a simple bralette from them. I ordered it about a month ago && I have yet to receive it. I never got a confirmation email or anything like but they took the money out my account right away. I'm still waiting for a email back but I'm done ordering from them

The dress is damaged. it showed from the packaging and when i opened it it had further more patches of green and black stains. and the quality is not as shown. its labelled as sexy underwear but on the photo on your site it s shown as dress to go out with.
But of course damaged as it is I cannot wear it
