I ordered and received product from this company. I followed instructions on returning a non working item as told. My return was confirmed and I was told my money would be refunded by a specific date and I have never received a refund back. Now the company will not reply to emails and does not EVER answer its phone or return messages. They now have their product back and my money.

I recently purchased a security camera on the internet from Spy Gear Gadgets DBA Clearlight Electronics 14074 Trade Center Drive #300 Fishers, IN. I recently purchased a security camera on the internet from Spy Gear Gadgets DBA Clearlight Electronics 14074 Trade Center Drive #300 Fishers, IN. They recieved it on 1/23 and said I would be refunded in a couple of days. Then I was told it takes up to 5-10 days. Several requests on phone message and email. No response. It has been over a month since they recieved it and still no refund. I do have email confirmation they would give full refund but they will not do it. They owe me $843 which is what I paid. It cost me $31.85 to send the order back.

I returned the device as it did not fit my needs. I did return the item as per their Return Policy and did follow everything as requested from them. They send me a RMA which was valid for 3 days, and the item must be shipped back no later than 5/23, which I did: delivered on 5/22 at 2:44 PM. I did send back the item via a method with trackable shipping such as USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation (Priority Mail 2-day Tracking number [protected] 14). Since then I have sent numerous emails (around 8 emails) to [protected]@spygeargadgets.com and called [protected] and left about 5 voices messages with NO responses. The only reply received was on July 5th saying the following: " Hi there, Sorry for the delay in getting back with you, our offices were closed this week for the holiday - I've requested an update from our warehouse and will have an update for you by Monday. Have a nice weekend! Regards, Robert M." I have being left in the dark, with NO refund (over $400), with NO responses, with nothing. Unfortunately they didn't leave me any option, but writing a bad review, because I don't know what else to do. I am extremely surprise this happened to me after seeing the high ratings/reviews for this company, which made me think if those reviews are real or not.
