Subscription
I purchased the yearly subscription thinking, for some reason, it wouldn’t charge the full amount and only charge by however much each month was for that subscription. Turns out, I was charged twice, a total of $238.80, an extra $119.40 that was unauthorized. I attempted to cancel everything. I also attempted to contact their support and instead was offered to change my subscription plan? Course Hero stole my money and refuses to return it
Desired outcome: I would like a full $119.40 returned to me in addition with 11 months worth of the yearly subscription. If not then at least the $119.40 returned back to me

Requesting to delete my uploaded file on course hero
I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "ABC reviewer.pdf" because my professor originally made that file which means this file is not my property. Since accessing files in Course hero is not for free and I do not have the required amount for it, so I uploaded it because I had no choice and was very desperate. Actually, we are prohibited to upload those files which compromise the intellectual property rights of my professor who originally made that file, and I am at risk for suspension.
With this, I humbly request that your good office delete my uploaded file titled "ABC reviewer.pdf" I would be grateful if you could. Thank you, very much, and best wishes!

not receiving response for taking down materials uploaded
I have accidentally uploaded notes and ppts from my institution or university, which are unacceptable and not allowed to be seen by others. I have filed a formal takedown complaint or request; however, no response was given. Please, accommodate my complaint now or as soon as possible. I need to takedown the materials that I have previously accidentally uploaded.
This happened yesterday night; supposedly going to cancel the uploading; however, it was already accepted by the time I already got the time to manage to do it.

Remove my upload documents
I accidentally upload the signatures of my classmates. I uploaded it I think october 2021. I didn't know that file has a signatures. I already email them on Course Hero Compliance Team they have no response for 6 hours now. I really need to remove it specially it's their privacy and it has signatures. I hope the file will be remove because it's almost 6 hours since I reported it. My name will be affected as much as my classmated specially they have their signatures in the document.

Removal off items
My account will be deactivated once the items are removed from the course hero site. I will no longer be using CourseHero services. I need the linked content removed for the following reasons. All of the documents are my own original work, but some were collaborative and I did not have the consent of my colleagues to upload them. My professor of the university has advised that all the content from the university needs to be removed as it is information that the university uses. I am no longer comfortable with my private/sensitive information and the private/sensitive information my information and/or of my colleagues being in these documents, so I would like them removed because it was inappropriate for me to upload the files under the data privacy act.
The materials contain my sensitive information from the university.
The university has contacted me to take the information down or I will be in grave danger with the university.
The materials were collaborative and uploaded without my colleague's consent.
The materials contain my colleague's sensitive information.

I cannot withdraw my Tutor earnings as my number cannot be verified
My tutor account ([protected]@gmail.com) can no longer answer questions however I have pending earnings left.
I cannot withdraw my earnings since my number cannot be verified but it was the same number in my contact information (+[protected]).
I already contacted the tutor support via email since 03-Nov-2022, raised concerns online everyday, follow-up again on email, called via phone but no response up until now.
Desired outcome: Please verify my number as soon as possible, so I can withdraw my earnings and I hope the tutor support team can be responsive to our concerns.

Complain about disabling of tutor acount
I recently got banned from Courshero, and now I will almost send them 3 to 4 emails that either describe the reason why you disabled my account or at least release my amount, which is almost 125 dollars, before getting banned.
But unfortunately, I didn't get a reply back from the Course Hero support team, and I am really disappointed by it. That's why I came on this platform to raise my voice and ask that you kindly release my hard-earned money into my PayPal account.
I should hope that i can get reply from your customer suport team after this complain

Good day Sir/Ma'am!
I would like to request for deletion of my uploaded file in Course Hero with the file name "THE NORMAL NEWBORN (1).pdf". My professor told me to immediately turn it down or else I will be given disciplinary action. I do not remember when was the exact date that I uploaded the file but I am very certain that it is one of these previous months. Since accessing files in Course Hero is not for free, it left me no choice but to upload my file because I do not have the required amount for it. The pdf is all about the neonate newborn which my Professor did.

I cannot log in to my account for a week now. I don’t know what happened. It always says I entered an incorrect email or password even though I did type the correct details. I have tried resetting my password but no reset link was ever sent to me. I have also sent emails to the tutor support ([protected]@coursehero.com and [protected]@coursehero.com) but the farthest that I got was receiving an automated reply/email from them. Documents Removal
I just received an urgent mail from my university that we have to take down all the documents before 15 November or I will have to receive a failed mark for that course or face other academic penalties from the school board and top-level management. This not only affect me but other students as well as I also uploaded the group assignment. Please help me delete my documents as my university is now not consenting students to share their work online.

Unable to log in
I was trying to log on to set up my tutor account in Course Hero with my email el.is.[protected]@gmail.com and I keep getting " Bad Request " or " There was an error " feedbacks. My last email from course hero was October 27, 2022 and I started my application on October 24, 2022. I already uploaded my valid IDs and Transcript of Records. The next step is accessing my account to select the subjects I am interested in. What should I do?

Tutor account permanently closed without valid reason
I suddenly can't log in my tutor account. The tutor support said that my account is permanently closed for violating the terms of use without specifying which of the terms I violated.
It also said I will not be able to withdraw my available and pending earnings.
Below is the copy of the said email:
"Thank you for contacting Tutor Support. Our records show that your account has been permanently closed for violating Course Hero’s Terms of Use. This decision is final and we won’t be able to re-open your account. Please also note that no further payments are obligated at this time.

Remove documents in my course hero account
I have uploaded notes from my university and my contact and my friends information in there, which has been asked to remove it immediately. All the notes i got from my university which actually i need to ask from consent from the owner since it are made for only university students. I have accidentally uploaded few notes from my university into course hero and now i really need to remove before there are action from the top level management of the university.

Can't withdraw available earnings - locked account due to Violation
I contacted Tutor Support RE: Earnings because of contact number verification issues on October 22, 2022 and they replied me on October 31, 2022 saying my account is permanently disabled due to violations. My concern is about withdrawing my earnings for the month of October. You should at least provide me with assistance regarding how I can withdraw that one-month of earnings.

There are already some tutors who are complaining regarding the status of their accounts. After earning a higher amount on the platform there are cases that some tutors receive an unreasonable violation and directly receive an email that states that their account is permanently disabled. I'm one of the proofs that can attest to the majority of the tutors that this cycle is actively progressing wherein some tutors and kicked out unreasonably. Gabbie, let's not be theatrical in this case. if you still have basic human decency, try to deal with this matter professionally. Imagine those sleepless nights the tutors spent just to grind productively. You all must build empathy towards these people. They all need their hard-earned money. Stop using DELETE and Kick out mechanism to cover up all your mess. Give us clear contextualization of the case. Enough of victimizing tutors. Show up and deal with this.
PS: Stop filtering our comments. This is reality and will never be propaganda against you. Tutors should know the other side of this heavenly platform.
Wether you become passive in this matter. Note that karmic retribution will do its job. Continue fooling some tutors.

Unable to withdraw my Earnings as a Tutor
Hello! This is a follow-up to my earlier plea for help with making withdrawals from my available earnings. At present, I am unable to cash out my money, and I keep getting an error that my account could not be verified and is now locked, at which point I was instructed to contact support. I am trying to reach out to the tutor support team for the third time. The dashboard now informs me that my account is locked and cannot be verified since I no longer have access to the verification question. My overall score is fairly high, and I haven't received any emails stating that I broke any rules. I hope that you can help me resolve the issue of withdrawals of my hard-earned money.
