I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!
What kind of country is this? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!
My story above (scam, theives, liars) only gets worse! Now they are sending me emails pretending to be the "good" guys to get more personal info from me! Can you believe this? I do believe they change their product name frequently to keep the scam and money flowing. I've found many complaints about products that sound exactly the same, but with other names. Such as: "IvoryBrites", "Max White Teeth", etc. It was confusing to me why I did not find more Dazzlewhite stories. If you Google it, you will find pages of websites that sell/give free trials. Look on the right side of the page where you'll find it listed also under Target, BizRate, & other well known businesses. Click on them...they do not have such a product! It's shoes, clothing with "dazzle" or "white" in the description!
At one point today, there were THREE ads on this page, YES, this page for DAZZLEWHITE. All of this blows my mind. I will say I've learned a big lesson that, God as my witness, will never fall for this trap again. I will say these characters have learned how to get rich fast thanks to the trust of other folks. Please keep the warning going...I'm usually skeptical about even small things, but not anymore. This is sickening to know what some of our country has stooped to.
I sent my 10th email to Dazzlewhite today. As I've said before...these folks are making mega bucks from honest, trusting people. They are a SCAM, CROOKS, LIARS; no better than bank robbers in my opinion. You MUST cancel your bank accounts; the charges will not stop, no matter what you do. I know it's a big pain to do this, but I personally cannot pay these theives $60 every 3-4 weeks for nothing. You can call, email, chat online, return the trial sample unopened...the charges will not stop! Also each person you speak with will promise you no more charges & refunds. Read all the complaints & comments. I have not found ONE that has gotten their refund & all charges stopped. I thought mine was after cancelling my cc, but 3 weeks later on my NEW cc, there it was $58.76. I do not have any of their stupid scam porduct...returned it same day it arrived certified mail, unopened. We must stop these crooks before they leave the country for good. They are using many addresses & names...Dazzlewhite, Ivory Brite, Maxi White, EZ Bright. That's why it's so difficult to stop them. The "mom" with many names that only paid shipping charges for the free trial just happens to live near you because your IP server lets them know where you are online. Very clever, don't you think? It certainly has dooked a lot of very educated citizens, myself included. Please tell anyone that has fallen for this & feels like a fool to please post their complaint. It will help all of us to stop this & possibly get some $$ back!
To SMARTBOI96: I wouldn't hold my breath that you came out without being scammed just yet...I canceled everything as requested, returned product within 14 days of placing order (certified & unopened like I was told to do), and even closed my credit card account, contacted my bank within 10 minutes of placing order, and opened a NEW cc acct after 3 weeks. Guess what? They charged me $58.76 on my NEW cc acct 3 weeks AFTER they signed for my unopened "trial pkg" sent certified mail. Read all the terms you can find...these crooks are scam artists, no matter what they say in an email, online chat, or live on the phone. My bank had to get them off of my back & out of my $$$ when I filed a formal dispute with every detail, email, online chat, and a copy of the folks around the globe that took the time to complain on this website. Maybe you are not one of countless others that did everything in the "terms" and still got charged, but I would keep an eye on my bank account. Read the number of folks that never received a "trial" product to return or got it after the 14 days had pasted. What are they supposed to do? If this product is so great, why do they lie and cheat to keep posting their ads?
To DJ64:
I found the number for you to try and cancel the Axis Wellness: [protected]. Hope this helps, but keep checking your bank statement regularly. I was told by countless online chats, phone calls, and emails that I would receive full refunds, and all "memberships" canceled. But they were all lies. I had to cancel my cc acct and dispute in writing to my bank before these scam artists stopped taking my $$$. I still check it daily, even though this nightmare began in May. Good luck!
To Addie M #1, 2, & 3: I know most of us on this complaint board admitted to being too trusting, and some (including me) acting very foolishly by giving you our personal financial info (which you certainly wasted no time taking advantage of)...but in the last ABOVE THREE comments about how to stop you from robbing us of even more $$$$; you have so cleverly changed your name and phone number! If that doesn't shout SCAM ARTISTS, I do not know what does. Look folks...the company is suddenly called DazzleSMILEpro (instead of Dazzlewhite Pro) and the correct original phone number is: [protected], not [protected].
Addie, I am sure everyone that placed an order for a "free trial" paying merely the shipping charge would much rather have their $$$$ returned, and you can keep YOUR CONCERNS. This website would not exist if you had a good product and ran an HONEST business.
THANK YOU ANATHEMA!
I could not have said it better myself...if you scroll back to the top of page 1, you'll see I started this "complaint" discussion in May. I hate that so many folks followed in my footsteps, but I did find out I was not the only TRUSTING person left on this planet. Without a doubt, there are probably thousands more that have not taken the time or do not want to admit they screwed up by giving these scam artists their personal info. I despise anyone that takes from others dishonestly rather than getting a "real" job. I read these comments daily...many say the same things I did (how do they sleep @ nite, would you like this done to your family member, etc). A big puzzle to me is why GOOGLE prints these complaints day after day for months, yet continue to place their Dazzle ads on this same page time after time! I guess to some $$$ is $$$$ no matter how you get it. But what goes around, comes around.
Att. Andrewlexington
I started this "blog" when I was scammed in May, 2009. Go back to the the first page to read the first complaint. What else do you need to do? First these crooks are fantastic liars...will say anything to get you off the phone or online chat. I did EVERYTHING within minutes of ordering, returned my product registered mail unopened within 30 minutes of it arriving in my box, talked to several reps, emailed, requested countless times for order to be canceled immediately, called my bank & canceled my cc...guess what? Three weeks after I got my NEW cc, they charged me AGAIN! I confirmed with the USPS that the pkg had been received by them, along with hundreds the same day as mine.
You need to contact your bank asap, tell them your card was stolen, and cancel it. Some folks have had to switch banks. I'm telling you this can turn into your worse nightmare. By the way, they are pulling this scam all around the world, not just USA. Good luck, watch your bank acct DAILY, and don't believe anything these thieves tell you.
ATTENTION: Carolyn Y., Stellaa, A. Peachie, Sharon Kopecky...
Do you not ever feel any guilt because you are choosing to take money from innocent, trusting folks that have no idea the nightmare they are stepping into? There is no doubt in my mind that children and elderly people are having to "make do" with less food, clothing, and many other items that they need because of your scam. Innocent little kids and senior citizens that can't hurt a fly doing without because you refuse to find a job that doesn't rob, cheat, or steal from others that have never wronged you in any way. How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Like the person you see?
God has a special place in hell for thieves like you. God doesn't pay every day, but He always pays. Think about that when you put your head on the pillow tonight.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It's me again, I made a mistake using the name "Shalyn" as someone who I thought was getting research info. for those of us who have been scammed. I meant to say "Kenedy". Please read her comment. She's done some research too.
I don't know who member "Chuck Turner" is but you are brillant with all your magnificant research. I know that these companies go by many different names and addresses and change them around often to confuse the consumers. This is also why we can't complain to the BBB. The BBB seperates the complaints into time zones. Our complaints would just be passed around with no real response. These companies get away with this because they fly under the radar getting innocent citizens money in the process. I have been doing some research myself as to where we can submit a complaint it's www.fraud.org. This is the National Consumers League who works with the National Fraud Information Center. These centers work with local, state and federal law enforcements. They collect complaints to detect patterns of wrong doing that lead to investigations and prosecutions. Please get the word out to all who have been decieved to take the time to fill out a complaint. It's time for us consumers to take action. Chuck if you read this comment please contact me at tootsie803@sbcglobal.net I would love to compare notes. Thanks, Colleen
Cancel your credits card Now to stop more charges
then Report them to the FTC: Go to www.FTC.gov - click on: Consumer Complaint? Report it to the FTC
You need to cancel credit card before the charges snowball and report them to get this stopped
I have just called my bank in the UK and cancelled my card, and am having a new one sent to me, which is an inconvienience but aleast they can charge me anymore, i also noticed that they charged me more postage, hinking this was coming form the states i was ok with this, until i recieved my items to find they came from the uk, so why on earth i paid so much postage is a mystery or more likely part of the scam.
Ive always thought of myself intelligent and would never get caught by one of these, which goes to prove
anyone can be caught out, just dont stress, call your bank or cc company and ask for a new card, because the number you give Dazzle white, idol white ect... is the number they use to bill you, if the number doesnt work, they cant bill you...simple as.
I find it amusing that the person keeps copying and pasting the same thing over and over as a response, when surely his will just infuriate us more...obviously...if your companies really cared, and it was really just a complicaion or mistake you would be addressing each persons complaint personally, not copying and pasting the same thing over and over, you guys have been found out, your loosing money because people are complaining and getting their money back, or, when you go to take the money the card has been stopped not allowing you too...theres more to life than money and if you dont understand this, ask youself how you would feel if your sister, daughter, wife, friend's money was taken without them truely realising.
at the end of the day your trying to trip people up, and take money for a product thats not worth it, and that IS theft.
if anyone in the UK gets scammed by these people contact watchdog ! as i have.
WOWWWW, i just ordered from both companies...i checked my acct and they charged 1.95 and 4.95...reading what you all have to say... whoaaaa, , , , , im going to the bank tomorrow and cancel my debit card before all this happens to me... and since they cant charge me, i wont send the product back...
I also fell for this scam and I thought I was very savy about these things. I tried cancelling for 2 and one half months. They just keep charging my card. So far They have charged my card $290.78. The names change every month. They have called themselves dazzlewhite, SmileBright, Smilebig, and winsome smile. Then along with this is international txn fees. I have been charged by Nutrition, WEBACCESS, Membership, Natural Bleach, H62 WIE Natural Products, VH ACCESS, Healthmember and LiveLonger Pills. They charged me $85.37 a month. It took me 2 months to decide that I was scammed. No one has to be ashamed that they got took. They are really good at what they do. They should be turned in to the F.B.I. My credit card company decided to act just as if my card was compromised. I certainly hope this takes care of it.

I just took the bait tonight, but realized it after 5 minutes. I got to their online customer service, and after 30 minutes of discussion plus telling them I would report them if they charged me anything or distributed my information on to anybody, I got them to delete me and my info in their system. No I just hope that this is final. Got the full name and rank of the one from customer support, if I am going to need it later.
Still I am contacting my bank and creditcard distibutor to make sure everything is okay and will continue to be If they bill me anything I will Change my actual account, not just the credit card. That way I can't see how thay would withdraw anymore?
I have never fallen for such scam before, but it looked really pro, so it wasn't until afterwards I thought I just wanted to check them one extra time... Hope my info can help others!
I signed up for DazzleWhite thinking that it was simply a free trial and they were going to send me a sample product. It turned out that it was a total scam.
The online chat is obviously a bot and it really is not worth even using it. The fact of the matter is that once you place that order they point blank refuse to delete you off their system. In other words you have to receive the product then its up to you to return it withhin not 60 days as the waster above suggests, but within 2 weeks of receiving it. If they do not receive it within that amount of time they charge you the full price for a month plus your postage and packing costs in my case 10 dollars.
I rang up this woman on the so called free help line, LOL. At least something if free. She was very snotty and didn't understand how I could possibly not have seen the terms and conditions.
So much for the so called friendly staff approach. I will be putting this on youtube and anywhere else. I will not be causing any problems because I will be stating a fact. They will rue the day they screwed with me.

Just complain to the Better Business Bureu about these people. In the UK its Trading Standards. Put it up on blogs and anywhere else. The little man must be heard.

Just because something LOOKS like a news story, doesn't mean that it IS a news story. Always, always, ALWAYS check the URL for the web address that you're on before submitting any personal information online. Just because a site has "CNN, " "Paypal, " Ebay, " "Amazon" in the title doesn't mean it is the actual site. Make sure that the website BEGINS with http:// or https://www.cnn.com/... especially if you've followed a link from somewhere else telling you you're on one of those websites. It's not at all difficult to make a fake site look like a real site.
Here's an example of the fake news story for DazzleSmile and DentaWhite: http://www.karensteeth.com/tr_media.htm?t202id=91966&t202kw=tblfsnea1_1_728x90
OMG! I just entered my info to check out this creep company -- NOT my credit card number, only my email address and phone # - and they sent me a TXT message encouraging me to complete my Free Trial offer!
WARNING! I too fell for the scam of getting brighter teeth by using 2 trial offers of "DAZZLEWHITE" and "DENTECH WHITENING" for shipping and handling of $1.95 each. I apparently did not read the "Terms and Conditions" and my Credit Card was soon charged for additonal shipments of both products plus I received additonal charges from: WHITESMILE, AXISWELLNESSPORTAL, VHACCESS, HEALTHMEMBER, IVORYBRITES. They are all part of the scam and will appear on your credit card statement for accepting the FREE TRIAL OFFER! You must call and cancel each and every one of them individually. I think I have cancelled them all, but am still waiting for the address to return product to in order to get a refund. Looks like it may be a cold day in hell before I find the correct address. Shame on me!
I've been in the computer business for 20+ years and I got scammed as well by these guys - they do a good job placing their ad by known entities (CNN) and not giving you any hints about what you are buying - even the invoice i got had no mention of a recurring payment. I return their product, paying the extra shipping charges etc. but when the refund did not show up on my credit card i called them and they said you have to return the sample as well to get your refund and because 60 days had elapsed they will not refund anything. It was a valuable lesson which cost me about $100+ if you include all the shipping cost - and who is going to do anything substantial (i.e. involve legal) to recover $100. As the old saying goes - buyer beware and these guys are plain and simple (good) scam artists probably playing within all the legal boundaries
Wow, that was really helpful to the OP, biccey.
hhwa, keep pursuing this with your bank.
I also have been scammed by these horrible people. After repeated tries and being put on hold for 30 minutes or more, I finally did get through on their phone line [protected] that is listed on their brochure - the only contact information I have ever received - none was with the free trial. I phoned my credit card company and their VISA number on file was a non-working number. I am not surprised. I saw nowhere in any of their web pages where I had to cancel and send back the free product after 14 days. Now they have billed me $78.29 for the FREE TRIAL because I did not cancel and send back the unused portion. This was never a condition for the trial. By the way, they don't tell you where to send anything. There was no email from them (to date) or any other communication saying that I had ordered more product. I just got 3 more tubes in the mail and then they charged another $78.29 claiming that this was another month's supply. So the free sample of one tube was also a one month supply. Anyone who can add can see a big problem here. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they returned the first $78.29 and now I am disputing the 2nd charge of the same amount. They use a different Visa company name on each of their transaction.
I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately. When I spoke with my credit card company they told me that they had had several other complaints about this company. They said that if enough people complain, that the company could lose their VISA License so that they would be unable to charge on people's accounts. SO, if you are one who has also been cheated by this company, please make as much noise and make complaints so they cannot steal from others.
Thanks. Michael
I read the small print right after I hit the "send" button. (what was I thinking? I always read the fine print first!) I realized something was wrong and immediately called to cancel. I was told it was too late the oreder was in process. I would have to send the product back within 14 days. I argued the point to no avail. We'll see what happens with that.
I got a call the same day from someone who was calling about Dazzlewhite company to try and upsell me. I told them what I had already learned and knew, he was totally unaware.
I too have been charged the extra for the product that I canceled within 5 minutes. Wish I had read these reviews before.
Can't believe I did this!
WOW! OK-- I just had to make a lot of calls today after checking my account & finding MULTIPLE surprise charges... thought this might be helpful to all of you out there that have gotten "suckered" like me...
If you order(ed) from Dazzle White (also known as DazzleSmile and other names)-- BEWARE!
You will need to cancel your Dazzle White account (or you will be charged $79-ish each month)
Also... as I just found out today... they say it's in the fine print (of course)... you will be enrolled in 3 other "free-trials"... for me, they showed up as "wellbhealth", "elitepack", and "ezykit" ...
All 3 (plus DazzleWhite) will be recurring charges until you call & cancel with each.
These companies are known for changing names & numbers... but here are the numbers I was given after MUCH time on the phone. Hopefully it will help you (and save you hassle and time).
Also note: some of these charges take up to 28 days to appear. If only some have shown up on your acct... call and cancel all of them before the other charges come through.
Dazzle White / Dazzle Smile... [protected]
[ask about their policy to get your money back... also, ask which parts to send back]
Dazzle Trays (shows up as "wellbhealth") ... [protected]
[if you send back the trays, you can get the $48.92 refunded]
World Club Fitness ("elitepack") ... [protected]
[this first charge of $6.21 is a loss... but if you cancel, you will not be charged again]
Weightloss Resources ("ezykit") ... [protected] or [protected]
[this first charge of $8.53 is a loss... but if you cancel, you will not be charged again]
Make sure that you keep up with all of the cancellation #'s.
Also... you may see "INTERNATIONAL SERVICE" charges on your acct... these are all associated with any of the before mentioned transactions... because the companies are out of Canada (unless that is local for you).
Hope this helps... I know that it has been a very expensive lesson for me...

I had only just finished getting the "free" trial when I decided to google Dazzlewhite, and it turns out it's a scam. Im going to cancel my credit card first thing tomorrow, is that enough to escape their clutches or do I need to do something more ?
Hi From England I too have been scammed and stolen from, my sorry tale was July 2009 as soon as I gave the details I had uneasy feeling 14 days went by no goods, and no answer I contacted phone line dead, I did the whole online chat thing and receieved a cancellation confirmation but still money is going out of my credit card on some occasions twice in one day all under different names such as healthmember, elite pack, whitesmile and Dazzlewhite I have never received any goods or a free trial to begin with.
I contacted my credit card they said they were powerless that memebership agreements can't be blocked! They also knew the company very well and the Fraud Office and Trading Standards are involved I've asked every time to stop my card they refuse
Please Please please do not give this company your card you will never get away from them.
I also tracked down this website to a company that is listed in Cypress BEWARE!
I too received a charge this month for 3 items they sent me last month. It's fruitless to say I should have known better. I was charged 58.09 2 times. Once in Aug, once in Sept and they said I will be charged next month unless I return all 3 of the products.
I spoke to an Alfred #156504 he said he was located in Des Moines Iowa [protected]. I asked for a supervisor and he told me that the supervisor would not pick up. I asked him for the address of the corporate office and he would not give it to me. I asked him how he could work for a company like them and he would not answer me.
I say the next step is to contact 20/20 and other news agencies. I will write a letter and post it here, this letter needs to be sent to the the attorney generals office in Des Moines iowa and your own state. The copy then should go to your bank or credit cards and to your local news stations. I'm also going to find the address for 20/20 and other media tv stations that could possibly look into this, maybe 60 minutes!
Are you with me? I'm off to write the letter. Once I post it, feel free to critique it and repost a modified version.
My email is:

If you have any other ideas.

A few months ago I ordered the Dazzlewhite product from an ad that I had seen on online. The ad stated that there was a 14 day trial of your product, and was knowingly charged a fee of $4.95 for shipping on _____. So I happily submitted my mailing address.
Instead of a small trial product, surprisingly I did receive a full size product. In 2 weeks, my checking account was charged for _____ on _________ without my authorization.
I have since been charged to my bank account (or credit card) with ____________ as follows:
Please note that the phone number on the bank charge is not a valid phone number. I searched the internet forums for a correct number which is [protected].
I called the customer service dept for this product ___________I was told that I should have canceled within the 14 days, which surprised and angered me. I also was told that my account would be canceled but I need to return the 3 product items they sent me all at once.
This angers me, I didn’t want more of the product, let alone a 3 month supply. I should not have to pay to return the product.
(you can use this if you like or submit your own story:)
To take things further, a fellow internet friend asked for the customer reps name, the rep gave me his first name only and would not supply a last name. He also would not supply her with an address for the corporate office. He said he was located in Des Moines Iowa and could not supply her with an address, that he would send her an email as to where to return the product. She asked for a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would not pick up. He did give her a cancellation number and then emailed her the instructions to return the product. A copy of that email is attached showing other addresses outside of the United States.
I’ve since gone online and have found several people that have had this similar situation. They have become frustrated and shocked that a company could pull off this type of activity and continue to get away with it. We are all going to send the same type of letters to our Attorney generals office and other pertinent authorities.
At this point I wish to have a full refund of my charges to my checking account/credit card. Plus the upcoming charge on _______________
I did not order this product, all I wanted to do was try it and then make a decision.
The aggravation of ordering a free trial and being jammed for automatic charges is outrageous and should not be tolerated by any consumer!
Should you have any questions you can contact me at ___________ or at my office
---------------.
Sign your name and also put your bank account info on this for the bank copy.
NOW I"ll attach the email copy so that you can send that along as well.
Copy and paste the above and fillin your info, I am going to attach a copy of the email that the company sent me plus a link to the attorney generals office in Iowa. This will only work if we all get involved!

I spent hours on the live chat and then on the phone trying to get them to cancel and refund the charges. I called my credit card company and had them issue me a new card. Then I called Dazzlewhites again and told them I would "dispute any charge, even shipping charges" or have the bank make a "chargeback" if they sent me anything or tried to charge me the shipping charges. I told them that if they sent me anything that I didn't order, I could legally consider it a gift and keep it. Suddenly they were able to block the shipments. I also filed a complaint with the FTC when it was over.
Don't worry. You don't have to pay anything for a scam. If you get the runaround from Dazzlewhites, use the magic words "CHARGEBACK" and they will make a full refund. If they won't help you, go through your bank or credit card company to have it resolved. I suggest you get a new credit card number. You don't want unscrupulous people this like with your information.
IF I CANCEL MY CARD WILL THAT STOP THE CHARGES ON MY CARD?
PLEASE HELP!

Dazzlewhite lies! they claim that they don't want to cause confusion, but their whole website and the structure of this "free trial" is designed to confuse you into believing you're getting something for free when you're really signing up for a ripoff. Of course nobody is aware of your Terms and Conditions when they are all but hidden during the signup process. Dazzlewhite, I filed a complaint with the FTC and with IC3 and I hope you all end up in jail where you belong! You are nothing but thieves.

It's thanks to 'marketing' by companies like this (and their affiliates) that dazzlewhite is all over the internet.
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Angel'
Angel: Hello and welcome to DazzleSmile. I'll be your live operator today. May I know with whom I am chatting with?
you: is this a real person?
Angel: Yes, I most certainly am a real person. Anxious and ready to assist you.
you: why are you anxious?
Angel: Because we provide best assistance.
you: but why would that make you anxious?
you: English isn't your first language, is it?
Angel: Do you have any queries regarding our product ?
you: anxious means "full of mental distress or uneasiness because of fear of danger or misfortune"
you: I suggest that "eager" would be a better word than "anxious". Unless you really are terribly worried
you: "eager" means that you just can't wait to help.
you: what do you think about that?
Angel: Please let me know what specific issue you are having? So that I can help you.
you: I'm trying to figure out if you actually speak English
you: or are you just putting in pre-scripted responses?
you: I'm trying to determine if you can actually help me
you: Are your responses pre-scripted?
Angel: Do you have any queries regarding our product ?
you: Are your responses pre-scripted?
you: that's a yes or no question
Angel: There are some common replies which are pre difined.
you: so that's a Yes?
Angel: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
you: I think you went off-script when you said "We provide best assistance"
you: Are you fluent in English?
Angel: Yes, I'm.
you: so, that's a no
you: you're not a native English speaker
you: are you in the United States?
Angel: We are located in Des Moines, IOWA.
you: that's not what I asked
you: are YOU in the United states
Angel: As you do not have any queries regarding Dazzle Simle, I am ending this chat session. If you need any help regarding Dazzle Smile in future, please feel free to contact us on Live Help or You can also call us on our toll free no call:[protected].

An NZ consumer watchdog show did a segment on this: http://tvnz.co.nz/fair-go/whiter-than-white-2889431/video
Shalyn, you have put the details in tiny text and in the same blue color as the background. You've placed these details at the top of the page where you enter your credit card information so that a customer needs to scroll down to actually enter their credit card and hit the button. You have a huge arrow pointing to the box that we need to scroll down to see. You've made sure that we will miss the details. That is the nature of the scam. Nobody in their right mind would knowingly sign up for your ridiculous offer, and you know that. You also have a clock ticking down the seconds before the "free offer" expires to make a customer feel really rushed into completing the order before they really have a chance to see your hidden details that explain the true nature of your scam.
Allow me to translate the previous post:
Hello,
If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly meant to rob you blind before you realized what was happening. Our goal is to trick customers by offering a "free trial" and then signing them up for a whole slew of bogus services and auto shipments. The terms and conditions of our offer are virtually hidden on the order page, they are stated only to cover our ### so that we can pretend we weren't out to rob you. Customer service is a foreign concept to us and we do everything we can to hide the true nature of our offer until it's too late. Of course, if you try to get out of this scam, we will make it as difficult as possible. We have always been trying to rip you off and will continue to do so.
You can try to reach our customer no-service seven days a week, and we hope you like listening to a loop of bad music while you wait for hours. Our "help" lines are also staffed with automatons will give you nothing but pre-scripted responses to your questions. Simply call us at [protected] or visit our 24/7 live "help" at at http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php and we will be happy to give you the runaround and will make the cancellation process as complicated as possible.
Taking money from you is our number one concern,
Thanks,
I feel like such a [censored] since I fell for this. I was only charged the initial $.99 and $1.95 for the "free" trial from DazzleWhite and Clean Whites. These ### called me the next day saying I was getting the trays for free, and I told them that if it was going to cost more money I didn't want it. They then immediately hung up on me. I cancelled both accounts and was charged $6.99 for a UPS return label for Clean Whites. They both are saying that if I don't send back the product by Oct 10 I'll be charged the full amount. I haven't been charged anything else yet, but I read all of these complaints and immediately cancelled my debit card. Is there any way that they can still get money from me if I don't send back their product since my debit card is no longer working? Can someone tell me ASAP so I can still send it back if I will be charged?
P.S.: Does anyone know if this product actually works? I mean, if I don't have to send it back since my debit card is cancelled, is white teeth an actual possibility? I have the Clean Whites trays and 2 gel things and then the whitening pen from DazzleWhite... Has anyone ever used it? I'm kind of scared to use it now...
lol @Anathema your translation is spot on!
Keep filing complaints with the FTC folks, lets get them to take action: www.ftc.gov

I filed complaints with the FTC, IC3 and my state's attorney general's office. I encourage everyone who has been taken in by this scam to do the same. The more people who file complaints against these crooks, the higher the likelihood of legal action being taken against them.
I agree they are liers and thieves. They never disclose thier corporate identity, because it is foreign and wouldn't identify with the average American. Also, they are totally lying about their product. I had an alergic reaction to my trial use and they ignored my complaints. I believe there is sufficient evidence to prosecute by the FDA, FCC and the FBI. I have contaced my local States Attornry's Office Consumer Protection Division and suggest others do like wise.

LOL at Shyln! You finally admitted the truth!
I was surprised by Howe many people have been fooled by these u s companies, i was beginning to think I was the only to be taken in by it, I don't feel quite so stupid now, I've just found out that I'm still being charged from three different companies for something I no nothing about & all this has carried on since I cancelled my order with dazzle-white over a month ago.
No I'm having great difficulty in contacting these other companies from the UK.
Thanks too you all for your comments, its helped me allot.
I come from Scotland and like everybody here I fell for this scam. (sorry don't live anywhere near Durham) I ordered the free trial and paid the postage with my debit card, thinking it was a one off trial payment. Was I wrong or what? Since then I have had a charge of approx 35GBP for... well nothing so far. I managed to get in touch with someone on the phone and canceled it all but was informed that new products relating to the 35GBP charge were on the way and it was too late to stop them. I canceled but never got a refund, however I am still waiting for the products... hahahahahaha. They have still been taking small charges from my account, and I don't know who it is. I am willing to accept this as a hard lesson as long as it stops, its driving me crazy with anger. I have now changed my bank card and hope that it stops, if not I will have to set up a whole new bank account. From a very angry Scottish lass gggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrr
