I have tried the order this cell phone (5) times and every time my order is canceled for no valid reason. My credit card has been accepted for many many online purchases before and after this order by "reputable" companies. I have contacted the company each time the order was canceled, only available by text or email by the way and was told to try and reorder the item.
This company is ether just a scam to get you email address or is simply incompetent at a level i have never experienced before.

I bought a dual head shower with rainfall and massage after reading reviews on the item on the website, how good they are. They must be bogus reviews. However they must have incorrectly made it because upon installation in my shower, which is a large shower, there was no room for a person to get under it, it was so close to the wall. I am requesting a full refund on my credit card. There have been emails telling me to accept a small refund and to keep the device. I don't want to keep it. It doesn't work. Invoice #[protected] for $39.00 I didn't realize this company is just a scam on the web. Any reputable company would stand behind their products they sell.

I ordered a cross necklace September 5, thinking that would be plenty of time for my order to arrive before Sunday the 24th. I have emailed them without getting a response, I have tried getting a hold of them via phone, and still nothing. I am irate about not being able to speak to a representative and that I have not been given a link to track my order. The worst part of everything was when I finally found a phone number, I was given no extension numbers, and was even told if it was urgent to email them - not call them directly. After using the hose several times a week during a 39 day time frame, I noticed water leaking about a third of the way down from the nozzle. By the time I finished watering and turned the spigot off, a very large leak was now visible, and wasted water all over.
We immediately contacted Daily Sale, and a CSR responded saying sorry, but we cannot honor a refund because it is past the 30 day refund policy time frame.
We have subsequently tried calling, chatting and emailing five times, to be met with the same standard response.
I have demanded a refund. Although $20.00 may not seem like an amount to bicker about, it is to us. As a matter of fact, that is probably part of their 'business' strategy.

Ordered this product as it combined several elements I wanted in a pan, I could steam, deep fry or whatever. I received it and it was missing parts (specifically the little metal clip stands that elevate the steamer), I let them know and they said to ship it back, I said NO, you sent me an incomplete item send prepaid shipping label. Well, went back and forth for a few weeks until they apparently got the missing clips in stock and attempted to send, but I had already purchased replacement! Still trying to send item back, WISH ME LUCK!

I ordered from www.dailysale.com because they had super low prices and I actually fell for that. It was 100% scam but that moment I did not think about that.
Ordered several items from them and everything I received was of a terrible quality, broken and damaged. Tablet was a total disaster, there was a huge crack on the screen. Other items were also in a terrible condition. These scammers never replied and I was not able to get my money back. Beware and don't order from this terrible website!

I have ordered an item from this website www.dailysale.com. Even though I've ordered only one item they charged me twice. So I sent them a message and asked for a refund, but they did not reply. I received my item about three weeks later and still no refund. It seems like there is no customer support here, they do not reply and it is absolutely impossible to reach these guys. I'm very disappointed and will not order from them again. But I will not give up and I'll to try to get my money back.

I bought one item from www.dailysale.com. I didn’t check the reviews before and it was my fault. I figured out that the item was used and wouldn’t work fine. I emailed the seller and asked to cancel the purchase. However, this person hasn’t replied and I called to my bank. The representative said that they would try to return money back and within 2 weeks I patiently waited. 3 weeks later I got an email from the seller, who said that refund would take 2 weeks. Still nothing.
After complaining here and receiving reply from Dailysale , they have started the fulfillment process. Push up. Wrong charger sent in laptop purchase. Not a deal breaker but still.
