My wife bought a used car here 2 years ago
My wife bought a used car here 2 years ago. We went to trade it in this week and found out it been in an accident and has frame damage. There's nothing in the paperwork we got that said it had been in an accident. All we got was a book value saying it was in clean condition. When I called and talked to the general manager *** he said they got a signed copy of my wife knowing it had frame damage. I asked why there was no copy of her signing that in the paperwork he answered very aggressively and said, @well why dont chu come down here and Ill give you one! Dishonest and aggressive behavior. He knows what they did and is doubling down on dishonesty.
I went to Courtesy Auto Group, Inc
I went to Courtesy Auto Group, Inc. for a test drive and it was a total waste of time. I had an appointment for 4 pm but when I got there, they told me that the car I wanted to test drive was already sold. They also said that the price listed on their website was not the actual price. Apparently, the price listed only applies if you have $2,000 cash or trade-in value. When I said that I didn't need financing, they still insisted that it didn't matter. I found out later that there was a fine print on their website that said the price only applies if you finance through them. I'm a busy person and I don't appreciate being lied to and wasting my time. The saleswomen tried to sell me a car I didn't want and it was very frustrating. Their pricing format is very deceptive and it's no wonder why car dealerships have a bad reputation. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and I will definitely share it with others.
I had my car towed to Courtesy for a warranty repair a week ago
I had my car towed to Courtesy for a warranty repair a week ago. They charged me a diagnostic/deductible fee. The ignition cylinder needed replacing, but if I wanted the door lock replaced to match the key, it was another fee for labor. They said the car would be ready on Monday, but it wasn't. They agreed to replace the lock for free because it was a safety issue. They said they had no vehicle for me to use to get to work, and the warranty company wouldn't provide one. On Tuesday, they received the part, but they couldn't install it because of staff shortages. The warranty company will cover the rental for a few days, and they now have a vehicle I can use while mine is being repaired. I picked up the car late and found out there was no heat. They provided me with an old car with no heat, and it was 20 degrees outside. I don't recommend this dealer, especially their service department. They have been lying to me since last week and always have an excuse. My car is not repaired even though the part is there, and I am driving a car with no heat. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and bad business overall!

I was gonna buy a car from these guys for a certain price
I was gonna buy a car from these guys for a certain price. We signed a contract and I put down a deposit. But then they hit me up a few days later talking about some "mistake" in the price and they ain't gonna honor the deal. And now they still ain't given me back my deposit.
I bought a car from Courtesy Auto Group on Oct 7th
I bought a car from Courtesy Auto Group on Oct 7th. They told me I needed to buy gap insurance and a service contract to get a better rate, but I didn't want them. They said the services were from *** and cost $4400.00. I tried to cancel them and work a new deal for a 2022 kona, but even though I bought 2 cars from them, we couldn't make a new deal. I emailed the *** to get a refund for the service, but got no response. I left 2 voice mails, but didn't get a call back. I went to the dealer on Oct 23rd and filled out a fidelity cancelation form, but don't know if it was filled promptly. I just want my money back from the services I canceled.
I went to Courtesy Auto Group, Inc
I went to Courtesy Auto Group, Inc. on August 17 to trade my car for a different one. I put down $2,000 on a 2018 Kia, but things got complicated. I changed my mind and asked for my deposit back along with my car. They said I would get my deposit back once the deal was undone. I called a few times, and they said it was in process. Then they told me I had to fill out a tax form to get the sales tax back. After that, they said I would get the rest of my deposit back once they got the title from the bank. I called to check if they got the title, but they said no. It's been two weeks since it was mailed back on September 10.

I talked to **** in finance and *** on the sales floor who was our dealer
I talked to *** in finance and *** on the sales floor who was our dealer. They told me 4 times last week that my deposit/downpayment of 3k would be refunded to my debit card. Every time I called to ask if the charge was refunded they said it hadn't happened and that they would do it right away. The 3rd time I called I was told "oh we need your card number and 3 digit security code to process the charge and that it would take a couple days to process depending on my bank. Today, I called my bank to see how long it would take for the payment to be processed to my account and the bank told me that there was no payment waiting to be processed or be posted. I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager to explain what happened and he said ONCE AGAIN it would be processed right away. I asked him to stay on the phone until I could verify with my bank that it was actually happening. The manager was completely disrespectful and said with a defiant attitude that "you will not dictate to me how to do my job" I responded with "then I guess i'll have to sue you to get my money refund because it's been over a week and I've been lied to 4 times". At that point he hung up the phone while muttering something derogatory in the background. I won't type what I thought I heard because I can't be sure, but I am confident it was disrespectful.
