Laptop E6320 Battery
Yesterday at around 11:30am I ordered a battery for my Dell Laptop E6320 without any inquiry about them. After a ment I thought that they can be scammers so I emailed them and requested them to cancel my order and return my money. At night after 12 hours they deducted $103.83 from my card and after 10 minutes they told me that my order has been canceled on my request and that my full payment has been refunded. But till now after the passage of 12 hours I haven't received my money back into my account. Kindly ask them. or do something in order grant my money back to me!
Desired outcome: I want my refund money back which they have told me after the cancelation of my order.

Dell XPS 12, code DHJ6VZ1: Monitor leaks gluey liquid, require allergen details.
The Dell XPS 12 showed gas bubbles moving around the monitor from the corners and edges for several months. Nor it leaks a thicker-than-honey substance from a corner of he monitor. No previous drops nor abuse.
I came into direct contact with this fluid when I unwittingly opened the lid. I require the allergen information on it and kindly request you inform customers that this can happen.

Dell S2721HGF Monitor
Worst company on the planet. Bought a Dell S2721HGF monitor based on reviews. It was $40 more expensive than monitors which had better specifications, but I thought I might get better quality and support because of the brand name. Oh Lord was I wrong. Waited for the new monitor to arrive, and it was DOA. I had no screen at all and no power light. Tried to find how to turn it on on on but no instructions were included. Tried multiple power cables and video cords, including a DisplayPort cable I had to buy separately that every other manufacturer included free. Nothing worked, Dell tech support hung up on me 6 or 7 times - over and over again! Finally got someone (the whole time I am begging them not to hang up again!) who said my monitor was obviously defective and started a return. What they sent out was a refurbished monitor which was obviously worth less money and had a reduced warranty! The worst part was that it also arrived BROKEN. The DisplayPort input was broken inside (the plastic tab) and you could not hook it up to the computer with that cable. Even when using HDMI cables it would often not recognize the input from the video card and just revert to standby mode! Now I have two broken monitors and no computer system. Dell said I have to return the refurbished monitor before they can do anything else - which means making two separate trips to town and I live in the country. They were supposed to send a working monitor when they saw tracking number of first return - but they won't answer my e-mails now. So I still have no working monitor, a broken Dell in my floor (another trip to town to return their 27" giant paperweights), and no word from them regarding my status. They sell junk, and don't sell behind it. Horrible customer service - purposely hanging up on the people that spend their hard-earned money on their scrap. Wish I could give them "0" stars - and that is too good for them! Will never spend another dime on this disgusting company!

On July 29th I created a credit account specifically for a Samsung HW-Q950A - Q Series - sound bar system.
1. After randomly checking the status of my order (Today 08/102021), I found that my account was locked for "verification?"
2. I called after going from rep to rep to rep, I finally get my account unlocked.
3. Now(after an added 2hrs) I find that the item I wasted 2wks for (and having to adj. to my credited report) was never in stock? ?
4. This is an issues especially after being on the phone with customer service (at least in name) that basically tells me I've made all my adjustment and risk a negative mark on my good credit to purchase a product that's been falsely advertised as being "in stock"
5. Even worse was the rep, I chatted with, tells me Dell doesn't do bait and switch (parapharsing) but her only resolve as well was to transfer me to Sales to purchase another item of interest (chat conversation saved to the computer)?
Desired outcome: Resolve, if I have to close my account (I'm not up for bait and switch) at least I would have a "business reason" other than an ooops!
Trying to return a keyboard and mouse
I purchased a new Dell Inspiron 7700 and added a keyboard and mouse to the order. The keyboard and mouse do not work correctly and I am trying to return same for credit. The people I connect with that don't speak English say I can't return this item because it is part of the computer, what they can't comprehend is that it is not part of the computer it is a separate item purchased with the computer, but the idiots can't understand this concept. The only way I can return the keyboard and mouse is to return everything including the computer how stupid is that? You really want to give up the whole sale because of a defective keyboard and mouse?

I do not know what happened to Dell for a long time they were a reasonable company. I ordered the above laptop on July 5 and with checking updates I was told on July 26th I needed to place a reorder as apparently (I am Guessing at this point) my initial order somehow did not go through so I reorder over the phone and on Aug 5th my order status stated the laptop was shipped. Well turns out today Aug 8th Fedex never received the laptop and through there site only the label had been registered and or created. Today I chatted with a rep from India I suppose and suddenly Dell does not understand the english language because today they informed me that it takes 2 -4 business for the carrier to pickup or they deliver the item which ever it maybe. I informed them you have not shipped the item and no coming from Asia does not qualify. To have shipped the laptop the carrier must have (fed ex) this item, am tempted to cancel the order plain and simple and get another MSI laptop instead however I will
give them tomorrow as that would be 4 business days Nonetheless My experience with Dell has been one hell of a let down and their chat consistently has tried to blow smoke up my rear. This is another example of our politicians failing us by allowing these companies to move offshore and not charging them huge tariffs which would make such moves unprofitable for them.

One More Crappy, Albeit Expensive, Product Purchased Through Dell Technologies
This is the second expensive purchase that I made in 2019 through Dell that has proven problematic: Sony XBR55A8G OLED 4K Ultra HD High Dynamic Range (HDR) Smart TV. This television cost approximately $1, 600. in October of 2019 and for the past week it has been acting up and shutting itself off. Less than 2 years old, yet is as unreliable as the expensive XPS 13 9380 ultra laptop that I purchased from Dell for approximately $1, 900. in 2019. The laptop was a lemon from the start, yet Dell's call center in India refused to replace the device. It was shipped to Texas for a shoddy repair job and continues to have problems. Now the Smart TV is going out on us. Dell no longer holds itself to a higher standard and focuses solely on sales and not a replacement/proper repairs to their more expensive product lines. If there is a class-action lawsuit against Dell for these products, I want to add my name to the suit(s).
Desired outcome: Replacement of both laptop and smart tv.

Long time Dell customer, My latest Inspiron worked great the first 3 years, then 1 month after warranty expired 1 key started not working (required more force than the others to work) then 2, 3, 4 etc... I contacted Dell and they told me $400 to replace the keyboard, which is about half what I paid for it to begin with. I have a 10 year old dell that the keys work better than this one. Also nothing has been spilled on it, really disapointed with Dell quality, they're prices go up and quality goes down.

Dell is continuing to engage in false advertising and fraud in order to sell computers. I hope this will be enough to establish a pattern that will enable your office to take some decisive action.
I was VERY clear with the sales rep Alisha Khan and was assured that the computer I was ordering was made in the United States, in Texas. I asked several times to make sure.
When I look at the tracking number I see it was shipped from Mexico. I spoke with Saqhib Kahn in their customer service who was no help except to confirm that the computer was misrepresented. Can nothing be done about the blatant repetitive fraud committed by Dell sales people?

My problem is almost like yours, however what I ordered wasn't what I got. They sent me same PC model with inferior software and hardware. There wasn't any notifications of these changes or me having authorized them. They felt that the minor upgrade of 15GB ram and 1TB larger SSD drive along with Windows home was equal in value to the same model with 16GB Ram, 256SSD, 1TB Sata Drvie and Win 10 Pro was of equal value. Then they billed me the same price. I tried talking to Sales, Marketing, Finanace and Technical Support, but these depts are being handled out of India now. These people can't think or do anything beyond the script given, like you see in that movie of Marigold Hotle where his girlfriend works for one of these Indian Startups in Inda. Technical support for laptop PCs
Dell Support and the Community forum could be so incredibly helpful but it misfires on so many points - it boggles my mind why Dell allows this to continue.
I had 3 software problems on my new Dell Inspiron 14 5485 laptop.
Dell Support helped me solve the first two over a 17-day exchange of private messages 5000. Slow, tortuous and befuddled with cross-communication but the results justified the means, so ok.
Then, as we began to deal with the third problem which was actually so bothersome (a very noisy repetitively and randomly running fan) it was critical as to whether I would want to continue using the PC, Dell dropped me like a hot potato claiming as far as they were concerned the PC was running to specification and I should refer to Dixons (the original seller) for hardware problems.
Over the next two months after a lot of research and checking I was able to resolve the problem by installing a piece of software from a quite independent source. The entire exasperating problem was over.
I offered to provide Dell Support with this solution to assist others (and there certainly are others) and they shunned me even on that.

It is supposed to be strong at the hinges since it is a 2 in 1 and it is used as a laptop and a notebook. I was told they would not help and the warranty does not apply because there is damage! It came apart at the hinge! It should not come apart from simple wear and tear.

I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 620 on Feb 26, 2012. After 8 years it started acting up. I was unable to put it in sleep mode because it would run continually. Thinking it was getting ready to crash I ordered another one. On Feb. 5, 2020 I ordered a Dell Inspiron 3471. For personal reasons I was unable to use it until May 2020. On May 23, 2021 I was having problems so I was running the program to back date it. While doing that we had a power blip. After that a blue screen came up and I couldn't get out of it. Something about getting a key (which didn't do any good). The next day I had a neighbor, who is the head Technician, for a local school system look at it. He worked on it for 4 hours with no results. Said it was stuck in automatic repair mode. It had crashed and ruined the hard drive. I'd had a warranty but that expired Feb. 2021. Right now I'm using the old computer which runs very slow. I'm so disappointed with Dell. I'm not in the position to buy a new computer every year. When I can afford it I will be shopping for another computer. However, it will not be another Dell.

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 Series 3000 computer in 2019 and it has not worked right since day 1. I tried to get this one returned for a new one but they would not do anything but try to fix it and it never did work satisfactory. I put it down and started using my old one again. There were too many problems with this Dell computer that made it impossible to use and of course the warranty has now run out. First problem was trying to get it to open and that would take forever, 20-30 minutes most times to get it started and then if it did open if you clicked on anything it would be delayed for 5 or 10 seconds for every click and if you typed a message you had to wait awhile to see if you misspelled a word. I have had many computer and this is the worst one by far. I call it a piece of junk. Maybe it is just a lemon.

I have almost the same issue, however after dealing with India and not an American representative, its best just to take any legal action you can afford or that is afforded to you. I am now putting my story out there to anyone who will listne. I am thinking of even getting the news media involved and filing a small claims cout case. There are precedents to make Dell Pay for their error in judgemen. They fically decided to ship all their business to India which I don't know if thats legal to say they're built in America when they aren't. You can't speak to anyone in America aka Texas where Corp is supposedly headquaters. If you file a complaint with the BBB, they are part of the problem too, they send these complaints back to India where the problem is at.They don't even send to the Corporate Headuarters in Texas. Why I don't know seems like Dell stop caring send all thier work to a 3rd world countries for profits. Ther product, services and support suffer due to this busness reccomendatation, whomever gave them that reccommendation and whomever is responsible for it, should be fired, fined, sued for all the misery, aggrevation and displeasure suffered from this mistake
