I went to chowking Pateros Bayan. There cashier name jesza, she didnt great me, so 1st I understand maybe she's tired. But when I'm asking in a nice way what available part of chicken they have, and she no answered politely. So I ordered Chapman with fried chicken, she answered sarcastic "wala kami ganyang meal" the she rolled her eyes and she murmured everytime I talk.
I hope you can give her a disciplinary action of her, when I come back. I don't want to see her again.
Gud pm... nag request kmi thigh part... sabi ng cashier 15 to 20 mins nag willing to wait nmn kmi kc natatakam sa thigh part yun asawa ko... nag call nmn c cashier na request nmin thigh part sa kitchen cnbi nya willing to wait kmi... after dumating hnd thigh part tapos my lumapit samin staff na lalake sabi nya frozen daw yun thigh... dpat umpisa order pa lng nmin nag sabi na cla not available at frozen thigh para aware kmi at hnd na kmi nag antay sa request nmin... tapos antay ulit kmi another 10 mins pra sa thigh.. nanjan na yun chicken bloody nmn... kinuha yun chicken nilublob lng sa mantika kaya nangyari mamantika lng yun manok... nalipasan na ng gutom... nawalan pa ng gana.. dhil sa panget ng service...
I went at chowking festival supermall and the personal are so unpleasant and not respectful to their customers. I think they need to attend seminars and training about Good customer service especially the manager assigned at groundflr festival supermall alabang around 17:44
