Good day. My last order on DHgate was the worst experience i have ever had. I ordered the 10 jersey. When i opened the cargo the items were wrong. For example I wanted a Sancho/10 UCL font Dortmund jersey, but I received a Valverde/15 jersey. The font is wrong on the Milan and Liverpool jerseys. There are no chest or back sponsors on Atletico and Inter jerseys. I messaged to Seller, then wrote to DHgate team, they agreed to pay only 174 dollar. I spent 163.93 dollar for kits, 17 dollar for customs fee, 50 dollar for shipping to resend the Seller for refund. My loss is 57 dollar. I dont lose only money i lose the time. The shipping process lasts 2 weeks. I cannot sell wrong items to customer nobody buys "Dortmund Valverde" because Valverde playing in Real Madrid. Two pieces smelled plastic. The Seller rejects to pay me my money, blaiming me to unclear order . His shop window was right ordered accordingly his shop window, but after manufacture process was almost wrong. I have to send the items today pre paid 50 dollar for cargo. The Seller messaged " This has nothing to do with us, because you did not give us a clear account of the tariff in your previous order. Our company will apply for a subsidy of $8 to you at most" My loss is 57 dollar he get me know about subsidy only 8 dollar. By the way, the Sellers store is closed now, it shows him like unfair Seller.
I am waiting for fair result. It wasnt my mistake, the Seller wasnt accurate and did a lot of mistakes. I want my money
