Item not received
I have purchased an item back in November 2020 and did not receive it. I tried to reach the seller, called Mudanflower - several times and they declined to either refund me or send me a new item. I reached the DHGate customer service representatives who have either no clue about customer service or intentionally declining to address my concerns. Every time I communicate with them, they direct me to the seller who is not will long to help. The seller Mudanflower always gives me a tracking number that is not available — UJ745662003CN. The product order number is [protected].
The customer service says product is closed without my intention and I need a refund of my money.
DHGate Empty Package
Like others, I also received a package with trash inside. I spoke to the seller but doesn't want to refund. I am waiting for DHgate dispute which is not going to be effective until August 6, 2021. This is my second order with the same outcome and DHgate is not helping with the dispute at all. Be aware guys!

I ordered items two months ago. I never received my items. The seller somehow managed to delete the tracking information and submit a new tracking info to appear as if the order was delivered to my house. Seller then refused refund and said they'd send a new package for **.** which I declined. On the last day of escalation I had a charge from the sellers direct company charge an unauthorized **.** to my account. While I was able to stop that fraudulent transaction, I had not given my credit card info to that seller, only to the DHGate platform. The escalation representive Ally was not in communication with me. I could not reach her through the DH Gate platform due to page error code *** to upload evidence. I could not reach her through the chat online customer service. The supervisor Mary at customer service said she'd send the information to Ally. I tried emailing Mary and the management at DH gate on * separate occasions with no reply. I had to hire an attorney who then sent an email to Ally who responded to his email that she'd have to close the case because she hadn't heard from us. They still have **.** plus a *.** transaction fee and after many requests to get the contact information to their legal department, they've refused to do so.
Desired outcome: Refund for 67.11 plus 4.95 international fee and 500.00 in attorneys fees
Wrong refunded amounts
Hello,
Many orders from the same seller were not honored properly and the seller decided to refund me for the missing or the non matching items.
Unfortunately DHGate did not refund me the proper amounts.
For order number [protected], 22.00usd were agreed to be refunded but only 13.00usd were sent to my account.
For order number [protected], 18.05usd were agreed to be refunded but only 7.05usd were sent to my account.
For order number [protected], 5.00usd were agreed to be refunded but only 2.00usd were sent to my account.
The prices agreed are the actual prices I paid, there is no coupon that acted after that.
Please solve the issue.

Scammed by dhgate dispute process
I ordered a bag that cost $130 from Dgate. When the bag arrived it was completely different than the pictures in every way. It was not double-sided and it did not come with the tag that was advertised. It was also a completely different fabric. I wanted to return the bag and at first the seller said no. So I escalated it through chat end it ended up getting sent to mediation. I was run around and terrorized by the customer service people and mediation person for two weeks. Every time I responded to the offer from the mediation, I will get an email saying that they did not receive my offer so my dispute is closed. This went around and around for about six or seven times. I have perfect evidence and even the mediation person said that I could return the bag for a full Refund and seller pay shipping, however when I would respond and say yes I will take that offer - I would receive a message saying that they have not received my response. I responded both on the site and email. I was given an email address by a customer service rep by chat, they said that was the mediation persons email - —however when I sent them Messages, the emails were bounced back as email invalid. This website allowed a seller to send a gray plastic bag that was supposed to have a tracksuit, xxxl hoodie and sweatpants and also shorts and shirt and it had nothing in it. Only 2 empy clear plastic bags. I sent the website DHGate.com PROOF because the plastic bag sent was too small for all those clothes. the contents listed was just 1 tshirt, and also most important, the weight of the package was 1/3 of a kg, it wa actually less than 1/10 of a kg because it was empty, but there is NO WAY a package can be 1/3 of a kg with an xxxl mens hoodie and pants and shirt and short, impossible. it would weigh several kg. I sent proof and the website ignored me and sent the payment to the criminals in china that sent an empty package with nothing in it. My daughter was also here to prove it was empty with nothing in it. the website allowed the seller to steal $95.10 from me and I got nothing but an empty bag. Unbelievable

Hi,
I ordered a portugal euro 2020 away football shirt on the 27th of June, I did not recieve a confirmation email. My bank account was charged £12.75 for this transaction on the 28th of June. After purchasing I remember the website saying it takes 5-15 days to arrive however this time has passed (today is the 15th of July) and I am yet to recieve the order and yet to recieve the confirmation email of the order.

Dispute resolution service
We purchased an item with 2 accessories on 26th March 2021 and paid $81.39.
By the 26th May when the item had not arrived by 2 months we contacted the seller and asked for a refund stating the tracking shows the item still waiting at the airport in China and had been there for the last 6 weeks.
The Seller offered a 1 cent refund, which was like slap in the face.
We opened a dispute with DH Gate Resolution service and by the time they became involved which took a further week the parcel had left China finally.
DH Gate said they wanted to follow the tracking and if i do not want the package then refuse it at the post office. and they will follow the progress.
The Words they last used was "Please kindly wait".
Well i was away when the parcel arrived and our postal agent marked the item as received. So when i came home the following day the parcel was placed in my PO Box.
I opened the parcel as it was not the size i was expecting it was very small. It ended up being only 1 of 2 accessories and the electronic item was not in the parcel at all. It would have been a much bigger parcel.
So i went to message the Dispute resolution only to find they closed the case. I wrote back saying you closed the case and released payment when i was not sent the correct item. No Response.
So i Tried the seller, No Response.
Finally I received a response from DH Gate saying i did not respond to the Analyst so they closed the case? They go on to tell me to negotiate with the Seller who is not responding to me and only offered me 1 cent refund in the first instance.
So DH Gate allows organised crime to steal from you. They have seen the pictures and know i did not get even 10% of what i paid for. Even the accessory is useless without the item.
Thsi has consumed so much of my time it has literally cost me 10x what i have lost to them. NEVER NEVER EVER will i use DH Gate again.

Company called ego-sport are refusing to accept I have not received my item and say I signed for it?!
I asked for evidence and all they have is a screenshot showing it arrived at my local sorting office.
I've been working from home since March 2020 so I know I would have been at home.
I checked with sorting office and with my neighbours on the off chance they had taken it in in my behalf however it was not the case.

I ordered 3 things from you and it said order failed but it charged my account twice.
Bag
I bought a bag that is not acceptable. I received photos from the seller before I purchased. I was sent a bag missing the pattern from the entire bottom of the bag, logo missing from straps, size is wrong(5cm bigger). It was obviously not leather because the strong plastic/chemical smell was sickening. The seller has many stores, all under different names(designer bag 1, mj123456, zhouzhoubao123). The seller does not respond to messages. I filed a dispute/mediation and the process was awful. They agreed the size was wrong and offered me 25- (actually 11- because they deducted my coupons)which I am not happy withThey disregarded the pattern missing which is a big issue. I paid 72- The bag is not fit for use.
The seller needs to be fined/penalized for sending this to anyone. He should not be able to get away with sending a different item than ordered. Customer service also assured me I would be refunded. You can see the photo from the seller has a pattern on the bottom and what he sent me has nothing. It is the principle of the matter that this seller not get away with this.

I have not received confirmation from DHG for my purchase but the money was taken out of my account. I do not see this order on my orders either and had to sign up for an account after already creating one. I purchased from shoe02 and have all of the information about the item and the cost. I do not know why the purchase went through on my card but I did not receive an email.

Discussing customer service at dh gate/dispute open dh gate not doing their job
I have purchased a couple of pairs of shoes 41 days ago, one pair has been returned to the buyer on 10/03/21 almost a month ago, and the other pair is still in China going in circles from Fuzhou to Guangzhou and keeps getting returned.
I opened a dispute for a refund and to cancel my 2 orders which have been opened for around 2 or 3 weeks now with no outcome, I have contacted Dh Gate several times and have got a response only once saying this message will be disregarding as they are aware of this but not doing their bloody job.

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had to date, Dh Gate needs to attend to issues straight away and not make customers who are spending money on their [censored] platform wait so long, there also need to be a way to contact them for import issues instead of spending weeks going in circles trying to find a way to contact them.

Hello i have had 2 packages now stopped at customs i have ordered the min on both and was never told that there was problems before with customs confiscation. The tracking numbers for both are [protected] and [protected] but the first one with tracking [protected] i disputed and only received partial refund. The seller was working with me and trying to get me to order 60 piece's and he would add 60 and repeat these steps until supplemented all 230 but on the 21st march i got a email stating i had to decided what i wanted half refund or work with seller and had until 22nd to answer well i wrote on the 21st and the still closed the dispute and refunded me 282 dollars which is less then half
