I called choice home Warranty on 6-10-24 to make a claim that my washer started to fill then immediately went into drain and stopped before completing the drain. I tried a couple other choices such as I was washing on towels so I tried another but it did the same thing. I called Choice Home warranty they contacted company here in Ga. that works on G.E appliances. The tech came out decided what the problems was ordered the two computer part they came 6-12-24 He came 6-13-24 he put in the parts he said it worked after he left my laundry had started build so I put on a load of clothes and again it started to fill and when it filled for no more than a couple of minutes it started to drain and stopped. my clothes are sitting i water in the machine' sure my clothes are sour and I'm afraid to open door 'm afraid that the water either will pour every where or I won't be able to open water in since 6-13-24 I called the G. E company that the tech was out of they said to call CHW I've called all day no one has returned my call or sent me a email. It has to be fixed or replaced In my contract I have a agent that I'm supposed to call only him for help with anything. He's always away from his desk and never returns my calls. . Claimed loss: I paid new 900.00 plus I don't remember exactly what the date was but I would 8 to 10 years. Also if my clothes sit in the washer much longer Ill loss them they are my church clothes and best clothes to wear special.
Desired outcome: If it can't be fixed I want it replaced By the time you get someone out here will be next week replacing makes more sense than repairing.
