Chowking service, and order

Ck ortigas avenue rosario pasig city.

I order for take out around 8am in the morning, with the staff named jed, also the one who served my order, thinking that it was all complete, because he said its all complete, till i check my coffee, he served me a hot tea, so i rushed back to the store, it was a waste of time. On the same day i came back with my friends around 11:44 in the evening, we ordered again, then they served us a drink with thick oil on the glass, so i ask to replace it, the food came at 12:12am, i tried to update for the food, but the server do bussing so i remained silent for 26 mins, i even ask for a complemetary sauces, coz the cashier did not gave me any sauces, until the food was served, yet it is not what i ordered, but still i remained silent, it is clear that the staffs are lack of knowledge, imagine, two mistakes, on one person, on the same day, that was my first time to visit the store, and that will also be the last.

I ordered a longanisa breakfast and ask for 1 sugar and 5 creamer for my coffee. It was acknowledged by the cashier and I waited for 15 minutes. Chowking service & product

It's our first time to eat CK @San Joaquin pasig branch . I'm so really really disappointed to their product and service time. You know what why? my boyfriend is the one who fall in Lane. Then after all the cashier said within 15MINUTES then I guess it's okay, then it's been 15 mins already (sobrang gutom na gutom na Kasi kami that time) then there's nothing food come to us. Till 30minutes no one who come to us to served our [censored]ing order. So that I came over the counter to ask a cashier for my ordered but the cashier did not talk . But it's okay it's I understand but Please till to the cashier ask a pantry and kitchen for what is the exact minutes before they served to the customer their ordered and also make sure complete all the order because like what we experienced super late na nga lacking pa (di kasi biro Ang magantay NG ganun Lalo na pag gutom na) so I'm sorry for what I said over the counter. All employees even the manager never smile. They seem to frown all the time to the customers. I've been coming in this branch a few times already and they are always frowning. Also, they are very loud inside the kitchen. They shout at each other as if they are in a market or "palengke". They are very unfriendly and they are very noisy. They also don't let customers change their orders. They serve small chicken part.

Chowking service

hi i ordered from your store here in iloilo city and i had a terrible service from one of the cashiers. we ordered a combo and was punched individually for the orders and cost us more money. If you have an email address where i can send the photo of the receipt i would be glad to send it. Just emailed to let u know to at least have some customer centric crew and would at least not do something like this again. thank you

Chowking yang chow fan

Eto ang pinaka worst at walang kwentang store ng Chowking! They charge you 5 pesos for dimsum sauce while sa lahat ng nakainan kong branch except this they don't charge for a dimsum sauce kung isang beses ka lang hihingi! At yung yang Chowfan nila lagi walang kasamang shrimp! This is the 2nd time na nag order ako at hndi nila nilalagyan ng shrimp! I think dinadaya nila ang mga customers dahil kulang kulang ang ingredients na nilalagay nila. To think na bago lng tong branch at napaka walang kwenta ng customer service!

Chowking chao fan with dumplings

Ive waited for my orders for 20 minutes. When i just looked at the counter, my order was ready to serve and i confirmed it when a crew noticed i was looking at the counter and served me that food. That food was already cold that i waited for almost 20minutes. Im trying to understand why it take so long. That when i look around. There is only few customer.
