I received a black leather cashmere line glove as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it did not fit. I took it to the nearest Coach Factory Store in Northern Virginia. I requested to exchange it for a glove that fit. I found a pair that fit, however, the Manager would not let me exchange my glove (more expensive) for a pair that fit (cheaper) because Coach no longer carried the fit that I have. Although, their were 6 pairs of the same glove in their warehouse, he would not let me exchange it for another size. Shouldn't Coach stand by their product? The glove in new, never wore! My mom ordered me a coach purse from outletonline2019.com . The purse was 59.00 and MasterCard is the only payment method accepted. She thought that was odd but placed the order anyway. Needless to say the purse never arrived. I started checking into the site and I noticed immediately that it is a SCAM. This company can only be contacted via email. There is broken English throughout the site, MasterCard is the only form of payment accepted and no confirmation email was ever sent once the order was placed. Thankfully our bank is taking care of this. The name that appeared on the bank transaction is Tinghuism Hebeisheng.
At the end of December 2019 I ordered a purse and wallet from OUTLETONLINE2019.com.So far I have not received my order.On January 9 I only received e-mail that my order was send but I did not received tracking number.I wrote 4 e-mail to them and so far I have not received any answer. Greetings. I bought coach bag( F28967) from your store on 15 Mar 2019 as a birthday gift to my wife. Sadly, the thread near the zip is coming off and my wife is devastated. I called the customer service and they advised me to take the bag to nearby coach retailer . Today I took the bag to Stratford coach store and met the manager Miguel, who advised that the bag is under 2 years warranty and which needed the replacement as the tread is coming off in few places. I have attached the photos for your references. I'm very much disappointed as I thought the branded bag should have the standard. Miguel advised me, either to take it to Bicester village or to email you to arrange a pick up from the Stratford store for the replacement. He said, he will also send an email to you on my behalf as he has witness the faulty. As I live far from Bicester village, please arrange a pick up from the Stratford store for the replacement. I would like to bring it to your attention that I purchased a coach bag from Bicester Village, London (invoice attached). I took the brand new bag on my vacation where the strap came off on the second day of trip. It was very embarassing to be a part of such situation as if the bag was purchased from a local supplier.
I have always known Coach as a brand of repute selling premium high quality products.
Though I have been using this Label products for quite a few years and never experienced any problems, I hope this complaint is taken seriously and my bag gets replaced asap.

I am writing to complaint about a faulty bag that I purchased from a coach outlet in London in April this very year.

Why does the Coach outlet make it impossible to use your tax exempt certificate? Purchasing purses for a benefit and this is the second time they refused our cert.
First time it was because CALIFORNIA law (we are in Pennsylvania) says you have to have a letter allowing you to you a tax exempt cert for an organization if you are paying with a credit card that doesnt have the organization's name on it?! (But you can pay cash)
This time they require a form from the IRS stating you can pay cash for a purchase- no form exists to our knowledge, they claimed to have one in the store but they refused to show said form to us. 😑
3 other outlets allowed our purchases, but not Coach today.

My husband purchased a handbag for me from the coach outlet a few years ago for my birthday. I loved coach and had several bags already. Last year I noticed the bag was turning green along the seams. The bag is a vynil bag with the coach emblem. We have attempted to have the same store address the issue with no sucess. They tried to clean the bag with no success and then offered a 10%discount on another bag. Why would I purchase another low quality bag from them. Never purchasing ANYTHING COACH again. They have lost a customer.

I went online and I was fooled into thinking this was an authentic coach website. It's not. The website is based in China and now they have my credit card information. Luckily, Citibank is issuing me a new card. In looking at my statement, my November 6 transaction shows I made a payment to a Chinese company. I was saving them for Christmas. Luckily, I was tipped off by an oddly worded request to give them a review.

Why do companies do it?
Why do they charge before shipping? No one can guarantee they will actually ship everything. Let's say they could do it after they ship, it would be more honest.
Coach - Outlet is not an exception, unfortunately. They took my money but weren't in rush to ship everything at least within 3-4 business days. It took them two weeks to do it. Moreover, they picked the slowest delivery in the world and now only god knows when exactly I will receive my package because it's been two months since they shipped it. Oh well, nothing to do, I will wait for one more week and then I'll probably ask for a refund.

I have bought coach bag from stores, once in Hongkong, several times in Ciputra World Surabaya and last time in Tunjungan Plaza 2 months ago. At the moment the service is good full of sucking [censor] because there were no buyers. But last night we went there and nobody greet us and no one pay attention for us. They also lied before when I asked for part of my old bag they said they will inform me wether the part is available or not but they did not inform me anything later. The Tunjungan Plaza sales integrity is suck, their service is unsincere full of sucking [censor] and they thread costumers with discrimination for how they look. How can they know how much money we can spent from our look. They never know.

I ordered 4 items 2 months ago and there's still no sign of them, which is very suspicious. Moreover, they didn't provide any tracking number. But then I found out that the items were back ordered so I guess, I just spent time and nothing else. So nobody knows when they are going to ship it.
Speaking of getting a refund, it's hard to do.

Worst customer service I've received in my life. I went in at around 1 o'clock on Wednesday, April 26th to buy gifts for my friends. I showed an assistant a picture of a bag and asked if they have it, she took it off of the extra 40% off shelf, and told me it's additional 40% off. I took the bag to another shelf just to compare the color of this bag and another bag. Then I asked if I could take pictures, she said I could take pictures of individual bags but not the entire shelf. So I did and sent them to my friends. I left the store and waited for my friends' reply. I went in again at 5 o'clock, no one said hi, no one assisted me. There was one chubby lady standing right in front of me and gave me very stinky look. She seemed to be the manager of this store, and during my entire stay at the store she looked at me every once in a while and then talked to her fellow sales assistants in a low voice. There were only two other customers in the store when I walked in, and there were four sales assistants. I took the first bag and double checked if it was additional 40% off, the lady that gave me stinky look the whole time argued that it was not in a terrible terrible attitude. She said the bag was not on the additional 40% off shelf, but I remembered clearly the first time I walked I took the bag down from the sales shelf. I stayed in the store for about 20 minutes, no sales employee asked me if I needed any help, and they all gave me very impolite look. All other customers were greeted and helped. I ended up buying 4 purses and 2 wallets, but they refused to give me one extra bag. The only reason I bought these bags was because I need the bags by the next day. I wish there are cameras in the store so Coach company could see what has happened at their Coach store. I wish there are footages in the store to show how horrible the service was. Every single employee was unprofessional and impolite. Is it because I am Asian so they chose to treat me in this manner? I have never been treated like this before This is not how customers should be treated! My mom was with me the whole time, she is the kind of person who never complains, but this time she was also very disappointed. Neither of us had dinner when we got home at 6:30pm, we were too sick of the services that we received at this particular store.
Desirable resolution: We need an apologize, and we wish you could train your employees how to treat customers. We don't want this to happen to other customers again.

I was thrilled to see the email before Christmas last year as part of an email that lists great deals. I have such a hard time buying presents for my daughter and daughter in law. I bought 3 purses for about $85 each. When they arrived I realized It was a scam. Plastic, not leather, very poor quality linings, total junk. I'd be embarrassed to even give them to good will.
My daughter bought me a Coach purse for my birthday in June. I have been using it for only 1 week now & its peeling off pieces everywhere. Im Very disappointed in the poor quality for the price.

Don't feel so bad...I'm a dumb ### too. I spent $172.00 which is an expensive mistake. I'll never buy anything else out of the USA. I ordered 3 purses and the minute I received them I knew I had been had. I almost shipped them back to them but I was not willing to pay an arm and a leg to do it and get taken for even more money. BEWARE-DON'T BUY FROM COACH! I bought a coach breifcase a few years ago. Sent it back feeling the handle needed replacment, the metal bar across the top was broken and the fluting (edging) around the case was worn out. Spent $25 to have it sent to coach and they sent it back stating it was good enough for them it should be good enough for me. Six months later sent I it back again but though the store and it came back the same again. This is my third case I have bought from them and it's my LAST. The other times I sent them back they at least provided a ne handle. GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS IS A GO OPTION FOR COACH! :(
