I ordered Siomai Chao Fan, Iced tea drink with Halo-Halo at 9:35pm. I received the Siomai Chao Fan in less than 7 mins but the Halo-Halo is not with the meal so I waited as usual that the meal served first before the dessert. I finished eating my meal and still the Halo-Halo is not yet served, I looked at the time and saw that it's already 30 mins after the order transaction but the Halo-Halo is not yet served, I kept coming at the claiming area pero Wala pa din yong halo-halo, I even updated at the guy who take my order and said that he already updated the pending order. I still waited and looked at the time and it's near to 1 hr and saw the guy who take my order go to the second floor and this is where I decide to cancel my order, I explain to the girl in the counter that my order halo-halo is not yet receive and I wanted to void the item, I explained to her that I wanted to void the item because it's near to 1 hr and my order halo-halo is not yet served and tell her that the guy who takes my order go upstairs and no one is preparing my order even though I can that some other people that who ordered their halo-halo before me got their order, but my request to void the item has not granted and served the Halo-Halo when I wanted to void the item. Please di po peak hour at wala din pong mga tao Kaya Sana po wag patagalin ng mahigit isang oras yong order lalot iisang order lang naman.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate for a responsible worker, re orient the workers if it's needed.
