I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!
What kind of country is this? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!
My story above (scam, theives, liars) only gets worse! Now they are sending me emails pretending to be the "good" guys to get more personal info from me! Can you believe this? I do believe they change their product name frequently to keep the scam and money flowing. I've found many complaints about products that sound exactly the same, but with other names. Such as: "IvoryBrites", "Max White Teeth", etc. It was confusing to me why I did not find more Dazzlewhite stories. If you Google it, you will find pages of websites that sell/give free trials. Look on the right side of the page where you'll find it listed also under Target, BizRate, & other well known businesses. Click on them...they do not have such a product! It's shoes, clothing with "dazzle" or "white" in the description!
At one point today, there were THREE ads on this page, YES, this page for DAZZLEWHITE. All of this blows my mind. I will say I've learned a big lesson that, God as my witness, will never fall for this trap again. I will say these characters have learned how to get rich fast thanks to the trust of other folks. Please keep the warning going...I'm usually skeptical about even small things, but not anymore. This is sickening to know what some of our country has stooped to.
I sent my 10th email to Dazzlewhite today. As I've said before...these folks are making mega bucks from honest, trusting people. They are a SCAM, CROOKS, LIARS; no better than bank robbers in my opinion. You MUST cancel your bank accounts; the charges will not stop, no matter what you do. I know it's a big pain to do this, but I personally cannot pay these theives $60 every 3-4 weeks for nothing. You can call, email, chat online, return the trial sample unopened...the charges will not stop! Also each person you speak with will promise you no more charges & refunds. Read all the complaints & comments. I have not found ONE that has gotten their refund & all charges stopped. I thought mine was after cancelling my cc, but 3 weeks later on my NEW cc, there it was $58.76. I do not have any of their stupid scam porduct...returned it same day it arrived certified mail, unopened. We must stop these crooks before they leave the country for good. They are using many addresses & names...Dazzlewhite, Ivory Brite, Maxi White, EZ Bright. That's why it's so difficult to stop them. The "mom" with many names that only paid shipping charges for the free trial just happens to live near you because your IP server lets them know where you are online. Very clever, don't you think? It certainly has dooked a lot of very educated citizens, myself included. Please tell anyone that has fallen for this & feels like a fool to please post their complaint. It will help all of us to stop this & possibly get some $$ back!
To SMARTBOI96: I wouldn't hold my breath that you came out without being scammed just yet...I canceled everything as requested, returned product within 14 days of placing order (certified & unopened like I was told to do), and even closed my credit card account, contacted my bank within 10 minutes of placing order, and opened a NEW cc acct after 3 weeks. Guess what? They charged me $58.76 on my NEW cc acct 3 weeks AFTER they signed for my unopened "trial pkg" sent certified mail. Read all the terms you can find...these crooks are scam artists, no matter what they say in an email, online chat, or live on the phone. My bank had to get them off of my back & out of my $$$ when I filed a formal dispute with every detail, email, online chat, and a copy of the folks around the globe that took the time to complain on this website. Maybe you are not one of countless others that did everything in the "terms" and still got charged, but I would keep an eye on my bank account. Read the number of folks that never received a "trial" product to return or got it after the 14 days had pasted. What are they supposed to do? If this product is so great, why do they lie and cheat to keep posting their ads?
To DJ64:
I found the number for you to try and cancel the Axis Wellness: [protected]. Hope this helps, but keep checking your bank statement regularly. I was told by countless online chats, phone calls, and emails that I would receive full refunds, and all "memberships" canceled. But they were all lies. I had to cancel my cc acct and dispute in writing to my bank before these scam artists stopped taking my $$$. I still check it daily, even though this nightmare began in May. Good luck!
To Addie M #1, 2, & 3: I know most of us on this complaint board admitted to being too trusting, and some (including me) acting very foolishly by giving you our personal financial info (which you certainly wasted no time taking advantage of)...but in the last ABOVE THREE comments about how to stop you from robbing us of even more $$$$; you have so cleverly changed your name and phone number! If that doesn't shout SCAM ARTISTS, I do not know what does. Look folks...the company is suddenly called DazzleSMILEpro (instead of Dazzlewhite Pro) and the correct original phone number is: [protected], not [protected].
Addie, I am sure everyone that placed an order for a "free trial" paying merely the shipping charge would much rather have their $$$$ returned, and you can keep YOUR CONCERNS. This website would not exist if you had a good product and ran an HONEST business.
THANK YOU ANATHEMA!
I could not have said it better myself...if you scroll back to the top of page 1, you'll see I started this "complaint" discussion in May. I hate that so many folks followed in my footsteps, but I did find out I was not the only TRUSTING person left on this planet. Without a doubt, there are probably thousands more that have not taken the time or do not want to admit they screwed up by giving these scam artists their personal info. I despise anyone that takes from others dishonestly rather than getting a "real" job. I read these comments daily...many say the same things I did (how do they sleep @ nite, would you like this done to your family member, etc). A big puzzle to me is why GOOGLE prints these complaints day after day for months, yet continue to place their Dazzle ads on this same page time after time! I guess to some $$$ is $$$$ no matter how you get it. But what goes around, comes around.
Att. Andrewlexington
I started this "blog" when I was scammed in May, 2009. Go back to the the first page to read the first complaint. What else do you need to do? First these crooks are fantastic liars...will say anything to get you off the phone or online chat. I did EVERYTHING within minutes of ordering, returned my product registered mail unopened within 30 minutes of it arriving in my box, talked to several reps, emailed, requested countless times for order to be canceled immediately, called my bank & canceled my cc...guess what? Three weeks after I got my NEW cc, they charged me AGAIN! I confirmed with the USPS that the pkg had been received by them, along with hundreds the same day as mine.
You need to contact your bank asap, tell them your card was stolen, and cancel it. Some folks have had to switch banks. I'm telling you this can turn into your worse nightmare. By the way, they are pulling this scam all around the world, not just USA. Good luck, watch your bank acct DAILY, and don't believe anything these thieves tell you.
ATTENTION: Carolyn Y., Stellaa, A. Peachie, Sharon Kopecky...
Do you not ever feel any guilt because you are choosing to take money from innocent, trusting folks that have no idea the nightmare they are stepping into? There is no doubt in my mind that children and elderly people are having to "make do" with less food, clothing, and many other items that they need because of your scam. Innocent little kids and senior citizens that can't hurt a fly doing without because you refuse to find a job that doesn't rob, cheat, or steal from others that have never wronged you in any way. How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Like the person you see?
God has a special place in hell for thieves like you. God doesn't pay every day, but He always pays. Think about that when you put your head on the pillow tonight.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I just ordered my Free Trial with $1.95 shipping charge. I called to cancel and he said it would be $79.95. When I get the trial, I am supposed to send it back to ensure they don't charge me. After I got off the phone with the [censored]White representative, I immediately changed my debit card number by reporting it stolen. Anyone using it will be flagged. Hm...I wonder if I should just keep the free trial then.
OMG! Wow, I"m so sorry to hear all this... I also saw these ads, and did figure that it was a scam, but a scam in that the things / products didn't (wouldn't) work. Never considered that the fraud would go deeper than just buying [censored] that doesn't work... Jeez, I sure hope u guys are able to work it out and that u don't continue to get those monthly charges all the while.
Just something to think about- what I did was get one of those "secured" credit cards. You open an account with a bank by putting in X amount, in my case it was s$300. From then on, that card is specifically for online activity only. That way, if (Lordy forbid- but... ) IF I got caught in some weirdo scam, they could only ever get the max on that card which is 300. I try to pay off whole balance ev month- so that it also helps my credit score. I would suggest that to everyone who does any kind of business online. At least that way your entire credit card balance is not at risk yet u still have a card to use...
I wish all of you the best- and please hope everyone will think twice before doing anything like this... If you do, please be sure to read that "EULA" (End Users Licensing Agreement); they have diff names / titles, but U should DEFINITELY read that when it's something like this... I'm sure the agreement is in there, but you probably just clicked "Next" to get to the next screen. Credit card company may not even be ABLE to cancel something like this when you physically clicked 'yes' to whatever they were offering.
Stay on these suckers as thats the ONLY way you'll ever get anything back. I hope best 4 U all.
Best wishes,
Bamboo

As a Christian I cannot use the words I would like to, to describe these low life types. I too sent for a FREE sample and like others, ended up in a mess with my credit card company. my return address is Whi-Yi, c/o BTB Mailflight Ltd, 28 Viking Industrial Estate, Hudson Road, BEDFORD. MK41 OQB. England. another of their many addresses I suppose. I received the free sample, which cost me a staggering £60-00, followed by £2-04 for Web access on 1st /7/o9 on the 8th/7/09 another payment of £37-30. On the 15th/7/09 yet another payment £4-48 for membership and again on the 18th/7/09 £37-11. in English that's a total of £140-93 which roughly equates to $224-20. in a month. As a pensioner I can ill afford these payments. I have contacted my Credit Card Company and had to put a stop on my Credit Card even to the point that I cannot use it for anything until this matter is resolved. these unscupulous individuals will rot in Hell for all Eternity but that's not getting us our money back.
I just need to cancel your product and get a refund back
I live in Dublin, Ireland - and I too have fallen foul of the Dazzle so-called 'Free trial'. I was charged 10.98 (euros = 08/07/09 DAZZLEWHITE866989268 10.98 (roughly $17) for the sample. I've just discovered from my credit card statement, that I've been charged a further 42.43 euros for something I didn't order...let alone receive.
How do we stop these thieves?
Nuala
These dirty scoundrels had no right to attack our privacy. I cut out of the sale of the trial before I committed. Didn't stop them charging my credit card for the trial and then two weeks later a charge from a real estate company not even the same as the first charge puts a charge of $69.95 on my card. Rang my credit card people and if they try anything else a fraud case is being instigated against the outlets. My calls to the 1800 number say I have rung out of hours DAY AND NIGHT. Go Figure. They don't exist and the whole thing is just a scam. The sample did arrive and lasted three days not the 14 days they say it will so it really is a total scam. That worked out a cost of $4.50 a day for the trial. The dentist is cheaper@@ I haven't committed to anything so have a case of fraud. Feel sorry for you guys that have commited. Keep you all posted on how this DAZZLING CROWD
I got it too! Just received my bank statement for the month and found the idiots took two payments of 58.00 from ny checking account. I called them and yelled but they almost laughed. I am so damn mad I could scream...
Yes I was a fool to order Dazzlewhite to, they got me for 58.76 cancle my order when I saw what they did on my bank account. After recieving their product that same week .It was not even 30 days before they charge my account the full price. It was only one week an I have'nt even open the package .The product came on wenesday an send it back saturday of that week. Now trying to get my money back you should here the run around they give me, from three weeks to one month.Call today they said if i hav'nt got a credit on my account, I said NO. Told the guy that I don't want any credit, all I want is my money.Do you think the Attorney Gernal will help us with our complaints. My oder came fron IDAHO.
Consider this a warning to all who would want whiter teeth: Have this work done only by a qualified, licensed Dentist. It is not really much more expensive and they do a great job. You can also use UltraBrite or some other whitening toothpaste (be sure it has fluorine.) Also, stop drinking coffee, colas., Mt. Dew type drinks as they will yellow the teeth.
Re Just Think Media. DAZZLE WHITE etc. The main company operates from Canada. Google to get the Minister of trade and commerce. Send your complaint and ask for the company to be investigated by their lawyers. You won't get any money back but will save others lots of heartache
Mark A (short for ###),
You product and company are a complete scam.
Totally underhanded and meant to rip off unsuspecting good people.
I will do everthing I can to bring you down.
You will be exposed with your Yellow Teeth smiles stuck clean up your large stupid ###.
Bet on it.
It is not a "misunderstanding" or a "confusion" when the most substantive part of a transaction - namely, the cost - is hidden in the fine print of a "Terms and Conditions" link which itself is in fine print at the bottom of a website. It is, quite simply, fraud.
If you went to a car dealer and paid $10, 000 for a car only to find out later that in the fine print of the "Terms and Conditions" you were obligated to get a monthly car wash costing $20, 000 I think you would agree that it would be fraud.
There are other scammers doing the same thing - check out this link for a get rich quick scheme called Twitter for Cash:
http://www.submityourarticle.com/articles/Sean-Kells-5516/is-twitter-cash-a-scam-61821.php
It's the same deal - a phony news article written by the scammer links you to their web site where, for just $1 or $2 or whatever it takes to get your credit card number, you get a "Twitter for Cash" kit. Oh yeah, in their Terms and Conditions you also get subscribed to a $50 or $90/month program you had no idea about.
Don't anyone waste your time arguing with these people -- they are scammers - they are not like the rest of us - they are simply evil. Their pretense at trying to clear up any "confusion" is to delay the inevitable when the credit card companies get enough complaints and stop accepting their charges. Then they'll popup somewhere else selling another scam.
Biggest SCAM around. My checking account is over $200 lighter because of this "Company" (and 3 or more other Companies as you end up joining some other "memberships". After cancelling, you will never get your money back. I've got cancellation numbers, people's names I spoke with and every time I call. I get a whole new story.
DON'T BOTHER!
I have same experience..started to order the "trial" and then changed my mind when I couldn't read the "guarantee". Three days later an envelope arrived with, I assume, the product from Dazzle White. I hadn't even clicked the order slot! Next day I was charged $88.94 plus 2 other charges from other companies. I am out of nearly $200 only 5 days after I DIDN'T order anything. I can't believe this! How do we stop them? Tomorrow I shall empty my checking account and hope that works. I tried to enter a complaint on their website, but they erased it as fast as I typed it. Unbelievable! Twilight zone...Empty Pocket
class action lawsuit anyone?
for dazzlewhite if you dont return the product within 14 days they auto charge you... who returns a used $2 trial tube of teeth crap?
the great american con..
I am experiencing the same issues with these companies - unbeleivable!
Any Canadians here, please contact me. I'm a producer with CBC Televison's consumer program, Marketplace.

I am yet another victim of poor consumer trust. I just received my first order after having received the "trial free" offer. I disliked the product so much that I called the number I had written down when placing my free order [protected]) and spoke to a "barely English speaking female". I told her I wanted any future orders cancelled and that I would be returning the order I just received. She gave me a cancellation # as well as an order # of which I was told to place on the outside of my returned package. The address I was given was: P.O. Box 10233, Des Moines, IA, 50381. Supposedly this is the warehouse P.O. Box and when I asked for a physical address, she skirted the issue. I've contacted my credit card company & the $58.76 was already applied. Unfortunately, the cc company does NOT monitor any additional charges from a particular company. So, I will be watching closely & reporting to them if I do not see a credit or additional charges are billed and then file a dispute. Perhaps many of us should notify the U.S. Postal Service of these scams. They are using a P.O. Box!
The Ad for DazzleWhite is really a big fraud. They claim it is a trial offer but have in microscopic letters that if you do not keep it return it and they will re-imburse your money. In addition, they claim that once you sign up for the trial offer, you also sign up to get shipments at their timing automatically. In addition, you are signing up to get some kind of email from another company from Florida. I have been very wary in ordering from companies online but when I saw the ad on CNN and the rave review from a woman, I also fell for it. Three weeks after, I am $120.00 in debt over this product...which I did not want to keep.
Frauds like these should be stopped.
Yeah I just got scammed too, I feel like a ###. Not only do they charge you the $1.95 S&H and $79 product fee they enroll you into 4 to 7 other company's that will charge your credit card if you don't cancel them. I just spent the last hour calling all these companies canceling my membership. here are the numbers and names of the companies you need to call to cancel.
To cancel, call toll-free [protected] for Insider Secrets
To cancel, call toll-free [protected] for the eBook package
To cancel, call [protected] Dazzle Smile
To cancel, call [protected] for the My Diet ID
To cancel, call [protected] World Club Fitness To Weight Loss
To cancel, call [protected] Weight Loss Resources E-book Package

I hope I have them all, some you will be on hold for 5-10min, but make sure you cancel them ASAP and get a name and a confirmation number. If you receieve the Dazzle Smile product send it back ASAP (you have less than 2 weeks to send it back) and the $79 product fee is supposed to be refunded, send to.
Dazzlesmile PO BOX 10233 Des Moine Iowa 50381 and your order#
Hope this helps someone else from getting scammed.
Unbelievable that these scammers can get away with it. I fell for the free trial option, only to be splapped with a charge for 59.95. Called them and canceled, and then threatened with a complaint with BBB, ic3.gov and a letter to the LA Times. They refunded me on the spot, **without** having to wait for an RMA.
Just let them know that you mean business and they will not take a chance.
And by the way, their product SUCKS.
MY STORY IS SIMILAR TO THE OTHERS! I GOT MY SAMPLE OF DAZZLE WHITE. IT WAS THREE OR FOUR LITTLES DROPS IN A TUBE. I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE "MONTHS SUPPLY". THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS THE MONTHS SUPPLY. THEY STOLE 59.85 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUT (DUMMY ME) FOR THAT "TRIAL "PERIOD! TODAY AUGUST 19TH I AM CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAVE FOUND THAT THE COMPANY "COMPREHENSIVE WEIGHTLOSS" HAD PIGGYBACKED IN ON THE DEAL AND TOOK MY "MEMBERSHIP FEE" OF 7.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I JOINED THEM WHEN I GOT MY TRIAL FOR DAZZLEWHITE.(IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT). SCREW ME ONCE SHAME ON ME ...SCREW ME TWICE SHAME ON YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES AND SCAM ARTISTS!
these asholes will soon fall and tear apart.they were making easy money man! i dont know if they do have conscience...i just want to cansel my account..
anyone wanting to whiten their teeth should go to the source ...just like a dentist would... read the label.. find the product and order from a dental lab. there are many on the net but I found one http://vhlabs.com/commerce/ vita health labs that sells the exact same ingred. that is used by your dentist. they are legit. I have ordered from them, no problem.
These scams are evil. always go to the source.
I also fell for this one. Within 15 minutes of placing my order for the "free trial" I finally found some terms and conditions on their website; what an eye-opener. At that point I called to cancel and was told that the free trial shipment was already in process and could not be stopped, but I was given a cancellation number. The day the sample arrived I took it back to the post office and refused it. Well, a couple of weeks later I was charged $58.71 on my debit card. I called them that day and was told that the credit had already been processed. Four days later I saw the credit on my bank account. Now I am watching my account to make sure there are no other charges. If this is the extent of my issue with this company I will consider myself lucky!
Thanks for all these comments I have alerted my bank so hopefully they wont get a 1p from me. You should not feel bad about this scam it is playing on your self esteam and worth. Who wouldnt like nice white teeth, I dont know anyone who wouldnt. When we girls get together it is one of the topics we often talk about. Con companies are good at what the do. Just Be proud you have the respect from other in hard working and decent people by telling us your experience. I thank you.
Well I don't feel as dumb now as I am not alone on this. I felt the same way as it was on the CNN website therefore I considered it might actually be ligit, I was dead wrong. I am battling with them to get my mney back at this ver moment. What a Scam!
I just talked to my bank and they had obviously heard this before. They told me to come in and fill out a dispute form and they would do everything they could to get my money back and since I had used my debit card, they would get me a new one. She acted like there was actually hope in getting my money back. If they can't do it I will ask whom I should go to next. I'm sure she'll know. Their main screw-up in my eyes is stating that when we decide to become members, well I never said I would become a member and as I was checking my account, there were charges not for s&h or for the whitening stuff, but $7.14 for who knows what, maybe the weight loss books I never received. Spare me, what a mess. I'm bound and determined to get my refund. If you called on your cell or regular phone, their number will be on your checking account next to name of the scaminess. That's how I got straight to them and what does it matter when you get the pkg. back, it's no money out of their pokets! There's no law that says we have to do what they say to the day. It's just another way to scam people out ot their money for absolutely nothing!
I fell for the same scam. I seems unfair that they can get away with this outright fraud!
The credit card companies should take away thier merchant number, at the very least.
I am changing my credit card number, & I advise anyone who has been scammed by these parasites to do the same. Who knows wht theives like this will do, Once they have your number.
Thanks, DJ
I fell for the same scam. Beware or charges will come through as additional companies. They say I didn't cancel the free offers at the time I ordered, but I did. If you call the numbers listed on your bank statement and be gruff with them they will cancel your "SUBSCRIPTIONS" that you failed to cancel and reimburse. Tell them you are going to report them to the credit card fraud agency...it helps.
I too feel into the scam of the dazzel white. It is a shame that these type of companies are not charged like criminals for this sort of activity. Needs a criminal investigation.
Here is a little tip that I learned a long time ago when it comes to buying things online, Use a prepaid credit card and make sure that there is only enough on the card to cover the small shipping charge, that way they can NOT add more charges that you did not agree with, that way you don't get suck in that position again! The most that they can do is try to keep charging the card for the extra amount and the prepaid card will reject the amount without charging you fee's like banks do. Try it you'll love it! And when the company realizes that you are not going to pay the big amount they will cancel your memebership without you having to do a thing! I do this on a regular basis and can feel safe in trying one of those free trail deals. I hope this helps. Just give it a try!
It seems like the credit card companies and the banks are on the side of the crooks. Last year a representative called my business and asked if I wanted to be a part of program to teach real estate agents how to help their clients with foreclosures. They said it would be no cost to me, but they needed my credit card number to able to send me out the invitations for me to invite my clients. Like an idiot I gave them my card. I waited for the material to come. When it came there were typos through the entire document it even contained the name of another business not mine. When I called and complained they charged my account $600, it took me almost a year to get the charge off of my capital one account. When I challenged the charge the company sent in fake paperwork which capital one accepted. I called everyday to customer service hoping to finally get an agent who would believe me and look at what I sent in as proof. I had long given up on the fraud division. Finally, one morning in the wee hours I got an agent who believed me and promised to stay on top of my file until it was resolved. After two months of taking the charge off and putting it back on Capital One finally gave me credit for the $600.00 charge. A few days after I received word that the charge would not be placed back on my card I answer the phone at the office from a blocked number and it was the company trying to bait me on the phone into saying that I agreed to the $600. I said I had to and then hung up on them. They never called again.
I feel all of your pain because I have been the fooled too. The shame is I am a consumer attorney. So guys don't feel bad!
GGJ
i have been scammed too
at the end of june i signed up for my FREE TRIAL and added my FREE 4-7 DAY DELIVERY, so shipping would be approx 4.95, but no it was 14.95 plus 1.50 international charge.
28 days later my tiny product arrived, ha
i cancelled straightaway realising i had signed up to be a member
he said i had to send the package back within 14days of delivery
i then asked how to send it back and if i needed a tracking number etc.
the guy on the phone said no.
stupidly thinkin i wud save a few extra pennies sent it first class back, to then find i could not get a refund as i had no trackin number
i am now gettin weekly charges from companies i have never heard of and my bank can not help
all i can do is cancel my account and open another which due to having bank charges due to insufficient funds in my account to fund these fraudsters the bank cannot give me a new account.
not only is all this happenin everytime i get a charge thy are also slapping on an international charge
i am 19 and cannot afford this! my hair is falling out due to stress from dazzlewhite and i have become a lot more hostile to others as my mother always said 'trust no one'
I agree, they did the same thing to me and I am waiting for the money to go bk into the bank.
The company keeps sending spam and one cannot unsubscribe. Acai, Dazzle White, , Anti Wrinkle and Get Rich Quick type of emails. After doing some Google searches webcops came up with interesting info on them:
http://www.webcops.net/just_think_media_spam_scams_8001.html
Looks like they have been sued for copyright infringements, counterfeit software distribution and several Better Business Bureaus provide strong warnings against them based on complaints received.
I too, was suckered into the product DazzleWhite. My offer was from the homemaker that used to products to get white teeth.
I read, the Condtion of Terms. DazzleWhite, did not explain any additional fees. Just the $1.95 shipping.
The second product I believe stated a commitment, which is why I did not sign up for it.
I just got off the phone with a rep. I was given the same information.
I was given the address to the manufacture:
POB 10276
Des Moines, Iowa 50381
As others, my account was charged $ 58.71. I told them I plan on letting everyone on my networking sites about the scam.
Both the online CRS and the phone person were unaffected as was the "manager" I spoke with. I am attaching this site to all of my friends as well as my links.
Good luck, everyone and thanks for the warning about the additional charges. I will warn my back.
Dentech Whitening & DazzleWhite are such rip-offs! Customer service tried to get an attitude with me as I demanded everything to be canceled. They only supply you the tricked out agreement notice after you submit your credit card. What a shock ...after you've read how they have entrapped you, and then find out how tiny the trial product really is. If you fail to demand that they cancel all extra products, you will be greatly hit with huge charges on your credit card in addition to a monthly $88.97 charge. They will not fail to ship you a supply of the Teeth Whitening System every month. This company was on the news this evening 8/25/09 at 10:30 p.m. telling of this fraudulent bogus company. You can best believe that I will tell everyone via emails and web postings regarding these crappy con artists!
