DH Gate has got to stop allowing its sellers to force products on buyers. I contacted the seller days before any product was shipped out and DHgate is forcing me to accept the item from the seller. Why not just cancel the order? Now I have to wait for a long arbitration process. The seller has already shipped an item that I told them not too ahead of time so that they did not have to physically take it to a post center. This is crazy.
Desired outcome: I would like all of the orders that are pending resolution to be refunded to me.

I ordered my item on 12/2/22. I kept tracking it and using the app but it constantly glitched. I had been in contact with the seller numerous times on the app and again I could never tell if my message went through because the DHGate app is horrible. But I contacted the seller 2 days ago, on 1/4/23, to inquire about status of the item. The seller responded on 1/5/23 saying he would look into it. I foolishly used the app again to track the item and it glitched again and it now shows item received.
The item has not been received. The app is horrible and now I can’t open a dispute because it shows I pressed the received button and I did not! The app is horrendous and it glitched! I need help because seller is not responding! I just want my item!
I have used DHGate for years and been satisfied but the way the app is set up, it is unreliable and horrible.

DHgate closing my account
I ordered two Items on DHgate and came back days later to track my orders but the site told me "for security reasons, DHgate has closed your account". This is very confusing and terrifying because i ordered stuff and the money for the orders have been taken. Please if this is a way of robbing people of their money it's very dumb and can land the whole business in messy lawsuits that is uncalled for so please i would like to know why my account was closed for no reason and more importantly, i want to know what is going to happen to my orders or if i would get a refund.

I ordered about 6 things from DHgate two days ago. I spent over 100$ on this store with my first work pay check. I wake up this morning to check if any of my orders have been shipped and when I try to log in, DHgate says that they've closed my account for safety concerns. I dont understand, im a first time buyer and im completely dissapointed. I spent earned money and now will I even get my orders?

Afternoon, so I ordered off DH gate yesterday and I ordered two items seperately and both orders I did not receive a confirmation email but I did receive a order number but it's now disappeared, the last time I checked yesterday my orders were waiting shipping, it's now the next day and I logged into my account on my other device to see if my order status is there or has updated, however when I go to my orders nothings appeared.
I have proof of both transaction on my bank statement.

Dear Tom,
Here is a brief narrative of this dispute.
All these are supported by documents on DHgate site.
The cell phone I received was used when I contacted the seller he agreed to pay full refund and the return shipping cost too. He said only use USPS and declare it as Translation pen valued at $15.
REAPEATEDLY, I explained to him that USPS (United States Postal Service) is in USA, I am in CANADA, the package was shipped to Canada.
He said since I did not listen to him I have to the suffer hardship of finding USPS in Canada, “ask around” he said, ridiculing me!
Also he said if I don’t do that I will have to pay for customs and he will not refund me, threatening me!
Suddenly it dawned on me that he is playing mind games with me.
There are only Canada Post, UPS, DHL and FEDEX services for shipping small packages here.
I contacted DHgate customer service and asked for advice, Mariala told me to ship it with whatever service is available here, just make sure it has a tracking number. I chose Canada Post since the other ones where much more expensive (as a Translation pen, as the seller wanted). It was returned because of having a battery in it. Apparently Canada Post does not ship anything with rechargeable batteries.
When you finally contacted me, I mentioned the details to you and you instructed me to ship it again and you would reimburse me.
DHL was the least expensive and I shipped it.
I received a friendly message from dispute center that “we understand your mood” “don’t worry we will send you an email”. Didn’t hear from anyone!
Today I checked my account at DHgate at random and I have a message from Leo telling me to pay customs on the item, which is with DHL in Fujian according to the tracking information, or he will pay the seller by Nov 6! Because I defied the seller and sent it by DHL!
It is a USED phone, made in China, shipped from China and returned to China. What charges?

I am getting so many conflicting, uninformed and unprofessional messages from the seller and DHgate.

I ordered some slippers and a t-shirt. Never shipped. When i went to check the app to see if order finally shipped i couldnt login and apparently my account was closed but not before the company took my money. So now idk if i will get my products. I have been a faithful Dh customer for a few years now and never had an issue but now im pissed. Whatever scam yall are running now is ridiculous. I found this website called DHgate. it looked like a real website, had a lot of good stuff on it at reasonable prices. So I placed an order on Oct 4. it said that it was very fast shipping and delivery within 2 to 3 days.
my order went out on Oct 5.the tracking number they gave me was UT176970878TH. On the 9th September I ordered the above brush from a Seller called Youyiv3. I have never received this item.
I have communicated with this seller a number of times with no satisfaction whatsoever.
I notified them that I hadnt received it and asked for a refund. On the 23 Septemeber they replied and said they were sorry but could I say why I didnt want it..!
I replied I had never received the item.

Ordered product in may. After 6 weeks of seller telling me my item was shipped but provided no tracking info I filed a dispute with Dhgate. Same day I filed my dispute for refund the seller shipped my item. Told seller not to ship that I wanted a refund for lying to me for weeks. DHGATE sided with the seller. BEWARE of this site. No customer service at all. BEWARE!
