On the 31st of may 2023 my wife purchased new appliances- stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave and the chloe bed frame and headboard. There were issues with the stove the iside at center rack the sides of the oven was resricting the center rack from sliding out , that resulted in causing my wife to get burnt on her hands and feet. A serviceman came out and inspected the oven and agreed it needed to be swapped out short answer is it was a fiasco getting this stove swap done. Second issue still has not been settled, issue is with the chloe bed frame rails and the drawer at the end of the bed, both side rail wood is slightly twisted and at the foot the connecting bolts are not countersunk therefore the protude past the wood but behind the fabric causing a hump from the head of the bolt wich will eventualy cut through the fabric, the quality of this bed frame is a 2 on a 1- 10 scale with 1 being the low end. There was a serviceman who came out to look at it and he reported back to the company he saw nothing wrong, well its easy to not see if you don't open your eyes, also lack of experience. Still waiting for the problem solution team to get in contact with me as of yet they have not, but the finance company had no problem calling for wanting a payment the 1st payment, I let them know there will be no payments made until I am satisfied with my items that Is still needing attention, . People in my own opinion the bed frame that I got was 2 side rails headboard footboard and a drwer on casters TERRIBLE QUALITY BEWARE.
Desired outcome: Remove the bed frame and credit the account , I don't want that junk in my bedroom. I dont want a replacement .
