I had the Choice Warranty for 2 years and never filed a claim. So, I decided to cancel it. I called in November 2023 and was told that I would still be covered until February 2024. They did not tell me in February they would resume the warranty charges. On February 18th, I got an email that said I was going to be charged monthly. I called immediately, but it was a Sunday, the customer service could not process the cancellation. So, I called a few days later, got transferred a couple times, the system wanted me to leave a call back number. I did, but never got a call back. I called again later and talked to a representative and was told the warranty would be canceled and February's charge refunded. A week later, I still did not see the refund on my account. So, I called again today on 2/28. The representative still tried to convince me to keep the warranty, I said I just wanted it canceled and charges refunded. He was very rude and told me there would not be a refund and hang up. I was a loyal customer for 2 years and this is how they treat me as soon as I decided to cancel the warranty. I will never do business with Choice Warranty again.
