Unauthorised credit card charges
They randomly charged £15 off my rebuilt card at 08:27 this morning. I have never heard of this website, let alone given them my card details so I have no clue now they have taken this money or found my card details. I need my money back. Again, I have never heard of this brand or used it so I have literally no idea how they managed to take my money and how they have my card information

Debit Card Charges Unauthorised
Complete Savings have been taking up to £15.00 from my account per month, unauthorised. I did not sign up nor agree to a monthly subscription. I have evidence of the money coming out of my account in a screenshot of my bank statement, but will summarise below:
27 July 2022 - £15:00
2 July 2022 - £15:00
27 June 2022 - £15:00
14 June 2022 - £5.62
27 May 2022 - £15:00
And a further transaction that's pending:
01 August 2022 - £15:00
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the money they owe me, equating to £80.62 which includes the pending transaction.

The taking of £15 a month without permission
I have been checking my bank statement and have found that I have made 9 payments of £15 without any knowledge what it is for , I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and need an op so every penny counts. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account
On 29 July, £15 from my debit card has been taken away from my bank account without my authorisation from WLY*completesave.c
I have never subscribed to them and this is my first time finding about their company.

I was debited £15 by wly* complete save on the 25/07/2022, 08.17am from my starling bank account. I have never authorised such payment and would not want this transaction. I wish to get a refund of my £15 back into my account please. there was no transaction that occurred or any authorisation given for the payment. I just checked my bank app and noticed I got debited £15 by wly* complete save.

I have never used this website or whatever it is and have been getting monthly payments taken from my bank over the course of a few months totalling 120£ I want a full refund as I have never signed up to it as I dont recognise the site and I don’t randomly sign up to these things. I noticed today 26/7/2022 that £15 had been taken from my bank on a reoccurring transaction.
I have no knowledge of this I certainly did not sign up to this.
I did find an email from them with my account number so I've cancelled any the bogus membership.

Fraudulent charges
I Just got to know that My account is getting debited 15 pounds every month for 2 months now (20th of every month).

Just recognized that Wly Complete Save began charging my bank account without any authorization 15£ per month. So far they have charged me 30£ without my knowledge. Luckily I recognized it today (by accident). This is absolutely a scam and I don't know how they got access to my credit card information.

I just noticed payment to complete save for £15.00. I did not sign up to this. I have cancelled with them on their automated system but I don't trust them and I would like a refund of the £15.00 that they have taken without consent from me. This is in my opinion, tantamount to theft.

I would like to make a complaint against this company, I was not aware that they would be taking £15 from my bank account every month, I really can't afford this, my only income is DWP benefits because I have disabilities and my state pension, I would be grateful if you could help me secure a full refund and cancellation of this company so they can no longer be able to take any monies from my bank account. I don't know what company (WLY) this is, I don't even know why they took the money from me and I need to cancel this service and I don't know how to do it. I need your help

I am not aware of every being asked to pay £15 a month to this company. I have just noticed that this has happening for the past three months. This money is being taken from my current account. I have never used any of this company’s services. I have sent a note on this company’s online messaging service to demand that these payment cease. The most recent is today July 16th 2022 ( it is marked as pending). In effect then £45 of unauthorised payments have been taken by them.
Desired outcome: If possible for the money to be returned, or at the very least these payments to be stopped.

Complete save taking money out of my bank account without any authorisation
WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, due to checking through my statement as I only use the acccount to pay bills through my student loan. The amount being £15 is small enough to fly under the radar and for me not to notice. I have contacted the bank and the payments have now been blocked. However. I am a student supporting herself, I am extremely angry that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated

Complete save has been taken £15 out of my bank account since 2019. They said I signed up when I made a one of purchase from a company called Lookfantastic. I do not remember signing up for anything not do I have an email from this company. I am livid and extremely upset but also feel totally stupid for not checking my bank statements correctly all this time. It’s only cause times are very tight at the moment that I have been made aware. I have been in contact with the company and they said they would send me a refund form which I have not received. These are scammers. I have been in contact with my bank who have stopped all transactions and refunded the last 90 days and have raised a dispute. The bank was very aware of this company said they have had countless complaints. I have reported the company to Trading standards. This is unsolicited your t&c and refund policy’s are unfair. This is unfair practices. I would like a full refund. Time is of the essence and you have 14 days in which to refund me the full amount for a service I have not used nor was aware of or I will be taking legal action in small claims court.
