There were only two other customers in the store at this time and 1 seemed to be a friend of the Chipotle employees behind the counter. In other words, they were not busy at all. As I walked to the counter the 3 employees behind the counter seemed to be packing ingredients and prepping and no one acknowledged me. What's worse is that they didn't seem to want to acknowledge me. They all looked at each other several times, laughed, made a few comments, continued what they were doing until one of them begrudgingly came over and asked if I had placed a pickup order. I said no and she seemed taken aback by this, and with an incredulous response asked if I wanted to place an order as if it was out of the ordinary to be ordering food at 8:30 at Chipotle (they close at 10). I asked her rhetorically, "Why else am I here?" and she said I had to walk down to the other end of the counter to place an order (when the place was empty of any other waiting customers).
Her friend or someone she knew made some comment to her that was sitting next to the counter and she snickered. The male worker in the back along with her yelled something to her and she turned around and responded to him instead of just listening to my potential order. The third worker behind the counter (also female) was just staring at me smirking the whole time. At that point I just turned around and walked out.
It's almost as if the 3 of them were playing a game to see if they could provide the most neglectful, awkward, and just plain rude customer service possible. Well, it worked. There was a 4th white female worker who was cleaning tables that was not a part of this debacle. If this Chipotle Grill wishes to provide a good quality experience for its' customers where they aren't ignored and treated like they belong then these 3 employees will most certainly not help to this end.
Worst experience I've had simply trying to buy a meal in years and I have to eat on the run a lot. These 3 employees don't have a solid work ethic it was plain to me in the short time I was present. They acted as if they were untouchable and entitled to ignore me as if it was part of the job.
my online lunch order
I ordered a salad and chips online for lunch, for a 11:30 am pick-up at the 3670 Fishinger Blvd Hilliard OH 43026 location phone# [protected]. I picked up my order and got halfway back to work and noticed my chips were not in the bag. I went back for them and the cashier apologized for forgetting them, but once I finally got back to work at my desk, I discovered my vinaigrette was NOT in my bag! Being that it was my lunch break I didn't have time for a 3rd visit due to their negligence!

My husband went to Chipotle around 6/1/2017 and his order was messed up. He called and the manager on duty offered him a free burrito next visit.
My husband (Harry) was so excited he talked about that free burrito for about 3 weeks before he had the chance to go to chipotle again. (He would eat it everyday if he could, but I try to limit the amount we eat out)
We decided to go back to Chipotle on 6/26/2017 and I ordered a burrito and he ordered a burrito.
He was at the cashier and told the employee about the free burrito. The cashier went to the MOD and told him that Harry was in a month a go and was offered a free burrito. The MOD his name was Anglo (or that is what he told me) stated that he could not remember who had a free burrito and laughed saying a month ago was to long ago for him to remember. Harry ended up paying for both the burritos. When he came home and told me about the horrible customer service I called the store and asked to speak with the manager.
He got on the phone and when I relayed the situation and asked him why he didn't give my husband the burrito he was offered a month ago he told me I needed to use common sense how was he suppose to remember a month ago. I said that was horrible customer service and I was going to contact his boss. How he thinks that talking to customers like that is okay is beyond me.
I called the store back the next day and asked to speak with the GM. A lady answered and said that he called her after that happened the night before and she was just making excuses for him saying he was super busy and stressed out. If I was super stressed out and talked to one of my customers like that I would be fired from my customer service job. The fact that the manager said she would speak with him is not good enough. That manager needs training on how to deal with stress at work. He should of

kids meals
We went to lunch with a friend and my kids at Chipolte. My kids asked for some mild salsa with their meal and I was told we have to pay $1 for a small cup of kids salsa.
My friend gets salsa free for his meal, but kids have to pay ?

Condiments such as salsa are commonly free at other restaurants.
There is NO SIGNAGE showing kids have to pay for salsa.
I discussed this with the line server and there was no accommodation. We declined paying more than the posted price. The "Gourmet with attitude" experience was terrible.
Is this location or the employees trying to make extra pocket money from customers ?
steak burrito
Hi I usually come to chipotle on strickland road in raleigh, nc alot but some days the food is just horrible. Its a hit or miss, I mean today I ordered a steak burrito very tough steak, food was cold!, can barely taste cilantro, the rice was hard not cooked. Just horrible! I like to come before work and I dont have time to turn around and complain. But today had to be the worst!

This location is the absolute worse EVER! The orders are NEVER correct ! something is always missing, food is always cold and the customer service is horrible! The reviews on their Facebook page all say the same ! When will they do something about it? Someone needs to get in there and clean this store up ! How hard is it to take your time and get orders right?
plastic in food
I am very unsatisfied with the bowl I had bought from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York) for take away. I couldn't bring it back to complain due to the closing time and I bought it as a late dinner. As I was eating the chicken salad bowl from Chipotle, I bit into a plastic ring (pictures attached below) ... it cut into my gums. It is very unhygienic and dangerous.
no steak... again?
This is the third time I've been to the chipotle on US 41 in Sarasota, and they have no steak! Maybe they are understaffed, but you're still open at 9pm! There better be food! Had to settle for the chicken, which was burnt. I'm paying way too much money for the leftovers at this hour. I hope we can get this staff to see that it's not at their convenience. A job is a job. Please do it right.

Went into Chipotle located at 100 S Commons Dr, Myrtle Beach SC 29588...Ordered a Barbacoa bowl with white cilantro rice, black beans, barbacoa, medium salsa, corn salsa, cheese lettuce and sour cream.My total order came out along with my Nantucket drink to be a total of 11.16.My issue today is that my rice was very undercooked and of course hard to chew.I haven't had a unsatisfactory experience with chipotle yet but I shouldn't have to pay subpar food either...Seeking a call
online ordering
I did an online order for chipotle in canal Winchester Ohio. When I placed my order it was supposed to be ready at 1:15, but when I got there I had to wait until 1:30 till they even started making my food. I double checked with the lady to make sure it was a burrito because it didn't look right when she put it in the bag, but she assured me it was my burrito. After I paid I checked the order and it indeed was not a burrito it was a bowl and it was not even my order. So I had to go back and wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. During this 10 minutes they proceeded to make 10 other orders before beginning mine. I chose online ordering because I was in a rush and had to get to work. I am very disappointed with my experience and think it is quite ridiculous how much extra time it took. Would have been fast just not to use the online ordering at all the way they took care of it.

I am very disappointed in your location in Cedar Hill. As a family of 5, we would eat there at least 3 times a month. Now only my daughter eats there and I am on the verge of tell not to, Too! The is not that clean anymore. The floors are dirty and need sweeping even in the prep area. The counter they prepare the food on is always nasty looking. Food is everywhere. It grosses me out. Your food being prepared and slid through all the previous muck is too much for me. Wipe it down sometime. About a month ago order a burrito for my DD and there was no white rice ready. She asked if I wanted brown said no. Had to wait like 15 minutes only to get lumpy cold rice, they forgot to put cilantro in it until the last minute. The bad thing is I asked the gentle man and women behind him if they wanted brown rice so they didn't have to wait. None of the employees even thought to do this, so everyone in line had to wait 15 minutes. Bad customer services. When rice is brought up, the next batch should be getting ready. So no delays. Afterwards, my DD said the burrito was cold. Called to complain to Cody the manager, he said come back and get a free burrito. I was so disgusted I declined. He was busy trying to explain about training the staff, instead of just saying sorry. Apparently he was there to train and that's all. Well decided to see if things improved. NOPE. Still nasty, still extremely slow, still running out of food. This is my neighborbood, please improve this location if not for me everyone else and don't send Cody he's useless.

Trying to order 2 bowls. The cashier said it was 5.60 and charged my card 10.60
I wanted my refund and the whole line team started cursing, even one employer off the clock went out to curse us out when we were eating outside calling us names. Complaining why we are making her job hard. If we did not come back or check my bank account. They wouldnt give us the money back. It was very unprofessional and we got verbally assaulted. It was on june 20th 2017 around dinner time
His name tag wasn't on. He was a short chubby dark skin guy, who followed us outside to curse us out. They employer that was off the clock.

Friday afternoon about 1.30-1.45 I went to Chipotle restaurant at downtown New Haven (910 Capel Street). When I first got in I was first in the line and your employee (Raelyn Rodriguez) was nice and friendly. She asked me what I wanted, I told her and she (Raelyn Rodriguez) started to make the order. During the process she asked me if I wanted beans, I said "no beans" she did put beans and I told her no beans please and that's how everything started. She got mad, took the tortilla and slammed in the garbage giving me also a bad attitude. Didn't say nothing and continued my order but her attitude was horrible like, "hurry up I cant deal with you any more". In some point I did ask her about the pork crossing the glass with my finger, she yield at me telling me I'm not allowed to do that. After that point I said to her to calm down and it wasn't my fault what happened with the beans but she gave me even worst attitude and ignoring me repeating my next choice over than 10 times. I asked to give me a form to file a complain and she repeated 10 more times my next choice ignoring me. When I asked her who's the manager she laughed on me like I am and You cant do nothing. I felt so bad from her behavior and I just completed the order, pay and left.
If this is the way how your managers treat people is disgusting. I work in the area and I will make sure to let people know how you guys treat customers. If she thinks because is a manager can talk to customers like that you guys did a great job training her .

horrible customer service and food presentation
From the minute we walked up to order to the time we paid, each and every one of the workers had an attitude. My children got the chicken tacos, my husband got a burrito and I got a salad. We ordered it all to go and when we opened the bag, my husband's burritos was literally falling apart due to the way the girl wrapped it, my kids were given so many beans that it flooded one side of the kids container and I was not given my dressing for my salad even after asking twice for it. We paid nearly $30 for poor service and food that was literally thrown together and missing essential parts of what makes it a meal. Very disappointed and won't be returning for the time being.
I came back for the second time to order a half chicken/ steak bowl
They gave me some else bowl I guess because they was busy and everyone was ordering the bowls at the same time but I order half chicken half steak, black beans white rice and I paid extra for guacamole I came home to enjoy my food and my order is totally wrong I got all chicken brown beans no guacamole if you need a picture I can send it to you anytime its just wrong this is my second time trying to give chipotle a second shot I don't understand its a simple half chicken/half steak bowl they more communication in the line its not right to waste gas and time that I don't have...
barbacoa burrito x2/ chips
.My family and I eat here about an average of 10 times a month. I was not pleased with the service while visiting on 6/15/17. The portions were extremely small, smaller than usual and the Barbacoa( which is my favorite) had absolutely no flavor. The chips were also stale. The young lady working behind the counter was not friendly at all. I think that this will be the last time we visit. It just seems as if the quality has went down.

At approximately 3:30, 06/16/2017, my wife and I walked into chipotle Mexican grill at 374 king st, Charleston, South Carolina and asked if there was a baby changing table available due to needing to change our 3 month old infant. We were told there was none available and that the customers were offended that we were changing our infant in the restaurant. Due to our offensive nature we were asked to leave by the manager. Due to this experience we will never come back to this chipotle again. We will also inform others of this incident on social media so your business loses money.
service complaint
Ordered online as usual and only one person from work went to pick up several orders. We all ordered online several hours prior to pickup so they received plenty of notice. When the person arrived at the scheduled time, none of the orders were completed so he had to wait while they made them. Apparently they were in a hurry because they knew they should have had them ready and didn't because they messed up on the order and had to remake at least one of them. This confusion was not due to heavy volume of customers at that time because there were only 2 in the store at 4pm. When he got back to work and I received my order, the bowl was not properly made as instructed on the order and I did not receive the chips that was also on that order.
This is not the first time that they have messed up our orders and we cant go back to the store because we are at work and only have a half hour to pickup order, eat and go back to work.

improperly charged for quesarito
Yesterday June 14, 2017 I went to a chipotle on Cottle Road in San Jose California and asked for a quesarito unaware that it may cost extra money, because I had never ordered it before so I didn't know what to expect. My friends had told me it was a quesadilla surrounding a burrito however what I received was melted cheese on my tortilla surrounding a burrito. I watched the workers build the "quesarito-" they took a tortilla, put cheese on half a side and melted it in the tortilla press and then unfolded the tortilla in half and used one tortilla with a small amount of melted cheese to make the rest of my burrito. I was charged $3.50 so they they could use the same amount of cheese that they add to a regular burrito, to have it melted. It was $3.50 for melted cheese and no quesadilla. I was very disappointed and also out of $3.50! I would like my money back or a comp of a free burrito and some education for everyone as to what a quesarito it. I googled it easily and anyone can find out if the workers are building it wrong or not. I asked at the register about the extra fee and she stated that it's a quesadilla mixed with a burrito so it's extra money. I stated that all they did was melt the cheese and I didn't get a quesadilla and she said "that's how it works" when clearly a quesarito is not what I received.
half chicken half steak
Went 10501 West Broad Street in Richmond VA. The server gave me and customer in front of me very small portions of meat. I asked for a little more and he refused until his coworker advised him to give me a little more. I also spoke with the manager who pulled out a plastic cup to demonstrate how much meat you get. Unfortunately I had to beg for the amount that was equivalent to the small cup he showed me. This is bad for your consumers who pay their hard earned money to enjoy a regular portion of food. I am not asking for super sized just a normal portion. Please respond to my concern because this is very disheartening. And I had to request fresh food, the meat was dried out.
