On August 20th we filed a repair request for our dishwasher. A technician was assigned, and a week later someone came out. They then diagnosed a problem and a week after that, came back with the part and replaced it. It did not fix the problem. We asked Voice to have them come back out. They assigned a day, never showed up, and we again called Choice. The original provider then sent a message to Choice and said everything was fine and closed out the repair ticket. Our calls to Choice got us a new service provider assigned, who was supposed to come out today (it's now been almost 8 weeks, mind you). The technician was supposed to be here between 11 and 3. Then we got an email from Choice saying we were being reassigned a provider. When we called, confused, we were told the new repair service had cancelled the order and was not coming out. No explanation. Calls to Choice have not answered our questions as to why we are still waiting for this to be repaired or replaced, or why the new service provider just flat out canceled. I have now spent countless hours waiting on people to come out and figure out what to do. Imagine if I didn't pay you on time for a service I am clearly not receiving. But I do pay you, every single month, and have gotten nothing.
I am giving you one more chance to make tis right. Due to lost work time, countless calls, and your service providers not doing what they are supposed to do, at this point I am requesting you simply replace the dishwasher and let's all move on. I can't speak for everyone, however I am sure many other contractors will agree to what I am about to say...
Your technician might have found out prior to your job, that they aren't getting paid for many of the jobs they had already completed and they walked away. This has happened to many of us contractors and although its very unfortunate for the customer, we have to protect ourselves as well. Take a look at some of the reviews from the contractors on here, you'll understand far better as to why, your contractor might not have shown up.
