I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!
What kind of country is this? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!
My story above (scam, theives, liars) only gets worse! Now they are sending me emails pretending to be the "good" guys to get more personal info from me! Can you believe this? I do believe they change their product name frequently to keep the scam and money flowing. I've found many complaints about products that sound exactly the same, but with other names. Such as: "IvoryBrites", "Max White Teeth", etc. It was confusing to me why I did not find more Dazzlewhite stories. If you Google it, you will find pages of websites that sell/give free trials. Look on the right side of the page where you'll find it listed also under Target, BizRate, & other well known businesses. Click on them...they do not have such a product! It's shoes, clothing with "dazzle" or "white" in the description!
At one point today, there were THREE ads on this page, YES, this page for DAZZLEWHITE. All of this blows my mind. I will say I've learned a big lesson that, God as my witness, will never fall for this trap again. I will say these characters have learned how to get rich fast thanks to the trust of other folks. Please keep the warning going...I'm usually skeptical about even small things, but not anymore. This is sickening to know what some of our country has stooped to.
I sent my 10th email to Dazzlewhite today. As I've said before...these folks are making mega bucks from honest, trusting people. They are a SCAM, CROOKS, LIARS; no better than bank robbers in my opinion. You MUST cancel your bank accounts; the charges will not stop, no matter what you do. I know it's a big pain to do this, but I personally cannot pay these theives $60 every 3-4 weeks for nothing. You can call, email, chat online, return the trial sample unopened...the charges will not stop! Also each person you speak with will promise you no more charges & refunds. Read all the complaints & comments. I have not found ONE that has gotten their refund & all charges stopped. I thought mine was after cancelling my cc, but 3 weeks later on my NEW cc, there it was $58.76. I do not have any of their stupid scam porduct...returned it same day it arrived certified mail, unopened. We must stop these crooks before they leave the country for good. They are using many addresses & names...Dazzlewhite, Ivory Brite, Maxi White, EZ Bright. That's why it's so difficult to stop them. The "mom" with many names that only paid shipping charges for the free trial just happens to live near you because your IP server lets them know where you are online. Very clever, don't you think? It certainly has dooked a lot of very educated citizens, myself included.Please tell anyone that has fallen for this & feels like a fool to please post their complaint. It will help all of us to stop this & possibly get some $$ back!
To SMARTBOI96: I wouldn't hold my breath that you came out without being scammed just yet...I canceled everything as requested, returned product within 14 days of placing order (certified & unopened like I was told to do), and even closed my credit card account, contacted my bank within 10 minutes of placing order, and opened a NEW cc acct after 3 weeks. Guess what? They charged me $58.76 on my NEW cc acct 3 weeks AFTER they signed for my unopened "trial pkg" sent certified mail. Read all the terms you can find...these crooks are scam artists, no matter what they say in an email, online chat, or live on the phone. My bank had to get them off of my back & out of my $$$ when I filed a formal dispute with every detail, email, online chat, and a copy of the folks around the globe that took the time to complain on this website. Maybe you are not one of countless others that did everything in the "terms" and still got charged, but I would keep an eye on my bank account. Read the number of folks that never received a "trial" product to return or got it after the 14 days had pasted. What are they supposed to do? If this product is so great, why do they lie and cheat to keep posting their ads?

I found the number for you to try and cancel the Axis Wellness: [protected]. Hope this helps, but keep checking your bank statement regularly. I was told by countless online chats, phone calls, and emails that I would receive full refunds, and all "memberships" canceled. But they were all lies. I had to cancel my cc acct and dispute in writing to my bank before these scam artists stopped taking my $$$. I still check it daily, even though this nightmare began in May. Good luck!
To Addie M #1, 2, & 3: I know most of us on this complaint board admitted to being too trusting, and some (including me) acting very foolishly by giving you our personal financial info (which you certainly wasted no time taking advantage of)...but in the last ABOVE THREE comments about how to stop you from robbing us of even more $$$$; you have so cleverly changed your name and phone number! If that doesn't shout SCAM ARTISTS, I do not know what does. Look folks...the company is suddenly called DazzleSMILEpro (instead of Dazzlewhite Pro) and the correct original phone number is: [protected], not [protected].

I could not have said it better myself...if you scroll back to the top of page 1, you'll see I started this "complaint" discussion in May. I hate that so many folks followed in my footsteps, but I did find out I was not the only TRUSTING person left on this planet. Without a doubt, there are probably thousands more that have not taken the time or do not want to admit they screwed up by giving these scam artists their personal info. I despise anyone that takes from others dishonestly rather than getting a "real" job. I read these comments daily...many say the same things I did (how do they sleep @ nite, would you like this done to your family member, etc). A big puzzle to me is why GOOGLE prints these complaints day after day for months, yet continue to place their Dazzle ads on this same page time after time! I guess to some $$$ is $$$$ no matter how you get it. But what goes around, comes around.

I started this "blog" when I was scammed in May, 2009. Go back to the the first page to read the first complaint. What else do you need to do? First these crooks are fantastic liars...will say anything to get you off the phone or online chat. I did EVERYTHING within minutes of ordering, returned my product registered mail unopened within 30 minutes of it arriving in my box, talked to several reps, emailed, requested countless times for order to be canceled immediately, called my bank & canceled my cc...guess what? Three weeks after I got my NEW cc, they charged me AGAIN! I confirmed with the USPS that the pkg had been received by them, along with hundreds the same day as mine.
You need to contact your bank asap, tell them your card was stolen, and cancel it. Some folks have had to switch banks. I'm telling you this can turn into your worse nightmare. By the way, they are pulling this scam all around the world, not just USA. Good luck, watch your bank acct DAILY, and don't believe anything these thieves tell you.

Do you not ever feel any guilt because you are choosing to take money from innocent, trusting folks that have no idea the nightmare they are stepping into? There is no doubt in my mind that children and elderly people are having to "make do" with less food, clothing, and many other items that they need because of your scam. Innocent little kids and senior citizens that can't hurt a fly doing without because you refuse to find a job that doesn't rob, cheat, or steal from others that have never wronged you in any way. How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Like the person you see?

I found this web site very helpful in deed . I wanted to find a phone # to call because my Dazzlewhite pen arrived yesterday and did not work. I had also read all the complaints and became very concerned because I never read anywhere that I would be charged for the product after a 14 day trial. I asked to be canceled right away . The young man gave me a tracking # and order #; the address of P.O. Box 10276 Des Moines, IA 50381 I will call bank and ask them if I should change my card or if they can put a stop on any withdrawels from this fraudulent company. It was too good to be true! Should have known better.
O.K. I too fell for this scam- shame on me- along with the Smilebrite scam. Yes my checking account ( used my debit card ) was nailed for $92.37 and $2.77 international fee even though I have not received the ' free' trial product. Yes I will return it but it probable won't do any good. However after calling my bank they informed me if I cancel my debit card there would not be any further withdrawals and they would issue a new card but I will keep my checking acc. as is. Expensive lesson for $95 +.
Today 8/26/09 I spoke to a DAZZLEWHITE agent [protected]) @ 7:13pm central time. I voiced my complaint again, and told him of the fraudulent company that he works for. I asked him how could he sleep at night knowing that his company is bent on stealing and cheating honest, hard-working people. I told him that his crappy company DAZZLEWHITE, was on the news for millions to see (aired 8/25/09 @10:30pm central)...and I was one that complained against his company to get it publicised. I made him aware that we, the dissatisfied customers, will continue to let the world know of this company's bogus antics. I asked him does he think it's fair to debit customers account in excess of $58.00, before the 14 day trial period is over and tell them that, that fee is non-refundable? I asked him does he think it's fair to us customers, that we are only allowed to view the "terms, and agreement" page...AFTER...in the innocent customer submits their credit card info? I asked him does he think it's fair to tack on several, unwanted crappy memberships of mess that I did not ask for...then...charge huge amounts per each crappy product...then...the customer has to spend hours canceling each, and everyone in order to avoid getting bled to death by hidden charges?
****Long story...short...it's been since 6/29/09 that my money was stole from me...the agent refunded my money after he heard my story.

These merchants are a free trial. They bill you for a free trial and you pay the postage. The problem is that no one reads the terms and conditions and then complains to their bank to get the money back. The merchant is covered by their terms and conditions. My advise is simple. Cancel your card and don't subscibe for anything under the giuse of "free trial" there is nothing "FREE" about it and their terms and conditions are clear. They also pass your details on to VH ACCESS AND VH MEMBERSHIP again this is outlined in their terms and conditions. If you don't receive the free trial the bank can help you get your money back but if you have received the product then you need to send it back via registered post so that it can be trackable or you loose your money.
i agree with every complaint i have read...i cannot get hold of these people, closing my credit card will not stop the payments and why doesn't government LEGISLATION stop what is so obviously theft? These people have stolen my money as far as i am concerned, and my credit card company will phone me or stop my card if they think maybe someone has got hold of it and is using it in china...but when i tell them not to pay any more money to this bunch of scammers, they say, "oh no, we can't do that" unless you cancel the agreement.

i to tried dazzlewhite supposedly free trial however the bottom line is that its not free. the first box they send u which is suppose to be a free trial is not. so in order to get a refund u have to send the box back...so how is it a free trial. another thing my account got charged by 2 other companys READ THE FINE PRINT. i didnt read the fine print and now my account got charge by one company which is a e-mail that they send u telling u how to stay healthy for $7.14 a month. theres is another one that i cancel but this one slipped thru. if your not paying attention like me you will get 3 charges when your only expecting a free trial which is not free.
I had the same scam experience. I just called them. I only agreed to the free trial supply with payment for shipping only. The person said that they actually send a month's supply and then charge after the 14 day trial period. This was never discussed and I did not agree to that. I told her that was entrapment and fraud. Finally, the person agreed to refund my money. But I will file a report with the FTC.
By the way, Brite smile and Dazzle white are the same (scam) company.

When I spoke to her co-worker Crystal, on 8/24/9, Crystal informed me that my membership was effectively cancelled, she stopped the shipment from going out, and was refunding my money. So, today, I checked my account to find NO REFUND. True to her word, she must have stopped the shipment, as I have received nothing. Yet, they have received my money.
I have been scammed. I know it, it's a tough lesson to learn, and my bank has been made aware of the un-authorized charges. They have blocked my debit card, yet this does not really ease my mind after reading what other people have gone through. Seems even though the card is blocked, these thieves can still find a way? Must I change banks? I think not. I am making a trip to the bank today with all my information and they will help me.

What a rip off, why would ANYONE want that much of a tooth product anyway?
I saw the online ad on msn-"mom" story about yellow teeth to white. I got scammed too. I thought it was a legitimate company since I was acknowleged paying only the promo shipping cost of $1.95 & $0.99 both trial products of Dazzle White & Smile Brite. I typed in my cc # and clicked the send trial button. I didn't even notice or see the terms & conditions because they label it on their website in micro-letters "t&c's"...it was so darn small against all the flashy schemed website. It's very misleading too because you think you are reading some mom's personal testimony to the product. My credit card company called me to alert and inquire about the recent transactions. They went over it and they mentioned to other products that I did not purchase Acai Burn & Acai Fire for Men. They mentioned that there was a $1.00 charge for each. I immediately told my cc co. that I did not authorize & did not purchase those products. My cc co. told me that I would need to dispute/have them do a charge-back. I cancelled out my cc# and had them give me a new cc#. My cc co. told me that would help so no other charges would be done by Dazzle White & Smile Brite. This made me so upset & so I called Dazzle White & Smile Brite immediately to cancel the trials. Smile Brite was easy to cancel, I called their customer service dept. [protected]. They said since I cancelled before the 10 day trial period I had no obligations. They let me even keep the trial product without having to ship it back. They said if I went past the 10 day trial period from the time I ordered (Aug. 27th, 2009) then I would stuck with their auto-ship program and the 1st shipment cost was $ $79.91. I cancelled with Smile Brite on Aug. 28th.
Now with Dazzle White, they make you work & pay for the return. I ordered the trial whitening tooth paste on Aug.27th 2009 and cancelled Aug. 28th, 2009 but I have ship it back to them at my cost. Also, luckily I called to cancel it within the 10 day period...but that is not all folks..there's more...I received return from the cust. service rep and needed to return it to them at Dazzle White P.O. BOX 10276, Des Moines, IA 50381. So I recieved the trial product on Sept. 1, 2009.
I mailed it out USPS Priority EXPRESS (next day delivery)..cost me $17.50 then add another $2.30 for Return Rcpt Signature Requested(Green card) & insurance too. Dazzle White does not tell you to return to them this way...but reading the other peoples comments above ...I didn't want to take my chances of having more trouble from Dazzle White. The customer service rep. told me that I would have to call in again to them and see if the warehouse received it yet and to call them in a few days. Heck..I'm not sitting on this. I called them the next day Sept. 2, 2009. After I called their call center, I asked the rep ..named Alden to please check the return status...he said he did and he kept telling me that we would have to wait for the warehouse. I let him know that the previous cust. service rep said I would just have to give them the tracking # to check online & they promised it could be done that way. So he listened to me & agreed I would not have to wait for word from the warehouse dept. He then checked online of the USPS(United States Postal Service) with the tracking # that I provided for him. He then saw that the package had arrived at the warehouse in Iowa.(Please note everyone...these cust. service reps...they work for a call center company called "LKCALLS". They just act like they are working at the address of Dazzle White in Iowa. They are working for an outside company who takes all calls for many products of other affliliate companies besides Dazzle White, ...there is Acai Burn...etc. Anyways, Alden/cust service rep. told me that he had cancelled all & every autoshipments. I am going to call again tommorrow to check & make sure though. I also had to cancel memberships to Insiders Secrets/World Club Fitness at [protected] and eBooks package/Weight Loss Resources membership at [protected]...otherwise I would have been charged $ 6.95 and $8.95 monthly. Yes..there was a tiny verbage of t&c's in light pink in their website ad...and you have to scroll way down to see the t&c's agreement after you input your cc#. It's a deceptive practice of their company. Beware everyone. I have filed a with the BBB, state attorney in VA, & the Federal Trades Commission. I am still suspicious their company and do not trust them. I may have to keep checking all my statements for now on.

Vista Print forces their customers to go thru a series of ads of businesses that offer default op-in schemes for supposedly discounts on travel, hotels and entertainment tickets etc... by tempting the innocent customer with "free digital camera" and other "free stuff". Their first requirement for qualification of "free stuff" is that you provide detailed prsonal information including your credit card number and address. Once you provide them with that, you will be offered "free trial" of this and that, such as "discount" travel and hotels and meals and tickets by Travel Choice or Orthowhite or Reader Choice. Of course nothing is free or discounted. once they have your phone number and credit card, they will call to offer "free" trial of membership or tooth whitening program with default expensive membership of clubs that are more of rip-off schemes than good deals or honest discounts by requiring high fees for 2-month advanced non-cancelable reservations. Their "yearly membership" is $88 will automatically be charged to your credit card, as well as a host of other expensive memberships charged directly to your credit card when you don't even know that you have subscribed by default to those expensive and useless memberships, unless you cancel BEFORE a given date. If you don't have time to read all the fine prints and cancel everything, many charges will appear on your credit card.
One or more of their emails directed to your SPAM folder that you miss, and boom, your credit card will be charged with many amounts for services and club memberships you have never heard about. It will be very time consuming to fight those fraudulent charges if at all possible. So my advice is NEVER touch the likes of TRAVEL CHOICE, READER CHOICE, ORTHOWHITE and those "free trial programs", or you'll lose money and your temper fighting the credit card charges. i may lose my fight against such a fraudulent credit card charges made by TRAVEL CHOICE, so beware. Do not reply to such "free trial" offers because they are designed to rip internet and phone victims off.
Like all others, I find myself being scammed by this company. I received my "free" product about the time that the 14 day trial was over. Of course this has caused me to "accept" the full terms of the offer.
They reused to refund or credit my account. When they mentioned a 60-day guarantee, they person clarified that would only come into play if I could prove I never received the product. I have since obtained a return address & return claim number. Once they get that, they will credit all charges.
But that has been a week ago & they have never received the package. I sent it certified, so hopefully that will be taken care of soon
However, the bigger issue I am having now are numerous charges from many other internet companies that are underneath the Dazzle White umbrella. When called they will stop the payment of future charges, no questions asked. But no credits will be given as they say we agreed to that when we made the purchase of the trial product.
This other companies have no product to use or website to use- they are just scams from Dazzle White to take more money. In 1 month's time, they have racked up an additional $50 from these bogus companies.
Too bad I didn't do any research before I made my purchase. But at least I used a credit card & not a debit card.
I was charged 79.95 - I was told b/c I did not rec the product I would be reimbursed the full amt ( guess I'll see next week?) - Do not order this product ! On top of this you also agree to other things and will be charged for those as well - a mysterious 6.95/month charges and then you also get charged an international fee since they are overseas - talk about expensive!
Here's another idiot that ordered the $13+ change product and now they just keep using my Visa account for more charges. Because I live in Canada I didn't even get a chance to try the product before they started adding charges to my account. Unfortunately this is not my first "waltz around the dance floor". Watch out for Belisi Fashions and GRC Sheercover. I ordered all 3 through T.V. ads and now the additional charges have really hit my budget. Took me a while to realize that there are such nefarious characters who are advertising on T.V. It's obvious that their products are overpriced crap or they wouldn't have to use such underhanded means to pick your pocket. I plan to confront Just Think Media in person at the address in Sherwood Park, Alberta. I just retired, have some time on my hands and plan to become these companies worst nightmare. If I write enough letters, make enough phone calls sooner or later I'll find someone with some authority that will look at their operations.

1. They claim the charge cannot be canceled because "it's already in the warehouse and has already gone out". Bullcrap!
2. Complain enough and they will cancel "everything"... just to get you off the line.
3. Return of empty tube at $6.99? What a joke (not funny)
4. Other "memberships" tied in to the scam - you have to cancel those individually. They won't do those for you.
5. Charge of $1.95 appeared on account anyway - not canceled as promised.
THESE COMPANIES ARE IN THIS STRICTLY TO SCAM AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AND THEN PROBABLY DISAPPEAR. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH -- STAY AWAY!

Obviously anyone reading this board knows DazzleWhite is amoral, but I also believe these "terms of use" wouldn't really hold up in a court room if anyone took it that far. First off, "Terms of Use" normally deals with terms when reading a web site - not with the transaction itself, and involves things like trademarks on the site, lack of liability for misunderstandings, etc. The main issue, though, is disclosure. The salient part of the transaction, mainly that you are enrolling in numerous expensive "memberships" is hidden in fine print and is not even mentioned on the pages where you click to submit your order. This is no more valid than if you bought a toothbrush at Walgreen's and in the fine print on the back of the toothbrush package it said they had the right to steal the credit or debit card number you used when purchasing it and give it out to a bunch of other companies to subscribe to their services. It just wouldn't wash in court.
I'm no lawyer (and I don't want one), but these people piss me off so much I'd consider a class action or group suit myself - anyone else interested?

Well I too got scamed. I was told today when I called that if I return the product and don't take a complaint through the bank that I will get a full refund .
I am going to do this tomorrow.told it would take 5 to 10 business days after they recieve the products.

Well well well, once upon a time; some 14 hours ago. My girlfriend im's me and tells me she just ordered a free trial online. Seeing how she used my debit card to do it, I asked how it worked? Her reply, I pay 4.95 for s&h and I get to try a teeth whitener for free. My response? You just paid 5 bucks for a "free trial" how is that in any shape or form free? So I looked into the company "dazzlesmilepro" and guess what I found? Eleven pages of comments complaining how everyone was scammed by this devil. So I tell her call them first thing in the morning and cancel your order. She gets up at 7 (gmt-5)in the morning and calls, just to have them say we don't have control over shipping; and I say bull effin fecal matter!. How do you not have control over your own products shipping? especially since the order was made at 9 at night and was canceled first thing in the morning... I'm pretty sure that's illogical. So I contacted my bank and canceled the account she used to order the damn thing(takes five days to process(>

i fell for this last week. i almost smiled when i realised how they'd duped me; what with all the bogus "review" sites and the like. and the t and c's that pop up after they have your cc details. but then i got furious.
thank god i rang them immediately when i realised what i'd signed up for. thank god too that i didnt let the dazzlesmile cs rep fob me off. she was very tricky; it took me about 30 mins (on a number that's NOT toll free btw) before she finally agreed to cancel everything.

This is a reply to "Joanne from Utah". I did get my money back from Dazzle White without much of a fuss on the phone and I did get half of my money back on 2 of the 4 books that I thought were coming. Come to find out, the weight management and all that other crap were articles you were supposed to look up on an email that was sent to you by Dazzle White. I never got any article from them and told them just that. I am still fighting with Smile Brite or whatever their name is now. They have charged me twice and I certainly didn't order 2 trials of it. If anyone gets the AARP paper, not the big magazine, there is an article in there this month about this very type of scamming and it tells you how to get ahold of your attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission so maybe if enough of us write even if your not 50 we can get this kind of scam made illegal and stopped! My bank account was hit up for $79.95 (twice) for products I did not order but were charged on my bankcard a week AFTER I cancelled the Dazzlewhite. I followed procedure and called the toll free number (the day after I received the merchandise as the 14 day "Free Trial" begins the day it's mailed and they send it out "snail mail" so it gives you a week at best). I entered all the info (including the last 4 digits of the card used for the Dazzlewhite transaction per request). This is how they can hit you up in a hurry for any other product they can think of to get all the money they can from you.
I called Chase bank immediately, reported a fraudulent charge and they have already closed my card and issued me a new one. The charges already will be credited back to my account in 2-3 business days. Move fast people. Call your bankcard bank and GET THESE THIEVES! ! !

seriouslyou- i had real trouble getting everything cancelled thro dazzlewhite. the cs rep said she would "master cancel" my account but when i pressed her it turned out i was still going to be charged for this that and the other.
she effectively cancelled the freight, membership and ongoing subscriptions one by one, as i kept pressing her.
if i'd just taken her on her word, when she first assured me of the "master cancel", i dont doubt i'd be chasing some money back from them. she even tried to maintain that the freight charge was non-refundable, even tho i called within an hour of realising the scam, and even tho they couldnt possibly have processed anything. i had to get verry feisty with her.
i still didnt trust her (and i still call my cc company every day to check no deductions) so when she said they couldnt email me to confirm the cancellation, i asked for a cancellation reference.
good job i did because when i spoke to my cc company it seems they need some evidence of the fact that i'd cancelled something i'd (inadvertently) subscribed to. otherwise i suppose folks could purchase any old thing on-line and then just have their cc company block the charge.
so you need a cancellation reference from them as proof, and to enable your cc company to chargeback.
their affiliate companies issued emails to me to confirm cancellation, which again serve as proof.
oh, and call your cc company immediately to put them on warning of the scam. my understanding is that they can only really help you with bogus charges that are made against your account after you put them on notice, if you havent got a cx reference.
and also, keep an eye on your account for other fraudulent charges. "somehow", somebody in uganda cloned my card within days of this farce.

Your company uses the word FREE TRIAL making everyone think they are going to get a free sample of your product. Yet little does your customer know that once that trial period is over they will be billed 79.95 and if they don't act fast they will be billed 79.95 every month after that until they do cancel. But good news customers, 79.95 is the discounted rate. You can go to the dentist and get it professionally done for the same price as two months of your DISCOUNTED price and a FREE TRIAL PRICE(a total of 239.85). I never knew a free trial could cost so much. Last time I checked when something is free it would not cost you a penny but I guess that is only back in the good old days when dealing with your company. You say that good customer service is your goal than let me give you an idea on how you may be able to accomplish that. You can start by giving your customers a free sample no strings attached instead of a free trial period that will end up costing them 79.95. And since your company wants its unused product back so bad you can include a pre-paid envelope so that the customer may return the product back when they are not happy. Seriously what do you guys do with it? Send it back out to other unsuspecting targets? I wouldn't doubt it but hopefully that will come back to bite you in the butt one day when one of your "customers" or targets gets a disease from that returned product and sues for millions. Since now a days in the U.S. you can sue for any reason. Because, according to your great customer support they want that unused product back even if you have herpes or any other disease. I looked into this claim of free trials by this sweet innocent looking mother and I saw what you had to do to get these free trials. You are signing up for a subscriptiom to these product which allows them to charge your credit card. It appears that they do it immediately, too. These kind of scams have been going on for at least 30 years. AOL should remove this ad from their site.
I fell into the same trap with the free offer, they told me I had to return the free trial that I ordered in order to get a refund for the charge of $117.00 plus all the other charges of email mag, plus health member, vh access, what a scam, the manager was rude and would not credit my account, sad what this company does to make money and the the poor people that must work for this company, what kind of folks would work for a company that is so dishonest...gking
This company is BS. Scammers to the worst degree. I ordered the Dazzlewhite, received it, didnot work AT ALL! Then I called with in the 30 trial and cancelled it. They gave me a cancellation number and then today I go into my bank account and money has been taken out for some weightloss program WTH? I never ordered it, never received anything. They told me it was web-based. She said they would cancel it and I told her they were SCAMMERS and she just laughed. DO NOT ORDER THIS ! Called the bank today and they said they can't do anything unless I file a fraud report, in which case my girls gonna get in trouble. So I called the company and all they tell me is "send the package back" despite the fact that I was telling them I never authorized the transaction. So now I'm stuck paying 4.95 shipping. 48.92(weird pricing isn't it?) for the tube, 35$ overdraft fee cause they ran me into the negatives, and the cost of shipping it back to them. So yeah I think I pretty much got robbed seeing how all this achieved absolutely nothing, but worse cost valuable time and money.

I also fell for the advertisement, despite my repeatedly telling them that I did not authorize any further chages against my card, they zapped me for $ 59.45 and $6.95 and it looks like I'm screwed. I too have been had by these teeth whitening scammers. Complaining helps us vent, but nothing will be done about it and thousands of hundreds of innocent citizens like us will become victims. I've done some research, like member Shalyn has and this is what I have found out. We as consumers have rights against fraud. Please take the time to submit a complaint to www.fraud.org. This is the home of The National Consumers League who works along side with the NFIC (National Fraud Information Center). Your complaint is automatically sent by electronic means to local, state, and federal law enforcements. Some agencies cannot take legal action on every individual complaint, they look for patterns and an excessive amount of complaints. What we provide is essential for stopping these crooks. I'm asking for anyone who is as mad as I am to fill out a complaint form. Remember, the more complaints that are submitted the more attention the case will be.
Once a person is victimized they are more likely to be targeted again. Be on top of your banking accounts because they will not stop trying. Believe me!
