ATM Debit Card Processing
My debit card had an attempted breach on January 13, 2022. I called Comerica card services and was told to close the card. I was told that for $50 I can get a new card delivered in 3 to 5 days. Regular delivery ( 7 to 10 days) would be free. I opted for the 7 to 10 days, because why should I have to pay to access my own account? At the 10 day mark, I had not received my card. I called the Card Services again, I was told that due to a processing delay at Master Card delivery will take 14 to 10 days (Comerica would not provide any compensation for late processing, though they wanted to charge me for a 3-day delivery). On the 17th day, I called again to check the tracking. I was told that I should have the card in two more days...I still do not have my card. I called on the 20th day and was left on hold for 30 minutes! I still do not have a card!
Desired outcome: Please supply my card and compensation for the inconvenience.
Direct express card
I'm complaining about direct express card and dispute department I filed a claim dispute with direct express about my account having unauthorized charges back in September of 2021 that where more than 70 unauthorized charges totaling $1032.00 dollars I had to file Two different claim for them to just deny them. Nothing was ever resolved they where being so rude telling me thing like there was no supervisor to talk to no investigators I can talk to nothing at all I guess they just wanted me to take that loss that's alot of money to let go especially when it's your SSI check. Till this day I'm still trying to get my cash back but don't know what else to do.
They are total scam i was a victim but thanks to Mr jeff for coming for my rescue, I was able to recover all my lost funds to them hurry now get InTouch via telegram @Recovery_Desk and get your fund recoverd

ive been sick in the hospital with covid my account got over drafted...i was in the hospital for a little over a week on oxygen. i called the banks customer service to see if i could get some help because they said they would help. i talk to a woman she put me on hold for 15 minutes, then comes back and tells me they cant help because it was not a bank error. im switching banks as we speak. this is the worst bank and worst company to put your money into. dont use comerica use another bank if you value your money.

Direct Express Card Have Not Been Received In Two Weeks
I requested on October 18th through the Department of Social Security that I receive my daughters SSI benefits on a Direct Express card to make receiving the payment easier. Direct express explained to me that they would expedite the card to me in two business days on October the 27th. I still have not received the card and when you try to contact them you cannot get through to anyone for a resolution. The only way that I can have the Social Security to cancel this is for me to have the account number and routing number but I do not have either because I never received the card. This is the first time we will be ever using this pay method. This is causing a delay in our bills and hardship for the month of November for my family. All I need is a card.

Called them cause my card wouldn't work, they said it was because of merchants machine, I spoke of fraudulent charges on my acct from Iraq, Sri Lanka. China, I got hung up on instantly after waiting for an hour on the phone on hold. I found out someone changed my login acct, info my card is locked. But the fraudsters can get to it, I need someone to get hold of me.

I attempted to withdraw 500 from my branch's atm. The atm had a dispenser error (that what popped up on the screen) and gave me no money but removed 500 from my balance. I immediately entered the branch and told them what happened. They told me to call the 800 number, which I did and open an investigation, which I did. After they investigated, they found that I was telling the truth and I have a letter from comerica saying that 500 will be credited to my accound on dec 14th. No money was credit to my account and I have called numerous times and nobody can help me. I need my money. I am unemployed and need it now please.

It has come to our attention that you have an employee by the name of Staci Perry at 1717 Main Street in Dallas, TX location, that has attempted to use our banking information for purchases. We have tried calling her manager, but he is consistently out of office. Since, we had a call this weekend trying to verify a fraudulent check printed by her with our closed account information. This latest attempt was in Baton Rouge for $400. We have had issues with her in the past and they have allowed her to stay on, so we have had to close our account unfortunately with Comerica. My card had been stole twice this year and each time there has been money taken off each time I have reported it and also had to get a new card but never had my funds been replace because I had no other full ways of showing it was fraud... I work very hard for my money I am a student who is trying to make a way for herself... I understand that you have situations where people fraudulently make things up to get money... Yes my name Eman Trahan. I recently had my direct express debit card stolen. I filed a police report. I turned that in to direct express. They told u had to go through a couple more steps to complete for processing. Well after this taking months I received a letter from direct express stating a conflict in information provided. The Senators, occ, Federal Reserve, cfcn, and other regulatory agencies aren't able to address complaints of fraud, id theft, conspiracy, and grand larceny by Comerica as they can with other banks. Previously it was only overseen by the Texas Dept of Banking- which now a David E Guillien now stonewalls any complaint against them. Therefore- we all need to file complaints with the Department of Justice- they have some kind of loop hole allowing them to get away with all kinds of crime. If we all file- they will have to correct policies

I awoke to pay my online bills and the website was down. Then I went to pump gas and my card was declined. So I went to the local branch and they said it would be fixed by nine am. That didn't happen. I called the manager who's name shall not be mentioned and he or she said eleven am. That was another letdown. They was until one pm before I had access to my bank account. I opened an account for business at Comerica and as always I say exactly what my business does. At first everything seemed fine, but then I was questioned as to my banking along with my finance manager was basically called a scammer. I keep record of every bit of money comes in and out of any account I hold. I do a monthly report. I keep all bank statements and records. Even when I said who helped me start my business it was assumed that person was a scammer. I was what the hell is this? The person who helped me is quite rich and famous. I don't solicit on the internet for business. I don't take solicitations on the internet. So the bank scares one of my clients. My client stops payment on a check and sends the money to one of my other accounts. Comerica charges a bounced check fee. Ummm sounds a bit lucrative to me. To make a long story short they held my cash until I did a demand for payment. Then I get a call to come get my cash. Really this is the world of banking in the USA? Banks can do anything they please even stop incoming and outgoing payments to people in need? Principle of the matter needs to be allowed in court. I don't think these kinds of events would occur in banking. Good thing I wasn't hurt financially, but had I been I would be in court.

They're being helped by an illegal attorney, who's been filing lawsuits in my name and my children's name's and or under our social security number's since 2011, leaving my family homeless, squatting and or double-up(residing with others). They recently 2days ago took off over 300k, and before that they took off over 50k. They paid the Dollar tree, a month ago, located at 47th and Ashland, I watched as the manager walked the funds to PLS located right down the street. Then two days ago, they paid off the manager at Walgreens located at 47th and Ashland, across the street from Dollar Tree. Please lock all accounts that has to do with my card. I'm tired of them stealing from my family leaving us to have to fin for food, clothing, shoes, and money.
Please stop all payout funds on my accounts there are 3 under my name and social. They are now paying off your employees. I called yesterday, they placed me on hold for over 2hours and I steal didn't speak to any1 from accounts.

DONT go to this location for banking Cecilia i think her name is with short dark hair is the rudest most unprofessoional teller i ever met, she should not be a teller because she doesnt know how to be nice to people, she doesnt say hi, just a very rude person in general, i went in to open an account and was treated like she didnt want me there and was very rude with an attitude that was uncalled for. I walked out and would never go to a comerica ever again, a very mean unhappy person i guess and hopefully they close that location if that is the kind of tellers they have there. I walked out of there feeling like i did something wrong and was just trying to open an account.
