I have been with Choice for 7 months and my first call to get my washing machine fixed was awful. First guy came for 10 mins and said it is an electrical issue and order a mother board. The part came and did not see another service guy for over a month. This second guy says that is not the problem. He moved some hoses and took the part they order with him. This also took 15 minutes. I have tried to wash and NO this did NOT fix it at all. I still have the problem. Called customer service and spoke to 2 different people. One actually hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Finally the second representative stated there was supervisor available so submitted a request for the supervisor to call me back. This is the second day and NO supervisor call back. I did contact customer service again (this is my 3rd call regarding this issue) and this rep stated the request has been sent for supervisor to call me so be available when they call. They also stated that my card has expired for my monthly charge to they wanted my new expiration date. UNBELIEVABLE
Claimed loss: $85.00 which is the service call fee. They did NOT fix the problem so just want my money back and I will NOT be giving them permission to charge me anymore.
Desired outcome: My $85.00 money back and have in writing that I have cancelled my account.
