Dell g3 laptop

Dear Sir/Madam,
Hoping have a good day.
The performance of the device is still very poor and slow as well as the updates of the windows cannot be installed and the disk icon from the task manager shows 100%. I believe that the issue in the device is not in the software and it has hardware issues regarding the hard disk as before I have reset the windows I tried to download MATLAB 2019 I waited for more than 14 hours and the percentage of download was 70%. When I reset the windows I waited beside the device for more than 3.5 hours despite they say that it will take from 45 to 50 minute for the resetting and updating.
I have wasted a lot of time with this device as I tried to make it work properly for more than 5 days as well as it affects my work and my commitment to my family during the weekend.
Finally, I have a dell laptop inspiron N 5110 that I purchased 7 years ago, its performance is much better than the purchased G3 laptop. I have purchased many laptops in the last 7 years from different brands and I didn't have any problem with them.
After I have called the technical support for the third time on December 23rd, 2019 they said that they will make a replacement and the new laptop will be send from 3 to 5 busniess days and then after a day, the exchange team send me that the replacemment will take from 10 to 13 busniess days.
I see that it is not a professional act from DELL.

Dell customer service

I am still totally unhappy with Dell customer service department. I contacted your customer service to report that I did not receive My order from your shipper Even though it showed it was delivered. It was not stolen from the front of my house because I have security cameras. The language barrier was horrible. I could not understand the lady. I don't blame dell for FedEx lack of professional employees. I final received the package from a sweet senior lady from several blocks away. Order #[protected]. Your customer service rep
would not transfer my call to her supervisor or any supervisor. I was given several e-mails. none which worked. Due to treatment I received I will not buy another computer or recommend your products. if you have any questions you can contact me at [protected].

Dell dell locker - software release and customer service

I ordered an Adobe software, which after close to a month, Dell has not been able to deliver. They have another Adobe product in my locker room and have NO clue how to change that to the right software. It is really sad. I talked to at least 20 customer service reps and tech support guys. None of them knew what they were doing. Kept on transferring me over and over again. Got disconnected twice from their side. No follow up or incoherent follow ups like we hope your issue was resolved when it never was. Now to get a refund...We can't return this product. Really? I never even saw the product to return it. Anyways, stay away from this company. Their products, services and especially support is atrocious.

Dell 24 inch gaming monitor model# s2419hgf

I received a Cyber-Monday deal by mail during Black Friday, and was set on buying this gaming monitor (model# S2419HGF) on Monday (today). As a result, I ignored all the Black deals for monitors. I made sure to get on the phone (using the CyberMonday deals Ad) - got with a sales representative *before* 9am ET - his name was Srikan. He told me it was not live yet, but proceeded to take my order. He even took down my credit card number and everything, and during the call he said it just went live, and executed the order. But then he comes back and said it's sold out, but that there is another monitor (a 22 inch) that I could buy! What?
I then complained about it and the said they had the monitor, but it was not available any more for the CyberMonday advertised price!
In other words, I didn't stand a chance, even though I followed all the rules! I even called *before* the time that the deal went live! But even though you have the monitor in stock (it's just "sold out" at the advertised price), you won't honor the CyberMonday price! This to me is a deceptive practice on your marketing team or who ever made this decision at Dell! I have been an long-time buyer of Dell products (just got a new laptop a couple of months ago!), so I am totally disgusted with this deceptive marketing practice!

Dell product offers of rebate on computers

I bought a dell aurora 8 alienware with monitor in august of 2019 spent almost $3000.00. It had a visa card offer with it of
$ 200.00 for computer and $ 75.00 for monitor I waited about a month to here from dell about cards nothing. Called them they said did you get our welcome letter e mail I said no I went throught the whole thing scaning receipt of what I bought sent it in. Waited. Got nothing.. Called and e mail the person I had bought the system through.
Was refered to another person then another person got emails saying everthing has been taken care of. That was not true called the company responsible for visa card they only had the one for $ 75.00 they inform me it was sent I told them I did not receive the card they said we will send it again. Guess what nothing happened. I have called emialed but just get the greatest run around also the people I speak with are in india...
I will never buy dell again...

Dell alienware area 51

So my son has been begging for a gaming laptop because his is too slow. Yesterday, I call up Dell sales and tell the guy I need one for my 11 yr old. He says I should get a Alienware Area 51, and sets me up with one- boom! Done! But when I get the email receipt- it says its from Dell Outlet. So today I call and ask if the one I was getting is refurbished. He proceeds to tell me about a 90 day warranty. I have to ask four times before he admits that yes, its refurbished. I say I want to cancel the order because I was never told it was refurbished and the receipt says nothing about it being refurbished. He says they already shipped it, and if I want, I can return it after I receive it. No acknowledgement at all about what they did wrong, and basically, no refund until ten days after they receive their laptop back. PLEASE don't buy from Dell. That is so wrong to fool a parent who knows nothing- and then gives you a hard time about returning it. Sad you can't trust a USA company, especially from TX. Just a message telling me an 11 yr old doesn't need a gaming laptop. This is an extremely deceptive practice, preying on people who don't know better. Good thing I just happened to notice the email came from Dell Outlet, not Dell itself.

Dell dell technical service

I purchased a USB 3.0 D3100. I wanted to connect it to a computer I bought 2 years ago but had not used. The D3100 would only connect(2) monitors in mirror mode, not extended mode which is what I wanted. I read online that the default setting was mirrror on the web for laptops.
So I called customer swervice. The FIRST words out of the mouth of every technical person, was my computer was out of warranty. They all wanted money.

I JUST BOUGHT THE D3100. After 8 phone calls and, usteriously disconnected twice, I found the answer. It was so simple. One change to the "PROJECT in the lower right corner of th escreen BURIED under a category PROJECT, not display or monitor, s it shoudl have been (Inspiron 15 gaming 5000)

Dell you have become a bunch of money grubbing corporate slugs. You wasted an hour and a half of my time as well as your support peoples time. You've nowlost a future customer forever and anyone who will listen to this story.

You are disgraceful. You are the reason that people hate the corporations.

Grow up and smell theprofits, you, re absolutely not with this mode of operations

Dell dell laptop

Last August I bought a Dell Laptop. Within that year to stopped 2 times. The seond time set it in a box provided. It work well for e4 weeks and the the same thing happen. Both my one year service contract expired as well as the 3 month repair guarantee. Seriously? If I want it fixed I have to pay postage and repairs, This is terrible as malfunctions started way before the first year of service! N ow what?

Dell keyboards

My dell keyboard for school was working so great, But then the nob to turn up and down the volume stopped working, these keyboards are plain and boring too. If you saw my last complaint about the Starbucks cups and lids then you know that I am a lady of taste, I prefer to have everything looking fun and nice. This world is too short for things to be boring. Dell please get it together and design your keyboards to look cooler.

Dell request for repair - xps 13 - very disappointed : (

I bought a Dell 2 months ago and It has an opening on the left bottom corner.
I tried to contact customer care, I spent a day trying to get it done . after a long day on the phone trying to solve the issue with their AI customer care agent, the human agent, submitting photos and at the end I was told my machine is on premium warranty so it can not be taken care of by them and they did not even understood the problem, they thought my screen is broken and advise me to buy a new screen which they say it s not in production yet, when what I was asking was different, my screen work properly, I am wondering if they even looked at the pictures of my machine I sent.
I am really disappointed with Dell, just threw away 1467 pound in water, my one year saving.
A 1500 pound machines with no proper customer care, what a mess ?
Shame on you Dell.
The Dell staff I interacted with are really dodgy

Dell computer's not available again

I went online to thedell website and ordered two computers Vostro 5481 laptops under my customer number [protected] and paid with my discover card, there was an issue on one transaction and i reached out to dell to see why the second one wasn't processed, they thought it was a duplicate order-no problem she put the order through and i checked my credit card and it was charged for-five hours later i get a call they aren't fullfilling either order as they don't have them in stock anymore. Now this isn't the first time i have encountered difficulty with ordering from Dell but it will be the last, looking around my office i see 5 dell computers and peripheal equipment for them all with dell on them, at home at least three so when it comes time to replace it will be another name on the computers.

ordered computer and was told it would arrive on the 26th Sept. and found out on the 24th there is a delay because of parts will not be able to receive it till somewhen in NOvember whereas my roommate who ordered it at the same time will receive his as scheduled. Dell is not holding up to their promise. After calling the support line and the first one hung up on me I received some long explanation that parts are missing and they cannot help me. Also could not understand either of the persons talking. what a service... no thank you

Dell xps 15 9550 swollen battery

I have dell xps 15 since 2 year 9 months my battery is swollen and the touchpad is not working because of the battery. I have called dell turkey they said they can not do anything about it since the warranty is over. I have search forums about it and learned it is a widespread problem. There are many complaints about the issue. Some forums say even the warranty is over dell replaces battery but dell turkey is not doing anything about it and I can not reach dell international. I don't now how to solve the problem.

Dell dell inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 laptop

I shipped my laptop off to Dell for a distortion that sometimes shows up on the top of the screen and a screen that started peeling off on its own without it having any type of damage. Dell contacted me and said they were unable to find the distortion that sometimes appears, I explained that it would'nt always show up. They also stated that they would not be able to cover the screen peeling under the warranty, because it was due to damage. I tried to explain to them several times that my laptop did not have any physical damage and the screen just started peeling on its own. They then came back and said that it was due to wear and tear. I hardly use the touch screen and the thing is the peeling is at the top right of the screen where you would hardly have to touch the screen. They then said they could repair it for $239 + tax. I said that I should'nt have to pay for a screen that was defective. I asked to speak to a manager and received the same response from him. I refused to pay the $239 + tax and asked them to just ship it back then there was no response they just hung up on me. I received my laptop with damage to the right top side of the lcd screen. The damage is about 4 1/2 inches long and about 1 inch in width. I contacted dells customer service today and keep getting people with a very difficult to understand accent. I tried to explain to them that I received my laptop with damage on the top right side of the laptop. All the customer service representative kept saying was that the damage was not covered under warranty and that my warranty has just expired. No matter how many times I tried to explain that my laptop did not have that damage but that it was caused by them I kept getting the same response. I asked if I could send them pictures so that they could see exactly what I was talking about. He then said he would send me an email where I could send the pictures to but that it would not be repaired. After that he just hung up on me. I'm now stuck with a laptop that is worse because of dell.

Dell I was not told that if I called dell premium support when the person that owned my case was not there, that I would loose her as my case owner

This message is only for the Supervisor of DELL Premium Support

I have already spoken to some other DELLL Premium Support personnel.

I have written several times too and the Premium Support Representatives have not been kind and have not helped me with my DELL situation:

Dear Supervisor of DELL Premium Support (and no one else),

You see, I had an emergency and had to call DELL Premium Support on a weekend because the NORTON Package that I purchased from DELL (along with my new DELL laptop) lost the "Security" connection. I called and spoke to another Technician because of the probability of being hacked. That DELL Technician fixed NORTON but in a short time, the same problem came back. Once again, on that weekend I needed to call DELL Support to fix the problem because my new DELL laptop was not secure. That DELL Technician was able to fix the problem is it is staying fixed.

If I had known that I would loose the DELL Premium Support Technician Sammayya that owned my case, if I called DELL Premium Support on a day that she was off, I would have waited until Monday when she returned, and hoped that I would not have a security problem over the weekend.

Now I am being told that because I didn't wait until Summayya returned to work on Monday, that I have lost her owning my case.

No one warned me that this would happen if I spoke to someone else at DELL in an emergency. This is a "serious action for DELL not to warn me".

Please give me the consideration of returning the Premium Support Technician that was helping me as the person that owns my case, Summayya.

Thank you for this needed help. I am an older person and was able to understand her and her manner of help. Certainly, DELL can help me with this matter when I have recently paid over $3, 000.00 for my new DELL laptop and extra DELL accessories for it.

Dell inspiron

The hard drive went bad a few weeks after purchase. After spending an hour and a half on the phone with a technician they said they would have to order a new hard drive. I had to wait all afternoon for a technician to show up. The technician indicated that the hard drive that they sent did not have an operating system on it and that I would have to call technical support. I called technical support and they indicated that it would take an hour, that i needed a second computer, and now I have to buy a zip drive with 18 megabytes of storage.

I WILL NEVER BUY A DELL COMPUTER AGAIN!

I have been sending several emails and waiting for a solution for almost 2 months.

I got a default alienware brand new . (battery problems) after the normal procedure of the battery replacement didnt improve .
I applied to get a whole laptop replacement which I got it but with the same battery problem..

I requested to get other diffrent model as this model has defect battery problems but nobody reply to me .

i didnt want to applied for full refund because I was believing in a good brand with massive reputation around the world but with this issue make a very uncomfortable situation for me .

Dell order number [protected]

My order was canceled for no reason. I called support to ask for a refund. I have spoken to supervisor and his name is Abdullah M. He was extremely rude and not helpful. He said he will refund my money. I made the order before July 2019. Today is July 29 /2019 and I have not received my refund yet. I spoke to another manager, Cailash.K. He was not helpful at all. I told him I expect compensation for not receiving my refund for over 1 month. He put me on hold for over 30 minutes and came back and offered me 5% discount on my next purchase. This is a complete insult for me. I did not receive my money back after canceling my order for no proper reason, I waited for over 1 month. Then this manager offers me 5 % discount as compensation. I feel disgusted by this offer and will no longer buy anything from you guys anymore. Extremely rude supervisors who provide [censored] service.
