I am really disappointed in the lack of costumer service here, I received 20 motorola phones that turns out are used and refurbished!
No one is calling me back or emailing me and I need to RETURN them asap...this has cost me a lot of money and I am not happy at all!

I order two S2 Smart Bracelet Fitness Tracker- one red and one black as ell as a warranty. three days after arriving and charging the units for 24 hours. Now they lock up and won't switch screens and battery only last three days. I am asking for return authorization and complete return to include the price of both the two units and the warranties.
I have called the phone number for the company and no one ever responds. I have written email with no response. As I see it my only choice is to send the items to the address for the company without authorization in order the be under their 30 day return limit.

I have not had any issues with dailysale.com. I have bought a lot, and I mean a lot of Portishead through the website and everything has been pretty much exactly as described in the site. I have not had any billing issues acf the one time I had to return a phone, it was handled. The delivery is speedy. I'm a fan, but you do get what you pay for in most respects.
valencia canvas shoulder bag

In August I received my order of the Valencia Canvas Shoulder Bag and was quite pleased. It seemed sturdy, well made, & roomy. However, the first time I used it, the long inside zipper broke, along with the zipper pull. Nothing was in the bag, there was no stress on the zipper.

Order # [protected]; I purchased a Mac book pro from Daily sale, on August 22 2018, It arrived not working, so I brought it too Apple which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from my house. After spending all day just to get this fixed by Apple, they got it working, however found that the Battery needed to be replaced. I e-mailed Daily sale, and sent the letter from Apple stating the battery problem. They offered a refund only, which I did not want, I only wanted the battery replaced as we spent a whole day just getting this computer to work. After multiple e-mails they finally told me they could not satisfy me. When I purchased this I bought from you a 3 year extended warrantee, for 49.99. I contacted this Co. 3 times with no response. If your selling an extended warrantee to fix an item, you should stand behind that. If not Just give me my $49.99 back. Please reply

11.6" dell chromebook with 2 year product replacement
I am really upset with the support I have received. There was one day that I had tried to call at 3:05 p.m. and it said that you were closed. Both Jerwin and Chase have been very nice and helpful but it still is not working. I have actually taken it out to Best Buy and this is their repair comments: "Restored the chromebook via usb drive and chromebook image. However, this a a managed device with developer mode disabled. We are unable to remove the managed feature at the store level as that is a security feature for the previous owner." Can someone PLEASE send me the address label so that I can return this. Jerwin had given me an address but if I understand it right, I have to have the actual LABEL in order for you to pay for shipping.
