Dr Teals bubble bath
I am a forme employee from the Uptown MInneapolis store. I am still stalked by your employees when I am in the store. That needs to cease. My weblog is serenity8989. blogspot.com. I am all PhD and Pharmacy PhD from Butler University. I have a Chemistry PhD and a Organic Chemistry PhD from Hamline University. You all lie, but they won't at this point. Biochemistry does not actually exist as a field, but I have advanced it of late on my own. Around me it was a full-on CIA campus. It is actually only a post doctorate campus except for world renowned ELS students who always pass their TOEFL. Tariq from KUIWAIT could stop into Cub any day VERY irate. So, your CSM's and my original trainer loved to touch me too much and full on rub their bodies against me when I needed assistance on the register. They needed to just left me get out of the way. I needed to job, so I did not complain. Herman Lake has a supreme gift o prophecy and used it put an irritant in the Dr. Teal's I bought there a while ago. I used it all and now my whole lower body is covered with bumps that are very itchy. CHRIS, my former CSM, U.S. Marine, got it from the Middle East. This is not acceptable. I will handle it online. Dr. Jennifer K. Mayer 112
Desired outcome: Please treat me with respect in the store. They are all prostituting now, there is one madam on staff, they do cocaine and child porn on the job, and steal. They need to not touch me or follow me in the store.
Cubs security
Hello,
As I was doing a last minute shopping @Cub foods on Lake St and Minnehaha or known as the Cubs on 28th st.,
The was gentlemen who didn’t look any different then the chunks or drug addics stood outside all day and night, and believe me I’m saying this because I’m neighbor and I see it everyday.
So this gentleman yelled at me hey hey, as I was entering the store about 15 minutes closing time, I was in rush so I ignored him obviously, little did I know, he stopped me on my way out not only him but also the other security guy whom had his uniform on, and they hit me on my chest, called me all types of curse words, they refused to let me out as one stood in front of the exit door, so I was stuck In between the two middle doors as I yelled for help., reason for doing all of this, the gentleman whom I didn’t recognize didn’t have no uniform on security or cub foods uniform, and the store was open and there was still people behind me, so in conclusion, I live next door I love this cub foods, I been coming since I was little kid., but idk what has happened to this place and what it become, it’s unreal., I can’t sum it up in words to what happened to me yesterday night.
Desired outcome: Change of stuff, training, holding people accountable, respecting customers. There are many things can be done.
Rewards Card and Store
Apparently your rewards cards no longer work. Your updated app really, really sucks! I tried to use my fuel rewards at Holiday. As instructed I punched in my alt rewards number as I usually do and nothing. I got a message to see the cashier. If I had the time I would have but I was at the pump and was paying at the pump to avoid going into the store. Your rewards card didn't work! So I get home and log in on my home computer to fill out the Cub Listens survey. Filled it out and push the submit button and was told I couldn't connect to submit the finished survey. i AM NOT HAPPY WITH CUB! POOR SELECTION IN THE STORE, TERRIBLE APP, BAD REWARDS CARD SERVICE, ALL AROUND A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE!
Desired outcome: DO YOUR JOBS!! TRY SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Self service checkout lane
I went to the Cub Foods in Duluth, MN, on a weekend, around 9:00 a.m. or so. I had perhaps only several items and got right into a self service checkout lane and proceeded to ring up my groceries. I noticed there was a female customer waiting in line as two of the checkout stations apparently were inoperable this weekend day. Well, I was checking out and...

I have been using Cub delivery for 1 1/2 years. I am somewhat disabled which makes carrying bags with heavy items difficult. So was shocked yesterday to find out they changed to deal dash and would no longer deliver to my house. A warning would have been nice, but I guess their bottom line is more important than their loyal customers. With my diet I was spending 500+ a month. If I have to go to a store I will find one that will help me with my bags.
Desired outcome: None
Corporate greed !!!
Your prices are out of control… corporate greed … shame on you for trying to profit off of the general public during these trying times …. Aren’t you making enough money for your shareholders ( who’s pockets are overflowing $$)
Why not do the right thing and bring your inflated prices back to a reasonable range for those struggling… living paycheck to paycheck …. Don’t you want to be remembered for the good things you did for your fellow man …..and not how much money you amassed…..SMH…….
Desired outcome: A real explanation
I bought a package of 4 brioche hamburger buns and the price was 6 dollars. # times the Walmart price. Robbery9!
I worked in a position that saw the back-end of pricing, and I was wowed when I saw we weren't making a profit off our prices, like maybe .02 or .10 cents. They really put a priority on customers first. I saw my manager put sales on things that weren't making a profit so that more customers would buy it. On my own later, I still wanted to know if there were any stores with better prices than cub I could shop at, I compiled all of the prices in the area on a spreadsheet then did a formula. Surprisingly, cub foods won over Aldi and Hyvee and I was a bit confused how. Maybe we need a new strategy in presentation. But since I can't see what location this was, I can't be sure that your cub didn't have high prices.
Bakery manager
The manager in the bakery at coon rapids south.. I believe her name tag said Rene. She was getting very rude and disrespectful to her coworker. Raising her voice and making the coworker feel bad to the point it looked like they were about to cry. This is not the first time I've seen this happen. That manager does not deserve to be there. Almost every time I have been to to this store that same manager is very rude. I've heard about this lady from another store as well and it seems she treats all her employees this way and this is like her 5 the store. Time to see her leave or I will contact the News about the treatment of employees at your stores.
Desired outcome: It seems the best solution would be to replace that manager. Or I call News and inform them of mistreated employees and let everyone know
Waiting at customer service — rude cashier — asking about pricing on an item — then waiting on customer service again
I came in too purchase a power ball and the east indian customer service person told me she would be right with me
10 minutes + passed and no show
I went shopping and purchased some items — most specifically
2 pkgs of of jalapeno hamburgers for $7.00 wit $2.00 off manager special
I found the exact 2 pkgs on sale for $5.00
I politely asked if the $2.00 off special could be applied to the $5.00 specia
Just looking for a yes or no — the cashier — a young male who was on his cell phone so I had to get his attention called the mgr (same as customer service person) and said she will be with me shortly — again standing for 10 min
Waiting — no show — I expressed my disappointment and left
The cashier had to have the last word
I am a 40 yrs resident of eagan — I will no longer be shopping at cub
Desired outcome: not sure what Outcome would suffice
Manager
I was at your Burnsville Minnesota location on W. Country Rd. 42 around 12 o'clock. I was doing my own check out which was on a conveyor belt. I've checked out multiple times so I know how it works. Halfway through a message kept coming up do you want to bag, I would clear it and just go on with my order. As I was getting down to my last few items the...

I shop at the Cub Foods on S Robert St in West St Paul, and I have a health condition which prevents me from having caffeine. Folger's Coffee sells singles bags, like tea bags but with Coffee. You do sell Folger's Singles, but only the caffeinated type. I have asked for the buyer there to start stocking Folger's Singles Decaf as well, but possibly the decision has to go through many corporate layers before it gets approved, because it hasn't changed.
You have many Folger's products on your shelves, so you could spare one row for the decaf variety.
Moreover, I see that you are giving more room to Keurig-pod varieties. Since 50% of the American people live on $30, 000 a year OR LESS, many of us can't afford our own Keurig machine.
Please stock Folger's Singles Decaf. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Stock Keurig Singles Decaf.
Cub breakfast sausage links
I recently purchased a package of Cub brand sausage links at the Freeport Il location. When i went to cook them i noticed that the casings were way underfilled, The pork was loose inside the casing & there was approximately a 1/2 inch of casing hanging off each end of the sausages. These sausages cost more than other brands & are usually worth the extra cost but i was highly dissatisfied with these.

I was standing in line at the customer center at 701 west Broadway avenue, Minneapolis MN 55441 store waiting in line behind a customer who was in front of me. She got her lottery and left. As I was walking up to the customer service counter a employee of yours came from around the bakery area cut in line in front of me. I said excuse me I'm in line. He...

This particular store at 1177 Clarence is a store that instacart goes to that people place orders at. I have stopped taking requests at that store because cashier that is on early in the morning the only cashier she is Afro-American, and just so you know that this is not a racial issue my family is white black mixed. The reason I no longer go there is because she doesn't say hello she doesn't respond when you say hello she looks totally miserable and unhappy and sometimes I shop for more than one person so I have to have the to order separated and I asked for her to be sure that they don't run together and she told me that I can figure it out she's on how far and basically bad staff I don't know if she was trained or I don't know if she doesn't care I noticed on the instacart apps that this particular store stays on the list for a long time nobody accepts it I'm wondering if it's not for the same reason. Maybe training will help I don't know she doesn't seem very open to anything new or two make the shopping experience a good one
Desired outcome: Training
Credit card charged for an ATM type charge
Long time customer. Weekly and I usually don't use self-serve. This time I did and my $.89 purchase became $20.89. The Burnsville store manager said I must have asked for cash which I didn't. I do recall the "cash" option but I declined it. Manager said "no" and that I must have said yes and selected $20, which I didn't.

Pharmacy cub in Stillwater man
I have been getting my medicine at cub in Stillwater mn. ! I have been using the cub pharmacy for 3 years ! Day one I have had nothin but trouble with them including there pharmacist! ! To get a refill on my medicine I have to give them a week to process it. ( so they tell me ) never is ready never letting me know if there is problems with getting it refilled ! I have to go there to find out they are still processing it a week later so I having waiting for a week all along them telling me it was my doctor not sending it in ! After I talked to my doctor finding out it was cub again so I went there last night to pick it up they told me it's still processing so I asked if I could buy 5 of them so I could sleep that night the pharmacist said no ! Than telling me that it was to early to fill it I said no it's not ! So I have been up for 24 hours calling my doctor and telling what is going on ! Seriously what is with that processing for a week ( plain and simple laziness) ge. I have had so much trouble with them I just have to go somewhere else . I really thought they would be working with me on this medicine but they are NOT ! Soooo snotty to me like I'm doing them a favor by going to that pharmacy ! So here it is 6 days later I called them to see if it's ready that pharmacist told that she is working on it and it will be another hour 🤨

I understand that there's a problem with the opiate academic in United States but when a person has a prescription for 10 pain pills ( a abscessed tooth) and has to wait 8 days to get the prescription filled is just cruel. After calling five times and asking about the prescription it did finally get filled, and I believe that was only because on the last call I asked what the associate's names were. They were given to me but in a rude tone. My fiance was never given the opportunity to even purchase the actual prescribed meds that were given. And on that last phone call I don't think they could even find the actual prescription and I don't think anything would have become of it if I wouldn't have called back and asked for the associate's name that was given to me in a really rude tone. This is actually the second time that this has happened to us. I am in the process of getting dentures and had to have teeth that were removed by oral surgery. My dentist is in Rochester Minnesota we live in Mankato Minnesota we had dropped off prescription for 10 Vicodin the day of getting my teeth removed. We waited three hours and then called back to see if the prescription was ready before actually going and trying to pick up. The head pharmacist that was there that day informed me that she would not be filling prescription until she received a call from my dentist in Rochester. We were stunned we had to call my dentist at home after hours and ask him to call the pharmacy in Mankato and okay this prescription. He himself couldn't believe it and now has a new policy at their dental office that all prescriptions get filled in Rochester a block away at the pharmacy there, not a Cubs pharmacy by the way. There was no reason at all to be treated like this! I myself have not had a prescription for pain pills since I can't even remember, years ! And my fiance as well! We're not pill seekers we don't have anything like that in our our pharmaceutical record there or anywhere! In the meantime I had a mouth full of gauze, bleeding and in very extreme pain and had to wait all this extra time for her to even begin to fill that prescription, which by the way I did not get till the next day! It's really sad, it's really too bad because we have been with Cubs pharmacy for years, 20 years at least and now they have new head pharmacist there and the staff has changed and we're leaving we're going to CVS!
Desired outcome: Policies go overboard, cruelty to customers in pain!!
Discrimination
My family has gone to the cub foods in Eden prairie, Mn for years. My mom has used a check to pay for her purchase. Her check has a Minneapolis address well today the Manager asked for another method of payment because they only allow local checks. Mind you nowhere in the store is that posted and we have gone to that same store numerous times using a check...

While I was at the checkout register Beth was very rude. She held up her hand and told me to wait until the customer had been rung up before I could put my groceries on the conveyor belt. I felt it was said in a demeaning tone as well. The last 3 times that I have been to the store I have had her as a cashier and each time she has been rude. I do not tend...
Read full review of Cub FoodsParking lot
I love MY CUB - honest I do... but a suggestion. I am a senior with a disability (at 80 it's a given). When I go to the Cub in Roseville - Larpenteur Ave, there are many of the handicap spaces being occupied by folks waiting for someone in the store... from a grumpy old man eating his breakfast in car this morning, to young folk driving their grandparents car with appropriate handicap plates, but sitting in a space - waiting for grandma - or a friend. Also store employees - but I hope to understand that those employees are in need of that space also - but for 8 hours? Due to the popularity of your stores, I'm sure Larpenteur Ave isn't the only one facing this problem. Who would have thought that this morning at 8am I would have to circle the parking lot looking for the closest spot. 10 cards down the line doesn't sound like much, but when it's hard to walk, then spot some old geezer (I can say that) sitting in the "primo spot" chowing down, I got a little ticked. I know I have discussed this with several of my friends who also share my disdain. 3 or 4 of them no longer shop Cub because of this - choosing Aldi's instead. I'm on the cusp. Maybe I'll do the same thing, not sure. Perhaps you could have someone in authority take a walk outside every so often and check this. A gentle poke should do the trick. Just saying...
