Hi I purchased 3 men's hiking pants as a Christmas gift for my husband and my 2 sons. I ordered 1 size small and 2 size large. They don't fit them. they do not have the size on the pants. They really like them but they are too tight, they can't wear them, they can't even get them on. I'm trying to find out how to return them? I first talked to to the store through DHgate. The stores name is jerseys. I ordered it on December 5th 2017 and the ensured me it would be here by Christmas, needless to say mail delivery is over until after Christmas and I still haven't received it. I tried messaging them over 15 times and no response. It always say store is off line. DHgate between my son and I you get 3 thu.bs down. Oh and customer service numbers do not work. I will never ever purchase anything from DHgate again unless this is taken care of in a good way ie. refund some or all of my money. I frustrated as i am, I encourage shoppers to shop as Wish.com at least you can always receive customer service help within a few hours.

On July 2017 I ordered hard drives through DHgate.com. (Order- [protected]) The hard drives turned out to be fake samsungs that could not be formatted and as result, I returned them. I paid $43 to ship them back to China and was told by DHgate that I would be refunded the $285 I paid for the products. They never refunded me. For the next few months, I would contact their customer service through various platforms and they would respond with "we will contact the seller". There was never any follow-up and I am yet to be contacted by the seller. Since December 2017, DHgate has been ignoring my messages and refuse to issue the refund I was promised.
Photo evidence of all this has been attached. To this day, I have not been refunded. I recommend that everyone else use Ebay instead as they share the same sellers, only that Ebay enforces counter-fraudulent measures.

I have been trying to return a camera I bought from them for 5 weeks. Nothing works out. The main problem is that it's absolutely impossible to reach them.

I bought a wedding dress from the DH Gate website, it is too big, not fit for purpose, not as described and I want a full refund. I contacted DH Gate to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. In a court of law a consumer has a 30 day period to request a full refund, not 7 days. I have gone through all the correct channels to resolve this but have had nothing that resembles a fair response, let alone resolution.
I have tried to reach a resolution with the seller, but they are ignoring my requests and have used the language barrier to further avoid my concerns or options for resolution. I therefore opened a dispute for DH Gate to mediate, which to my absolute disgust and horror has been closed apparently due to not submitting evidence on time. The photographic evidence was already sent to the seller via the DH Gate resolution centre, it is clearly there online, and I also resent it as part of the dispute (a picture of the dress with a tape measure in position - why I needed to do this I have no idea). This is unfair, unjust, and clearly breaks the law. To say I am both shocked and disappointed at the lack of customer service or respect for any kind of consumer rights laws is an understatement. Other people must be suffering similar issues with this company. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but been brushed off and all I am offered are useless responses, if at all. I even suggested that if the dress can be sent back to the seller and another sent to me in a US size 4, free of charge, we may be able to reach an agreement. None of this has happened. I have said to DH Gate that they have until Friday 12th January to completely resolve this issue otherwise I will be forced to begin court proceedings.

On November 2nd, 2017 I ordered a neon bar light, my order number was [protected]. When I received the light in the mail, it was broke, little piece of the actual light had chipped off in the package. What do I need to do to receive another light? The packaging even looked pretty rough, so I'd say the postal service was not too fragile with it. You might want to consider putting Fragile on next package. I purchased RCMA No Color Powder. I had previously ordered a batch from the same seller. I was happy with the previous order. When the new order arrived I did not open the new box as I still had a few left of the old order and I incorrectly assumed I would be sent the same quality items as before.
Finally, I opened the new box and had some sales. I had customers ask for refunds as the labelling stated "Power" NOT "Powder".
I checked the entire box and all the RCMA No Color have POWER on them. They should read RCMA NO COLOUR POWDER.

Long story short: I ordered a dress, received it, it had a stain on it. I messaged the seller and after back and forth they agreed to refund the item.
I sent it to the address provided, which turned out to be incorrect (even though it was in the original package as the "from" address), so the package came back to me and meanwhile DHgate closed the whole order, even though I send it back to the seller right away!
I can see in the post office tracking system that the seller has received the item, however I haven't heard from them since and haven't received my money back either. They are clearly hiding from me as any reliable person would refund in any case.
Dhgate is no longer replying to my emails and I am absolutely furious how this can happen, and how they can't help the customer by blocking the seller until they have refunded, or something? The bottom line is that the item WAS DAMAGED in the first place and now I'm left with no dress, nor my money!
I sincerely hope everyone will try to avoid this "service" as best as they can because I feel, and actually I am, ROBBED.
Just to mention, the very unreliable seller on Dhgate is Songjia668. Avoid!
