I was double charged over $100 for an item I purchased. I can't get the chat function that's so well boasted on your site to load on any internet server. And i've been dropped or reset in the chat queue on my phone four separate times now.
I want my product and I want the extra money taken from me back.
If you can not get back to me in a timely manner and get my money product and money I will never shop here again.

It turned out that my order had nothing to do with the photo on the website. The quality also leaves much to be desired. Needless to say, it's way overpriced. I wish I knew they would send me this crap. And I also regret I didn't read reviews before dealing with this horrible company.
I wanted to return the item, but the shipping cost is too high as the warehouse is situated in China. Sad situation.

I have been trying for over a month to get in touch with anyone who cares! The seller has made me gone around in circles for over a month now! Refusing to contact me or help me resolve an issue, which they placed me in by lying they would send me a new item or compensate me money wise. Doing so, they made me miss the 7 day return! So they purposely knew they would put me in a [censor]position which would leave me stuck with an item that is nothing like the picture! Customer also refuses to help me! They keep lying saying how important my issue is but yet it's also been about 2 weeks if not longer they are not helping..
This is an absolute joke of a company. They just lie, false advertise, and just care about taking your money! They do not give a crap about you! They have [censor] products to sell and really [censor] customer service!

Do not buy anything from dhgate.com
I unfortunately bought a asics trainer from dhgate. The trainers arrived late, not in a box but a plastic bag. The size was incorrect, I ordered a 45 and received possibly a 42 and to make matters worse it was a counterfeit, a fake, a chinese knock-off.
I attempted to contact dhgate to return the trainers, I emailed on numerous occasions, no response. I tried finding their uk number and address - address and telephone, neither is available.
Frustratingly they then send you an email saying that despite my emails informing them of my dissatisfaction and dispute that they have released my money to the retailer because I did not dispute it. Wow!
I have now reported the site to various uk authorities and i'm intent on shutting the site down or at least warning others off the site.
As I said do not buy from this site or company - easier to give your money away.

dhgate is a scam!!! so far 8 months wait on exceptional poor quality counterfeit product.
We placed an order #[protected] through DHGATE portal.
Dress arrived was exceptional poor quality - one sleeve was actually coming out at the waist the other at shoulder height.
We tried submitting a dispute and were not able to.
DHGATE online chat said try different internet browsers,
DHGATE said try different internet ISP,
DHGATE said try different operating platforms,
DHAGTE said upload images less than 5mb
DHGATE said upload images between 1mb and 5 mb
All of this didn't work...so eventually online chat opened case for us.
Since then we have been blocked from facebook page, online chat has blocked us (for three months now) the 14 different email address I have been given FAIL TO RESPOND AT ALL and the one that does simply says to contact the seller.
The seller is unresponsive depite earlier saying they will give us a full refund and to not worry about it!
Messaging DHAGTE through their website simply gets "we are sorry for your bad experience with DHGATE".
It has been 8 months, and since 48 hours after receiving the product we have been chasing a refund, for the last 7 months we have also requested proof that DHGATE complies with IT'S OWN policy and fines the seller for selling counterfeit goods! AS all the images on the sellers page are directly taken from other legitimates stores websites!
When we ring DHGATE international support (AT OUR COST) we get told there is nothing they can do and to email [protected]@dhgate - which surprisingly enough is one of the email addresses that fails to respond.
DHGATE is nothing but a front for selling counterfeit goods and then when you try to get your money back throw up objections!
I would never suggest any one buys anything from DHGATE simply because their customer service is non-existant and that is forgetting about the quality of product, despite DHGATE proudly showing their customer service and trust and protection policies on their website - I have only been asking for seven months for proof of their implementation.
Two words sum DHGATE:_

Got nothing, even though I paid for an expedited shipping. Surprised that irresponsibility like this still exists and that some businesses still can't get their stuff together and start working properly. Their service is horrible as well, nothing good to say about them.
I simply canceled my order and asked for a refund. They refused to do it. Why? they didn't explain, but it's not right, that's what I know for sure... I have never seen so unprofessional staff. I wonder what people work from them, how well they are educated and what countries they are from. It's a huge shame you can't fix it. It's your biggest disadvantage.

I purchased a antler horn chandelier in April. After paying £35 customs it arrived very badly damaged and has parts missing. I have sent numerous messages and photos via the DHGate app. I have not received any replacement parts as promised. They told me they needed more time to find suitable packaging. I have repeatedly asked what is happening but they have not replied. I am really concerned now. At this stage, I would prefer to have a full refund including the cost of customs.

I had purchased an item from this site and come to find out the seller and store didnt even exist but it didnt tell me this until after i had sent and they took the payment. So i went on and tried contacting the seller i had tried before just didnt get any response in days. So i contacted customer service and told them what was going on and told them i wanted to open a dispute they were telling me steps and but the thing is the steps didnt even work so who ever i was talking to contacted their boss and their boaa said he couldnt find it either. So i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and then they told me i had to wait 24 hours technically the seller had one more day. Well coincidentally thd seller marked the item shipped but i messaged them again asking them for prood of the shipment because i knos you can easily mark something shipped but not ship it. And again got nothing back so i contacted customer service again and tried talking to them about it again but yet again they said now i would have to wait 24 to 48 hours before i could do anything. The policy clearly says i can open a dispute if things aren't going like they are suppossd to and if i tried to contact the seller and they dont contact me be oe if we dont figure something out so when i told them this and i asked yo open a dispute they refused to do so. I told them just refund my money and they refused to they kept saying their policy and i was like yes i know what i signed up and your policy says i can open a dispute but they kept moving around it and refused to do so. I told them i was going screen shot the pics of our convo and take them and report the site and show the world all of a sudden our convo closed and wouldnt open back up minutes later it let me open it back up and everything we had talked about just happened to be gone. I placed an order and paid $26.71 US Dollars on 2017-07-29. The sellers listing was for 1 lot comprising 6 items. The Order Detail # [protected].
The seller contacted me advising there was a web site problem and that they were sending me 4 items instead of 6. I replied that the deal was for 6 items, and that if the seller could not supply what I ordered, then he should cancel the deal and return my money.
It has now been 46 days since I placed my order.This is enough time to send a small package from China. I deal with AliExpress and they are good people to do business with. I would like to think the same applies to DH Gate.

We ordered a wedding dress from DHGATE-
It came and was completely wrong - the worst part with one sleeve coming out of the hip. Totally un-useable. We have since found out the seller steals images from legitimate sites and sells extremely poor knock offs.
We have spent over 120 hours on online chat being told we will get full refund and to provide information etc.

hair extensions
I purchased hair extensions on this site by lady virgin hair, the quality of the hair received was poor, absolutely not worth the money. I requested a refund, they agreed that if I sent the product back via "epacket" I will get my money back. NOBODY in the UK knows what an epacket is, I asked every delivery service; I settled for sending it via DHL as that's the courier service that delivered the item. I have contacted the seller numerous times to discuss this, she/he then advises me over 24 hours later that this is not ok, I have provided a tracking number and everything. I want my money back especially as I paid over £40 for the delivery fees to send it back to the provided address.

I purchased a wig from seller zara_us about 1 year ago. I contacted the idiot as soon as I received the item and told the fool it was the wrong product. I was asked to send it to an address in California address and that I would get my money back. I still didn't get my money back.
