I am complaining about subscription enrolment.
I have used my card to purchase medicine in one of your outlet while I was on holiday in LA California and since then have been charges with subscription payment monthly, even while I am back to my region in Europe.
I don’t leave in the United States and as such I don’t satisfied the conditions for a subscription enrolment.

On 06.09.2023 at 6.44pm my husband went to the 2101 13th St, St Cloud, FL 34769 store 892-3116 location. I asked him to pick up my prescription that was ready. The person that helped him, Sheryl told my husband that I couldn't take the med that was prescribed to me because I'm on a med that I can't take with that new med. He told Sheryl that he knew nothing about my prescriptions. My husband asked Sheryl what the med was for. Sheryl told him why I am taking the med. This is HIPAA violation. If I wanted to discuss this with my husband, I would have. Neither Sheryl or my husband know what my doctor and I discussed before she even prescribed the med. I KNOW THAT THOSE TWO MEDS ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN TOGETHER. THE MED THAT I WAS PREVIOUSLY ON I HAVE STOPPED TAKING IT! There was no reason why all of that information was given to my husband. I am angered by this interaction.
Desired outcome: This is a serious matter and I hope Sheryl is retrained on not sharing personal information with a person other than the patient.

I have been taking pain medication for a lot of years. I fill at Cvs in Gibsonburg now, previously at CVS Woodville, Ohio. There has been an issue going back awhile of them always being out of stock, happens all the time. Now the brands keep shifting and all brands aren't the same. Today and last month the company providing the medicine is Alvogen. It is a round pink pill. It is also very ineffective at pain control. I have had to take lots of Advil with this drug because it does not work. What I need is medication that is on time, these drugs cannot be ordered just anytime, has to be close to refill date. Also needs to be a trusted manufacturer, whether these are cheaper or what I don't know, but they are defective. I know how well a pill relieves my pain, and these do not. I had to have a 2 day surgery to correct sever scoliosis. Although it straightened my posture, it has left me with a lot of pain. I am old but not dead and keep very busy, I don't have time to be in pain. Quality of life is very important especially as you age. Please fix the problem of constant out of stock and poor quality product.
Desired outcome: Just put that in above section. i want them to quit being out of medication {this happens a lot!}. I'd also like to see consistent good quality drugs that I can expect to do what they are subscribed to do.
Defective steam gift card
I bought two STEAM Game Gift cards. I had no idea that:
1) there is a no-return policy. However, on my receipt, AFTER the manager alerted me to it: one part states returns with a receipt. Another location states that activated prepaid cards are non-refundable. They've not been used.
A few days later, I went to the store asking for a refund as both of the card's scratch-off areas were unreadable, and CANNOT be redeemed. The manager, Hispanic Male, stated no returns policy and said the cashier should have advised. I stated she did not. He asked her, and she stated she did not advise me. The manager gave me a non-working number of: [protected] to call STEAM. A day later I though , ok give cards away, but The issue is they are unreadable!
I did not intend to give $40.00 away due to the untrained employee not advising these cards were not returnable.
Please note the cards below are UNREADABLE.
Desired outcome: exchange Damaged cards for store credit.

I called & spoke to 2 reps today in Extra Care. I wanted my 10.00 reinstated from May that expired last night. I was called out of town on an emergency for 2 weeks. I got home last night. I wanted it reinstated. I am a devoted CVS customer for many years. I did not plan on being out of town 2 weeks.
This was unforeseen & the agents were none caring about this unusual event.
If I had been in town I would have used this within the 2 week window I had to use it. I would not have thrown the 10.00 reward by a mistake,
I pay 5.33 a moth for this.

Pharmacist at cvs on 21 mile and Romeo plank road refuses to fill my medication unless I allow him to bill Medicare part D . I want to use Good Rx. He said he can’t do that. Using part d is way too expensive and will only fill for 24 tabs instead of 90.

On 5/11/2023 my Dr. sent an RX to your store on Del Web Blvd. Las Vegas, NV.
for the above-mentioned medicine. I went to store to pick Rx and was told it was too early pick up, come back on Saturday 5/27/23. I again tried to retrieve and RX and was told it is out of stock.
Today Wednesday I again tried to pick up my RX which was partially filled. No needles and no syringes. Counter person said she did not have an RX for either.
I called my Dr. who said she sent those RX's on 5/11/23. Dr. assistant called store which reported they indeed have the RX's but they are out of stock.
CVS will call when they are in.
Three trips and still 5/11/23 Rx not filled on 5/31/31.
I also use discount s from GoodRX and am required to wait for my DR's approval. WHAT! Why does (CVS) make doing business with you so difficult.
I will never use CVS again.
