On October 11, 2023 I called the pharmacy at 910am while my partner was headed to pick up my prescription to see when it was ready. The person was incredibly rude, said it would be an hour, when I politely asked if it could be sooner because I needed to go to work but have an infection that needs antibiotics, and they said maybe 45 mins. They then yelled at my partner saying I had just called and they told me it wasn't ready. I hadn't reached him yet bc I was helping my toddler in the bathroom by my infected self. They yelled at other customers on the phone telling them not to come bc their prescriptions weren't ready. And then when my partner who has adhd was mindlessly tapping his finger on a shelf while waiting, the pharmacist yelled at him that he was distracting her and needed to stop tapping his finger immediately. This is the worst experience we've ever had, and we will not be returning to cub pharmacy nor grocery after this, and will recommend the same to friends, families, and the online communities we are a part of as a sports caster, trivia host, and educator.
Desired outcome: Train staff on customer service skills, or at very least, expect them to be courteous to people.
