They fail to comply with the warranty agreement. Samsung refrigerator freezer handle and door mechanism and ice maker delivery system broken. I paid the technician that Choice Home Warranty (CHW hereafter) sent out to fix my refrigerator. He told CHW that there was a high side Freon leak and I needed a new frig. They totally ignored their own tech and claimed it was the ice maker and Samsung had an extended warranty on that part. I told them that the ice maker worked fine it was the ice and water door switch that was broken and the freezer door.
Samsung deneighed any problem but after much delay from CHW and Samsung I finally convinced Samsung to send out their technician. He said their was no high side Freon leak and all that was wrong was the broken freezer door and a broken outside door ice maker switch.
Despite jumping through all their hoops they kept adding requirement and refused to fix my frig.
I am now trying to get a refund from my credit card company that I used to pay the premium on the insurance I bought from CHW.
