Good day! I ordered today at 15:16 a large milk tea but it is tasteless, later i found out after a couple of sip that some of the powdered milk tea was not really mixed and that causes the milk tea tasteless also the pearls are not in the good shape, i hope you're doing the proper procedure of doing it before serving and wished to not encounter like this again thank you
