Dan Murphy's review: Store manager

This incident has been an ongoing problem, firstly I would like to start off by saying that your staff at the Warwick Farm Nsw store are EXCELLENT and I would rate them as one of the best, all they want to do is help their customers myself included 100%. But their hands are being tied due to the store manager. I'm a Female who needs help sometimes carrying or trolleying 1 box of beer to my car after my surgery it's made it hard for me to carry heavy things I buy weekly I have advise them that I prefer it in the back seat of my car when the staff helps, as in the boot is to low down and my boot is too deep which makes it harder for me to reach and pull out once I get home, so I get them to put it in the back seat, this is a problem for your store manager, she won't allow this to happen she will allow the staff to put it in the boot ONLY, and she says she wants me to park in the pickup area this I don't understand, I will NOT park in the pickup area that is dishonest and ridiculous, I'm feeling uncomfortable and don't like going to Dan Murphy's Warwick Farm anymore, knowing she will be there monitoring the staff, when I walk in, where is your CUSTOMER SERVICE?.. My intention is not to get any of the staff at the store in trouble, but they don't even understand why she is making such a fuss when she sees me, I understand the Health and Safety policy, but the boot is lower down than the back seat I just don't understand what the problem is! I don't think it's right for a store manager to be throwing her weight around. This I leave in your hands, Thank you.
