They didn't honor the coupon they sent me for 15% off my service
They didn't honor the coupon they sent me for 15% off my service. The coupon said I could choose any service from their department, but they said oil changes are considered 'service specials' and not applicable. They also mentioned that all maintenance falls under 'service specials' and the coupon is only for repairs. My oil change cost $122.49 with taxes, fees, and surcharges. Instead of giving me the $15 discount, they decided to lose me as a customer. It would have been better if they didn't send coupons they didn't plan on honoring.
We got a new 2020 *** from Bill B*** at Coulter Cadillac Inc
We got a new 2020 *** from Bill B at Coulter Cadillac Inc. He made it super easy, even though we live in Tucson. He didn't push us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best price. He promised to give us the best deal - and he definitely did (his price was way lower than any other dealership and way, way lower than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Bill is really patient and answered all my crazy questions. He even found a Terrain in a different color when I realized my fiancée really wanted a white one. The finance person didn't pressure us into any extra warranties or stuff like that.
I scheduled a service appointment at your dealership two weeks ago and told them what I needed
I scheduled a service appointment at your dealership two weeks ago and told them what I needed. They gave me an appointment for 8/12 at 8am and told me the name and location of the service technician. However, they didn't mention that there would be a diagnostic fee, even though I already knew what needed to be done.
When my husband went to the dealership, they didn't inform him about the diagnostic fee either, even though it was his first time there. They connected the car to a computer for a "test" without using the term "diagnostic." But then they told him we had to pay $169 for this test.
The service technician, *** (the name of the technician), then told my husband that we needed a new battery that would cost $300. When my husband declined, they said we still had to pay $169 for the diagnostic. So, it was either pay $300 for a battery or $169 for the test. It felt like a bait and switch tactic.
This is a really bad way to treat customers. We've been to many Cadillac dealerships across the country and have never been charged a diagnostic fee. I told the service manager about the situation, but they didn't seem to understand or want to make it right.

The finance department at Coulter Cadillac Inc made a mistake with the loan paperwork
The finance department at Coulter Cadillac Inc made a mistake with the loan paperwork. They took a whole month to let us know about it, and then they threatened to show up at my house at night for us to sign new paperwork. Finally, when we managed to go back to the dealership to sign the corrected paperwork, they made me pay the first payment, even though they had promised to pay it on my behalf. However, they didn't make the payment and instead cashed my check. As a result, I received a *** 3 days after the first payment was due, making my payment late. To make matters worse, the dealership still has my first month's payment, and I had to pay the finance company myself.
On June 17, they took my car for two repairs and an oil change
On June 17, they took my car for two repairs and an oil change. It wasn't until June 27 that they finally gave it back to me. They sent me an invoice for someone else's vehicle, and despite asking for my own invoice six times from both *** and GM ***, I still haven't received it. The one they emailed me is impossible to read or print, and it shows a bunch of repairs that I didn't authorize. I tried to sort this out with ***, but he doesn't seem to care about resolving the issue. Now I'm starting to doubt if they even did the repairs on my car or if they did them on the other car I got the invoice for. When I asked *** where my car was and why it wasn't returned on the promised day, he acted really unprofessional. He yelled at me to let him talk and basically told me to shut up, making excuses for why things weren't done on time. I just want a resolution soon, both for a readable invoice and for the unauthorized repairs.
This happened on 12/21
This happened on 12/21. I'm disabled and needed a reliable vehicle to transport my wheelchair and drive long distances. I had a 2016 2SS Camaro with only 29,000 miles in perfect condition. I asked Coulter Cadillac Inc if the vehicle they were offering was in good shape. They assured me that it had gone through their service department, had an oil change, and was ready to go. Unfortunately, I took a big hit on my trade-in, losing $10,000 in just five months. To make up for the difference, I gave them $6,000 as a down payment.
After taking the vehicle to my own mechanic, I discovered that the oil was extremely old, nothing had been inspected, the brakes shook violently at highway speeds, the transmission was slipping, the engine was misfiring, and there was no heat. I reached out to the salesperson, ***, who sold me the car. She promised that someone would contact me, but after making seven calls, I only received an email from a supervisor stating that their paperwork showed everything was fine. I replied, detailing all the problems and the fact that not even an oil change had been done, but they never responded.
Now, I'm stuck with a faulty car that I've only had for three weeks. It needs extensive repairs to bring it back to the condition I was promised. I wrote a negative review, but still haven't received any response from Coulter Cadillac Inc. They don't even answer my calls. Maybe you can help me get them to make things right because, before making my first payment, I have to go buy another car that actually runs properly.

On Monday Sept 12th 2022, I contacted this dealership to find an Escalade
On Monday Sept 12th 2022, I contacted this dealership to find an Escalade. The Escalade market is really confusing and tricky, to say the least. A guy named ***(***) picked up the phone. I told him what I wanted and offered a $2,500 deposit for a future Escalade, even though they don't have one right now. It could come in or maybe someone else cancels, but I wanted to show that I'm serious. I paid over the phone with an Amex. I also told him that I don't have a car right now because I returned my lease, and I'm on a lot of waiting lists. If another dealer calls me first, I'll go with them. I was honest and clear, and he said he gets it. Fast forward to Sept 19th, *** Hills Cadillac called and said a customer couldn't qualify for the Escalade. They asked if I wanted it, and I said yes. I went there and bought it. I told *** about it on the same day, as I was getting the Escalade from my local dealer, and he said it's no problem, he'll give me a refund. Since Sept 19th, I've called and texted him many times, asking for proof of the refund, but he hasn't given it to me. Now he's stopped responding to my texts and doesn't answer the phone. I need my money back so I can pay off my credit card.
My car was at the dealership for a whole month to fix my messed up transmission
My car was at the dealership for a whole month to fix my messed up transmission. When they gave it back to me, they said they replaced the transmission with one from my insurance company, ***. They even covered the cost of the repair, except for the $600 I had to pay. But guess what? The transmission kept leaking fluid for months, making me too scared to drive my car. So, I took it to another mechanic for a different problem, and they immediately told me that my transmission was all messed up. It looked like something hit it from underneath and caused the damage. That's the same repair Coulter said they did. The mechanic told me that my transmission hadn't been replaced at all and suggested I talk to the dealership to sort it out. I left a message for the service manager, Dan Joyce, but he never got back to me. So, I contacted ***, and they told me to reach out to Buick Customer Relations. I even filled out a customer survey on 5/9, but I haven't heard anything since then. I rely on my 2013 Buick Regal for work and fun, but I haven't been able to drive it confidently since November .
I called Coulter Cadillac 'bout my 2015 Corvette's AC problem
I called Coulter Cadillac 'bout my 2015 Corvette's AC problem. I talked to ***, and he said his top mechanics could fix it. I was worried 'cause my car was outside, but it took 'em 6 flag hours to figure it out. They tried a software update first, then changed the module, but it didn't work. Finally, they found out it was the actuator, just like I told 'em from the start. I dropped off my car on August 24th. They said they'd diagnose it by Friday or Monday at the latest. But *** kept giving me the runaround, sayin' it'd be one more day. I decided to swing by and found my car all torn apart, with the top off and covered in dust. I told *** that when they put it back together, there better not be any squeaks or rattles. He promised it'd be fixed right. Then, the manager came up to my wife and me and said he didn't like how I was standin' and asked us to leave or he'd call the police. We reminded him that they had our car, and he said he'd put it on a flatbed and we could take it. He backed off a bit and said it'd be ready on September 20th, a whole 3 weeks after droppin' it off for a 6-hour repair. As I left the dealership, my heads-up display was bouncin' and the dash was squeakin'. I reached out to ***, the general manager. He said he'd get to the bottom of it and call me back. He called on a Thursday and said he'd talk to his service guys to see how long it'd take to fix. He promised to call me on Monday to set up a date. I've been callin', leavin' voicemails, and sendin' emails all week, but they've been ignorin' me. This repair was covered by an extended warranty, so they got paid and don't seem to care about fixin' it right.
This place is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with
This place is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought a 2017 CTS in June . Test drive went well but the VERY NEXT DAY the trans was jumping and front end felt rough. I called the dealer to let them know and they played their cards right by not scheduling me an appointment until 2 weeks out so that I couldn't legally return the car. Had I known it was a trans issue I would have never bought this car. After it literally sitting there for 3-4 weeks NOTHING was done to it. I don't know how many times I had to re-explain myself to these people of what was wrong. It took 6 MONTHS of constant back and forth for it to finally get fixed in Dec 2021. Now, 3 months later, the battery is bad. Ok no problem that's normal wear and tear so I didn't even mention anything about it. I fix battery and now alternator is bad. Got an oil change and was told front shocks were bleeding and needs repair and sunroof shade stopped working. So I make an apt to get repairs. I drop it off on a Saturday expecting to pick up that Monday as the repairs were minor. My advisor *** kept telling me your tech is not fast, but she is thorough which is fine. I'd very much rather the tech take their time instead of rushing so I didn't complain. I don't know what kind of techs they hire at this dealership because every single time I bring it in I get it returned in worse condition than what I brought it in. I now have to bring it back AGAIN because they installed a bad alternator, messed up my alignment and somehow my back driver wheel is crooked. Service manager *** extremely lacks customer service. He does not respond to any emails or return any phone calls. This dealer basically sold me a used lemon that literally needs everything replaced except the engine. The fact that I paid $30k for a car to be extremely unreliable like this and deal with uncaring people at this dealer is very disappointing and the biggest regret of a purchase I have ever made in my life.
