I placed an order for an iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb yesterday (24/10), the order is not yet to be dispatched til the 31st of October – I have attempted to cancel the order with no luck despite the fact the order is no where near dispatch.
There is no contact information to directly contact Dick Smith in order to resolve this issue, an it states on their website that they only offer store credits as a form of refund (Which is actually illegal according to the ACCC).
Im not happy as I have spent 2,200,
The fact their response times are so slow is frustrating, I need to have my issue addressed before dispatch however they don’t even have a customer service line.
Their website states that orders can be cancelled if the order has not dispatched however I havet had any correspondence, I have sent countless emails and no luck..
Considering they have 2,200 of my money and I only ordered yesterday 24/10 and predicted dispatch isnt for another 7 days, youd think I would be able to cancel? even their website states that I am eligble to cancel my order...
