Chowking delivery

I ordered 6:43pm by dialling 98888 and was informed that the food will be delivered within 75min I waited for more than 75 min and called the call center again and was informed there's a delay and I will receive a call but then I didnt receive a call and end up calling the call center again and said the same thing so I called chowking bedrock building, commonwealth ave, matandang balara, lungsod quezon, 1107 kalakhang maynila and was informed by jomel francisco (cashier) that there's no order and I told him that I called chowking call center twice and confirmed the order and then he take it back saying that there's really an order after saying that he transferred the call to her manager paula geraldo and was informed that the rider is still there and they are about to deliver it, I ended uo cancelling my order my dad who is a senior citizen wasn't able to take dinner on time and unable to follow his scheduled medicine, there is no communication between call center and the store they should've called their customers and inform the reason for the delay or even the decency to call to update if they are really getting an issue with the system, the crew in the said store are rude! Very poor customer service! Hoping this feedback will escalate to chowking management. Ps: the manager is also hesitant to give the feedback website, giving me incomplete website info.

Chowking may mga attitude ang mga staff/masusungit

July12, 2018 (Chowking Arayat )Around 9:00 pm I ordered pork chao fan en I saw the cashier na nagdadabog sa harap ko na tila akala mo manager, tiningnan ko ung name plate nya"Chris"(siya lang bukod tangi na walang cap)tinanong ko siya.gnyan ba ang service niyo dito pagdadabogan mo ako?napaka'bastos mo nmn.!..sa sobrang inis ko umupo muna aq saglit tpos ngcr..pagpasok ko nmn sa cr madumi at walang tissue..lalo aq naiinis dahil may mga attitude na nga mga staff madumi pa ang cr..

Chowking I am complaining "mil" for her service she was given to me

I went chowking pureza (7:08am) and when i entered their, the counter on duty "MIL" she greet me. then when i start ordering her, i ordered her Steam siomai for take out, then while i ordering she's not focusing on what im saying! Wala syang eye to eye contact together with their customer! Mas naka focus sya sa pag aayos ng tissue! then after she receive my payment, she gave me a number. sabi nya "serve nalang" then i'll wait for almost 10mins. for only steam siomai! so foor ng service! Then nung binigay nya yung order ko! ang layo sa table ko na may number! And wala malang greet for repeat bussiness! Duh! I was dissapointed to her and the service that she gave to me! Dapat laging naka focus lang sa customer! hindi yung iba yung pinag kakabisihan!

Chowking mabagal ang serbisyo nag serve ng chicken product na walang gravy.

Nag order ako ng 8:45 at na serve ng 9:12 wtf!? Sabi sakin nung counter maupo lang saglit at darating ang order ko... So nung dumating na late wala pang gravy kung hindi ako manghihingi wlang ibibigay! Nung binagay naman yung gravy lasang sunog anung klase to? Nakakadala kumain sa sa chowking sm megamall ground floor at sa camoteng counter na nagbigay ng promise time na pangalan ata eh joh,, ayusin m promise time mo pare! Buti nlang mabait kausap kahit papano ung dining manager niong c lorna. Ung siomai, matigas at malamig, mapait ung manok pti ung gravy, tpos balagbag pa mag linis ung mga dining. Bdad bad chowking megamall grnd flr.

Chowking poor, very slow service!!!

Today, July 14, 2018, 2:00pm, here at Chowking, Riverbanks Mall, Marikina, i stood in-line for about 10 minutes. There were only 3 people in our queue, still, how the crew moved was SOOOO SLOW and there was NO SENSE OF URGENCY whatsoever!
When it is my turn to take my order, it is as if the casheir didn't understand me, and have to repat my order 3 times.. 3 Times!
After a few minutes, the cashier only learned that what i ordered is not available..
what is so ANNOYING is again the LACK OF SENSE OF URGENCY, considering the nature of this establishment.
The manager on duty is Lin Domingo, Mr. Ace as assistant manager.

Chowking about a milk tea order

My first order is chowfan with fried siomai and a pineapple drink the order is fast and good after I ate it I ordered milktea a regular size milk tea. After I waited 15 minutes one crew talk to me and told if I can still wait for another 15 minutes to wait for it and then when I came back and pick up my order the order I recieved is already small size milktea literally the os from kitchen was small size its the counter who punch it wrong... Next time communicate attentively to the customer thank you and god bless

Chowking milktea

Good day ! Complaint ko yung order namin via delivery this morning . My order is Regular size of Milktea . On time naman si rider and super excited kami sa order, but we found out na yung milktea namin is super "Dugyot" ng packaging nya. Well hindi na namin masyado pinansin yun kasi baka nga dala lang kasi binyahe pa yung order namin and rider said naman na naalog lang daw yung Milktea .. pero pag open namin ng cover and plastic .. almost kalahati nalang yung milktea sa cup. As you can see the picture I attached. Then yung milktea as in nasa plastic nalang. Hindi naman kami maselan pero sana inayos or na make sure naman na pagdating samin ng order is maayos and iniinom din po kasi yun nasan po yung safety ni cust? Sana hindi na ito maulit kasi sobrang love namin yung milktea ni chowking. Nakaka dissapoint lang yung quality ng product pag dating samin. Salamat and Godbless .

Chowking unethical behavior

We ate Today, at 12:25 pm. I asked the cashier to give me a 3 chili sauce. But he gave me 1chili sauce only. Then i asked for 2 more but he said that we need to pay it. So i was shocked and told him that i have 2more accompany but he said that 4grams is the only amount that he can give since we ordered one porkchaofan with siomai. Is it true that we need to pay for extra chili sauce? Because in the other restaurant they will give you without complaining. Hoping for a feedback in your store. Thank you and God Bless!

Chowking service complaint / food not available complaint

We ordered at around 8pm at chowking sm cdo uptown. We opted to choose for chicken style with wonton and chichen requested to be breast part and willing to wait. The cashier ask the manager if its available but we were turn down, then after a while the cashier turn back again and told us that wonton also is no longer available.

Wish to improve on this. Our point is that it doesnt mean that the store is about to close at 9pm and most of the stores option is no longer available! They should have just close the store at 8pm exact if this the case.

Chowking drive thru service

Puchased various menu from chowking sto. Tomas when they gave the brown bag the noodles were dripping and bag gave way.our car was soaked and hot soup poured through our laps. Asked for ice was asked to park in the parking area since they will replace order and there were cars behind us. Several mins passed no crew brought ice ecen if we asked at the window.!no manager came out to Ask how we were. When i calledthe guard (my husband was in the cr washing the soup) the guard and crew was at a loss what to do. Out came a crew bringing replacement orders but no apology was given.no asking wether we or are car were ok (the soup poured over the automatic doors and power windows of our vw polo. Asked the crew the name of the manager just katherine without a surname. I am normally understanding of the plight of fastfood crew but their "wala lang". Robotic, go-as-normal attitude without concern for any harm they may have caused is unbecoming if their group of companies pride themselves of so-called customer service. It is a disservice yo customers, excuse me! - very dissatisfied customer served 8 july 2018 4:30pm

We bought over a thousand worth of products through the drive thru window. We were not informed that soup and noodles will be mixed and placed in a carton bowl with a not-so-tight lid. As the crew was passing on the brown bags, soup was dripping over our window and onto our laps. We returned the bag but before the window crew can accept the bag it gave way and soup splashed onto my husbands arms and over the power windows and door of our car. I was asking for some ice to place over the burn they gave us half a pavk of kitchen towels. Thrn the window crew asked us to park in the designated parking for drivethru vehicles and they will process our replacement orders. My husband went down to run his arm over running tap water. He was able yo return to the car still no ice was given.

I pressed on horn and a crew and the guard approached clueless of our request for ice. They thought they were following up our orders. We are usually sensitive to the plight of fast food crew attendants but their insensitivity, their "wala-lang" robitic, go-as-normal attitude is something not in line if the company prides itself with so called customer service. We are not asking for damages, we were just asking for a makatao-attitude. For them to be apologetic and acknowledge that tge have harmed others. Btw according to the crew who brought the replacement orders, katherine was the name of the manager (no surname given)

Chowking poor service

shoutout @chowking sm manila.2nd floor.
grabehan yung service. ubos yung 1hour na break para lang antayin yung order namen. to see na wla namang ganong customer, upon follow up, iseserve na daw pero wala pa din and worst nauna pa mareserve yung order ng katabing table na kadadating lang.
ang reason nila is natabunan daw yung ordrer or ung receipt. my god. kaloka. di na kami uulit sa inyo.

Chowking product and service

Im complaining chowking maimpis san fernando pampanga.

I came all the way from manila tapos ganyan pa ang food and service niyo! Sa food yung noodles ng beef mami malata na tapos yung sabaw wala nang lasa then yung egg rice malata na! Yung canton kahit isang sahog wala noodles at repolyo lang! Yan ba yung pinag mamalaki niyong food? Sa service naman yung cashier at crew niyo nag cecellphone lang kaya ang nag serve ng food namen yung guard! Try to review the cctv sa may counter pa sila nag cecellphone. Walang available na cuttleries sa warmer... Tapos nang hingi kame ng chili oil dun sa babaeng crew di kami pinansin dumirecho lang siya.

This is not a complaint😁may I have the branch number?Kasi po may naiwan kami na envelope may papers from school specially form 138 kasi po galing kami CHED doon kami nag breakfast .Tawagan lng po sana nmin itatanong kung may nag surrender sa kanila if ever naiwan na ganun?!
Kasi po layo pa namin from Cabiao, Nueva Ecija pa kami..babalikan po sana kung nasa kanila.

Chowking poor delivery service

Sir/Madam,

This morning (10:26am) I call chowking delivery 9-88-88, then I gave all my details (name, address, cell phone number, floor number & department) that they need, then I order 4 pcs of porkchop lauriat. according to call center agent the delivery time is 60 minutes (1 hour). After 1 hour, I follow up my order thru 98888, then the agent says that patatawagan ako sa ni-refer niyang store. tumawag nman ung store, unfortunately I'm not the who answer the call because it's a landline of principals' office. Sinabi n lng sa akin ng secretary na hindi daw available ung order ko. After an hour un ang maririnig ko. I call again the hotline(98888), and sabi parating n raw ung order ko, after 30 mins I follow up again my order (kasi nga wala p rin) It's already 12noon. then I call again the hotline, around 12:30pm para I-CANCELLED n lng ung order ko. according to agent, ipaparating n lng daw sa itaas(malay ko kung anong itaas un) ung concern ko and not sure ung CANCEL ng ORDER, then I replied: "Ganun" I am still going to pay for their poor service. then I ask kung saang Branch ang nag-ayos ng ORDER ko, then he reply: sa Villar Sipag Brach tel. no. 5519020, then I call the branch malay ko kung sino ang nakasagot, just I tell my all details and to CANCEL my ORDER. then she replied: OK sir, sabi ko: Ganun lng un, after I wait for 2hours and 30 minutes. Ang ending NAGUTOM, NAPAGALITAN at NAPAHIYA.

I was @Petra & Pepita Salon that time, and almost finished everything that I ordered until, i feel like biting into something crunchy, I realized that a sago shouldn't be like that crunchy.I spit it out and discovered that IT IS A FLY (Langaw) Inside that Chowking Pearl Milk Tea. I ALMOST THROW ALL OF THE FOOD I ATE BECAUSE OF THAT EXPERIENCE. AND THIS IS NOT A GOOD ONE, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED THAT. I AM CONCERN TO MY INTERNAL HEALTH DUE TO THAT FLY I ACCIDENTALLY ATE, I DON'T KNOW WHERE THAT FLY CAME FROM BUT MY RECEIPT SAYS THAT THE FOOD IS FROM CHOWKING GREENFIELD BRANCH. I STILL HAVE THE MILK TEA, AND THE FLY THAT IS INSIDE IT, I AM WILLING TO FILE A LEGAL COMPLAIN AND HAVE THAT FLY TESTED TO SEE IF THAT REALLY COMES FROM YOUR KITCHEN.

ps: basically nothing will happen other than the remote possibility the fly happens to be carrying bacteria, a virus or some form of parasite that can affect humans, and you'll get sick from it.

Chowking food

I ordered a 4 wonton mami but they only give me a coke and siopao and they didn't give me a receipt for my order And my money is 500 pesos and the cashier give me the change for my order but he didn't give any kind of receipt and my change is only 160 pesos and while im waiting i said to the one of their crew that where is the wanton that ive ordered but the staff says that i only ordered coke and siopao and i start telling to them that i ordered a wonton ive been waiting their for almost an hour

Chowking chao fan

Yesterday, My friend and I decided to have a light meal sa chowking angeles rotonda. She ordered a beef chao fan and I ordered a large softdrinks. While eating my friend chewed on something to our surprise mat stick sa chao fan nya. Tinawag ko crew and asked him bkt may stick yung chao fan then tinawag nya manager and they immediately replaced it. Grabe, ganun ba talaga sa chowking? Galing daw yung stick sa ginagamit nilang pang linis sa mga kawali nila. So ibig sabihin di nalinis ng maayos kawali nila? Took a photo of it pero di nakasama yung rice kc nga kaagad nila kinuha. We are still seeking other option on how to file a case and kung saan. Thanks!

Chowking citi mall philcoa branch poor service quality due to poor management of assistant restaurant manager

I ordered milky halo-halo for dine-in because I don't like eating in paper cups, but when my ordered arrived it was in a paper cup ready for take-out. I told the crew that it was supposed to be for dine-in and requested to transfer it in their reusable cups. To my dismay, the halo-halo that they gave me was the super sangkap and not milky halo-halo; that is when I snapped and went to the counter to return the halo-halo and ask for a refund and complaint form.

I asked the cashier who processed my order and she agreed that my order was clear: small milky halo-halo for dine-in. It appeased me when she apologized but the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Jake Dayap, seems not to care at all. He acts like I do not exist and hears nothing at all. I asked again how long it would take to get a copy of a complaint form and I received no answer. It was obvious that he is not knowledgeable in handling customer care service, which I think should be one of the roles of an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

I am writing this to air my concern about their customer service particularly because of the poor handling of their Jake Dayap. The cashier lady (didn't got her name, I think it's Lourienne or Lauren) handled it better. It was evident that their Assistant Restaurant Manager needs more training. People like him should not be allowed the management of a restaurant which deals with a wide array of concerns.

For Chowking management, kindly make sure that the people you put in position are capable of the tasks at hand. The Jake Dayaps of this world who does not show a bit of remorse even if in the wrong will definitely bring negative impact not only to the branch but the name of the company itself. Worse, there's a possibility that he will put in jeopardy the situation of the his co-workers because of his incompetency.

I am kindly requesting the management of Chowking Citi Mall Philcoa Branch to review the capacity of their employees and for Jake Dayap to have further training before giving him a heavier role. The cashier lady might even do a better job as an Assistant Restaurant Manager based on the attitude that she displayed during our short interaction.

BTW, I was given a refund for my order so that made me feel a little better.

Chowking cleanliness and wrong product

Kahapon, June 23, 2018 nag dine ako.Marami akong napansin sa store nyo na diko masikmura . Napansin ko pagpasok palang sa store nyo ay sobrang dumi ng lobby area and also napansin ko rin ang mga crew niyo ay hindi approachable . Di ngumi ngiti kinakalimutan yung mga follow up orders ng customers lalo na yung mga cashiers nyo ang susungit. At ang hindi ko makalimutan yung diko talaga masikmura.Sobrang dumi ng lagyan ng mga spoon and fork diba lahat ng restaurant branches may food safety policy. So dun palang sobrang bagsak na ang branch nyo sobrang dumi talaga ng lagayan at wala pang straw na binibigay .At kanina nag dine ulit ako kasi akala ko may nagbago yun pla mas lalong lumalala.Yung napansin ko kahapon mas lumala ngayon so sana kung kayo ang customer di nyo rin ma aaccept yung ganong mga pangyayari. I hope all of this concerns you can provide as soon as possible .Think like a customer.Be Fair .

Chowking im complaining about the cashier

I order today (june 19, 2018), around 3 pm
Pagpasok namin long line ang sumalubong samin and they only have 2 pos open the other lane is for prioty line, inabot kami ng mahigit 7-8 mins dahil sobrang BAGAL ng counter at di man lang marunong ngumiti. At nung kami na ang mag oorder di siya na naka focus samin instead nakikipag away siya sa loob and she didn't say thank you to us. Nakatayo pa kami sa harap niya nag take na kaagad siya ng ibang customer. I hope this will be the last bad experience

Chowking pearl milk tea

I ordered pearl milktea. Sinabi ko sa cashier na less ice kase di pwede sa buntis yung sobrang yelo and nag oo naman yung nag order take sakin. Nung dumating yung product ko na milk tea halos puro yelo na ata yung laman nun. Nag ask ako dun sa nag serve sakin "stanley" na kuya sabi ko less ice dun sa cashier tapos um-okay siya akala ko kukunin niya yung tea pero iniwasan niya ako. Kung di ko pa siya tatawagin di pa niya kukunin yung tea! So ayun kinuha na niya tea pagbalik sakin nung tea halos kalahati na yung binalik sakin ewan ko ba kung nang aasar siya may pag ngiti ngiti pa na pang asar sakin. Tinanggal lang yung yelo! Love na love ko yung pearl milk tea pero nung naranasan ko sakanya yun parang nakakadala na. Napaka rude ng crew na yun!
