CVS pharmacy

I have already switched pharmacies with half my prescriptions. Ecause of this. Four days in a row I get a text message that I have a prescription which in essence I don't. Each day they repeat the message so I call. The wait time is ludicrous. Once today it was fourteen minutes, then thirteen minutes. They initially answer and then one is put on hold again. They never subsequently pick up. This must amuse the incompetent people who answer and say one call is ahead. This is why people I have spoken with do not go to the pharmacy on Florence in Downey CA. It is a joke.

CVS pharmacy

Today my wife went to CVS in Wallingford CT. The women who checks people in at the pharmacy was quite rude from the beginning of the interaction. She was continually short with my wife and was highly condescending. My wife explained that we do not have a copay since we have 2 insurances. After arguing with her about her insurance cards she said she would look into it. After looking Through her file my wife was told that this medicine was only being processed through one insurance despite seeing in the computer there were 2 and that we owed a copay. After repeatedly saying she was short on time, my wife had to leave. At which point she said she would pay the copay and leave. Then the lady instructed her to go to the back of the line where she could wait to check out. When I returned to get her medicine, I waited for about a half hour before being helped by the same women who apparently missed customer service class. She continued to make excuses for her behavior and repeatedly said they were short staffed. This is not my or my wifes problem, nor should it be made to be. I paid the copay which I don't believe we should have owed since last month we got the same prescription and it had no copay and with her insurance and mine as the secondary we don't have one. I would appreciate if you reprimanded this employee and emphasized the importance of customer care especially since this is a service based industry and you are dealing with people who are not in the optimum frame of mind. Quite frankly I will reconsider doing business with this CVS based on this poor experience. Also when I was in line there were 3 other customers with the same complaints. CVS assistant manager

I am extremely upset by the circumstances from my CVS. The assistant manager is extremely rude & disrespectful and I have never in over 20+ years had somebody treat me as he has. I just had Foot surgery, going in for open back surgery & neck surgery due to a school bus going through a stop sign & crushing me in my truck. I in 2 months dropped off my medications & as ok file took as I was explained to by surgeon & today I took my third month supply in to drop off. He told me he will not fill my script he "Doesn't feel comfortable doing so". Well I don't feel comfortable due to the exxruciating pain I'm delt with daily & if my insurance approves he has no rights. Now I can't get it filled because all other CVS's & Publix are out of my meds so I'm left to suffer while he has in stock. His job is to see I'm not abusing my meds & taking as directed & that's why my insurance allows it to go through so his feelings because of 2 months of me getting meds is ridiculous. I'm flabbergasted that this man can make these decisions & leave people like me suffering. Something needs to change. The lady yesterday said I could bring in & get filled & he denies me. I'm so livid they are allowed to treat people this way.

CVS pharmacy service

I went to the CVS pharmacy to have a prescription filled and to transfer all of my scripts to that pharmacy since I had recently moved into the area. I was met by the pharmacist that pulled my information up on the computer system. I told him that I would like to transfer my prescriptions and have one filled at that time. He told me he would refill my prescription the one I needed then, and that I could call in the others as needed to refill them.
I don't believe that this was necessary. Why did I need to call them in when all he had to do was transfer them and put them on auto refill and CVS would call or text me when they were ready. This is the service that I had received at my previous CVS and I do not understand why I received such lousy customer service. When my prescription was ready I was checking out and I mentioned to the young lady at the pharmacy checking me out that I did not understand why my prescription could not be transferred and placed on auto refill. She pulled a sticker from my paper work and told me she would do it. Four days later I needed to refill a script and I called the new pharmacy on the automated line to find that I was not in their system
so since I needed it immediately I called my old CVS and had to order through them and drive 40 minutes across town to get it. This was ridiculous!
I waited on hold for many minutes to speak to a live person but finally gave up and hung up. Since he never transferred my scripts I had to go back to my old pharmacy to get my script. This is the service that you advertise to provide. Why was I treated so poorly by this pharmacist and his technician?

CVS employee

You have an employee working in your Mineola TX store that is a known meth user and a thief. ... I don't see how she was hired but obviously your businesses don't do urine analysis test... Maybe since she works around medicine she should be offered a random drug test and if im wrong I apologize but im not so the employees name is angie huff ... She is well known around Mineola to all the drug users and I don't think its a good idea to have someone who not only smokes meth but who shoots it up too is a good sales representative to serve not only people with children but also our elderly people of the community...

CVS bengay pain reliever patches

I went into a location near me to purchase this product due to severe back pain I've been having. I applied multiple patches today and I started developing a painful rash and having sharp pain. I had used this product before and haven't had sympotoms like this before. I then proceeded to look over the packaging and noticed that the product was a year expired... I'm Going to the dermatologist to get it looked at to make sure it's nothing too serious. I'm very shocked to see that I was sold a product past its expiration date. I have my receipt and have kept the packaging. This is very unexceptable of a store known for selling pharmaceutical products. Thank you

CVS unethical behaviour

Date: March 25, 2017 Time: 9:13pm Manager on duty: Jason Munoz
I went into the store to purchase coffee & bread, I chose folgers coffee because there was a clearance sign on it for $5.89. When I rang it up at the self check out register it rang up at $6.99. I asked an associate if they could check the price and I mentioned the clearance label. She came back and said it was for the "breakfast blend" and I had the "classic", I asked her if she can get me the breakfast blend. It turns out there was no more, so I asked if they would grant the price difference of $1.10 she said she would ask the manager. The manager was Jason Munoz, which was extremely rude and needs an in service on customer service. I asked him if he would grant the difference in price since the sign was still on the shelf. He raised his voice and said "No once we are out of the product its done" I said well since the sign was still there, can he grant me the difference, he walked away before I could finish and mumbled "no mam" I told him that I work in customer service and that he lacked good customer service. He continued about is business like I wasn't even there. I paid for my items and walked out. I am a frequent customer at this specific store (Secaucus, NJ) and although the item was done as a courtesy I believe he should of granted the $1.10. But instead he was rude and lacked management and social skills. I think you should have this manager take a course in customer service and maybe some social skills. And to satisfy me and keep me going into your store for future purchases you should provide me with either a gift card or a free tub of coffee for having to deal with this antisocial rude manager you have employed. My contact number is [protected] and my email is [protected]@comcast.net. My name is Linda Chiari-Figueroa and I reside @ 220 Meadow Lane, Apt. C7 Secaucus, NJ 07094.

CVS medication

Today I was at the CVS at 640 Arthur Kill Rd, Staten Island NY 10312. When I attempt to speak with the pharmacy technician regarding medication coverage she gave me a attitude and was acting like I was bothering her. She never mentioned to me that my medication came in generic form or explain any coverage. I been fulfilling my medications here for year and this is the first time I encountered this type of behavior and attitude toward a steady customer, I am very upset and disappointed and will no longer due business with CVS. Employees should be evaluated and given training on how to be more professional and polite toward there customers.

CVS play station store coupon of 50 $ to redeem was not activated by the cashier

Sincerely, I request your cooperation, since I bought last week between the 13th and 17th of February, a play station store coupon of 50 $ to redeem. But when trying to redeem it rejects it and apparently was not activated by the cashier, since another coupon was bought on the same date, if allowed to use.
The shop where you make the purchase is: Neighborhood Shop
Cambridge, MA, USA. UU.
In those days I was in an academic activity in MIT and I am currently in Bogota Colombia, my place of residence, so I can not personally address the store.
I send photos of the coupon:
I'll look forward for your answer.
Best regard.

I sent a e-mail to Dianne.[protected]@cvscaremark.com on march 15, but I have not gotten an answer yet

CVS pharmacy

Wheres Kyle? I've been coming to Cvs on Bonanza and lamb for years and I've never had any issues with none of the employees in the pharmacy until they got a new manager. She keeps messing up on my prescriptions. She forgot to give me my daughters amoxicillin and that's not the only time she has messed up. If I have any other issues with her I'm going to have to switch to Walgreens. I'd hate to do that because everyone there is so nice but I can't have her messing up on mine and my daughters prescriptions.

CVS horrible customer experience

I went to the pharmacy to picked up my medication and drop off one. As a being attended by the cashier, I have my information to get my prescriptions, she explained that out of 3 only one was ready and that didn't have record of any other med to be refill. I explained that my doctor sent that prescriptions about a week ago, she then said to me that she don't Know what to tell you but is almost time to close and we don't have time to refill your prescription. At this point I looked at the time it was only 4:15pm, so she did have time to refill. Then the pharmacy manager helped me and the service was even worse. All I know is that if you as a manager don't have the patient to deal with people so quick your job then. He was very rude and not helpful at all. Tomorrow I will pick my med and switch my med to Walmart.

CVS prescription was not filled with correct amount of pills

On February 21, 2017, I drove through the drive-through to pick up my prescription for Bupemorphine 2 mg 53 tablets. The CVS is located on 32nd and Union Hills. As I proceeded to pay for my prescription I pulled ahead because there was a vehicle behind me open up my prescription bottle and can tell that there was not 53 pills in the bottle there was 21.I turned around and automatically spoke to the same person that helped me with the transaction the pharmacist then came to the window and told me that they counted them three times and it was circled in red and I told him I was aware of that but there was only 21 pills. The pharmacist on duty proceeded to tell me I was a liar and that was the end of it I paid for an extra 32 pills that someone else pocketed and I know I can do nothing about it. I think those cameras out to be checked because someone took my pills

CVS pharmacy staff

Today I went to pick up my prescription and was told my insurance doesn't cover the request made by my doctor, which I completely understand. I was never asked or told about being able to pay out of pocket for the prescriptions until I was told by a relative. I then requested how much additionally I would have to pay and was told at which I then asked to pay the additional to keep the full prescription. However, the additional pills were already taken out and needed to be put back in. The aggravation and anger was written all over their faces, which grant it I would probably be a little upset too if I were them. However, I was very nice and did not appreciate the attitude I was given or having my medication thrown around while the pharmacist rolled her eyes. I understand they may have had a tough day and my request probably was the last they wanted to deal with. However, I would recommend expressing my frustrations when the customer isn't present because it is very uninviting and makes me want to pick up my prescriptions elsewhere. I have always received great customer service from this location, but today was not a good day.

CVS pharmacy department

CVS could not resolve my issues yesterday nor today. Dates 3/15 and 3/16, with my insurance coverage. I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreen's and got myself registered and my needs met in less than 15 minutes. So what is CVS' problem?
I have United Healthcare/Verizon Advantage Plan as of this year. My pneumonia shot is covered 100%. CVS could not get my new coverage to cover my shot. Kept saying my Medicare was incorrect roo something to that effect. I even had customer service on the call with me this morning for 30 minutes walking them thru. Still unsuccessful. Medicare is not involved or the problem! I told them this 3 times! I waited 30 minutes in the store yesterday and was unresolved. On the phone this morning another 30 minutes wasted. Do they know how to fill out the insurance info in the computer? Evidently not! No problem with Walgreen's. You need to check out your program for slicks or the store pharmacy. Clerks need training or something. They said I would have the same problem elsewhere. Not so! I told the pharmacy I was moving my prescriptions over and no longer dealing with them. One person was snappy with me and said then go elsewhere if you can get better service. That's exactly what I did. I have been with CVS for 15 years and have noticed they are not very customer friendly like they were at one time. Don't even try to get me back! I was very pleased with Walgreen's and here to stay! They gave me 3 days of running around!
