Central Parking employee

I have been parking at the 4161 Kissena Blvd. Flushing, NY 11355 location for years now. I have encountered problems with an employee by the name of Noel in the past several times, but have not felt the need to file a complaint until now. Today, I attempted to pay for my monthly parking pass, but was told to come back on Monday, April 2nd to pay. When I asked him why, he aggressively explained to me that there is a five day grace period with no penalty. I told him that I'd like to pay now, since I did not see a reason as to why I would need to utilize a "grace period" when I was standing in front of him, ready to pay my statement on time. He repeatedly told me to return on Monday since I was going to come back to park either way, which I told him is not true, because there is no guarantee I would come to park on that day. He then went on to explain that my unnecessary grace period is 5 days, so I could still pay on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. At that point, another customer came to pay for his ticket. Noel told me to move aside so he could help the other customer. This employee took it upon himself to yell at me to move aside while, so he could help the other customers who were starting to line up behind me. There were at least four other people he took care of while I was standing in front of him. He told me he was working alone and that I'd have to come back on Monday. I advised him that I do not mind waiting, but that I wanted to get my monthly payment taken care of. He raised his voice and cut me off while I was asking why I had to come back to make a late payment, even though he could not provide any legitimate reason. He continuously refused to process my payment. After arguing, being yelled at in front of a line of people, and waiting in front of the booth for at least thirty minutes while he ignored me for as long as he could, he asked me for my card to make my payment. I am not only frustrated and offended, but it has literally been a nightmare being a customer at this parking garage. As I have mentioned before, I have had issues with this employee in the past. Although it was irritating being shrugged off, treated rudely, disrespected, and screamed at, I did not want to bother making a complaint. However, after being humiliatingly disrespected, then needlessly forced to wait in "protest" for a transaction that took less than one minute, I feel it is necessary to make sure my problem is addressed.

On over 15 occassions the lot attendant ticketed my vehicle when I had placed payment in the payment slot.
