Digitel dsl internet connection really suck ! alwasy sila promise punta sa house pra connect my mom computer pro hindi naman sila pumupunta, scammer ay naku mag 1 months na wala pa connectin ng mom ko pina pa refund ko nalng pera nya .. sa SMART 3 days lang may connection na at better connection my friends using SMART ... but my mom went again to the office pro ayaw nila bigay refund money nya kasi raw i co connect na sya mamaya then hindi na naman sila pumunta ay naku SUCKs sila kakahiya ...

Hanggang ngayon DIGITEL dsl internet SUCKS! Sa mga nagbabalak magpakabit ng internet with digitel WAG NYO NG ITULOY. Kawawa lang kayo! Mag-pldt na lang kayo. at least sa pldt downtime lang is usually at 2pm pero for around 1 minute lang. sa digitel 1 LINGGO KUNG MAGDOWN ang internet nyo! Tapos kelangan pa na MEGAFOLLOW UP kayo sa office nila BAGO SILA GUMALAW! Magkakarun kayo ng internet connection pero after 2 days mawawala ulit for 2 weeks! And the cicle will go on and on and on hanggang matapos ang pesteng contrata nila! YOUR LIFE WILL BE HELL WITH DIGITEL FOR 2 YEARS!
Promise promise sila na within 1 week may internet connection at phone line na ako pero mag-iisang buwan na follow-up at tawag sa office at sa agent nila bago may pumunta sa amin na magkabit. Tapos naghintay ulit ako ng 4 na araw bago ako nakarun ng access sa internet. Then pagkatapos lang ulit ng 2 araw nadisconnect na naman ako. at after 2 weeks bago nila inayos ang internet connection ko!
Mula application for internet connection hanggang ngayon naging IMPYERNO BUHAY KO SA DIGITEL na yan. di ko naman mapadisconnect dahil sa TUSO nilang CONTRATA na 2 years! Andami nilang requirements from you as if maganda ang service nila pero perwisyo naman ang kapalit. Ang binabayaran ko sa digitel is 1.5MBPS pero ACTUAL AVERAGE SPEED ko is 84KBPS LANG! Ang BAGAL! pano pa kaya yung mga naka 512kbps at 384kbps sa DIGITEL? Tapos iblame ng digitel ang computer ko mabagal daw e HELLO! QUAD CORE ANG PROCESSOR KO 2GB ANG RAM KO 500GB AND HARDDRIVE KO! Mabagal ba yun!
In the first place HINDI KO FIRST CHOICE ANG DIGITEL dahil sa pangit na feedback ng mga kakilala ko. sa pldt sana ako kaso wala na daw silang available na line sa amin dahil sa area namin puro pldt mydsl. napilitan lang ako na mag-digitel due to the insistence of my younger sister for an internet connection!

well kahit complain ka pa sa DIGITEL araw-araw di ka nila papanisinin sasabihin lang nila gagawan lang ng paraan. tama kayo scam na yan at pwede yan kasohan. dito sa subdivision namin isang IP address lang dapat isang IP address isang house at wala silang limit kung ilan lang dapat ang users so naghihina ang connection kasi marami na ang nakaconnect. kahit nga gabi di na ako log-in sa facebook.

Digitel is the worst connection... it's your biggest mistake if you take their low low low low service. Their internet sucks, their telephone service sucks they are the biggest mistake... lalong-lalo na dito sa Ilocos, Internet service nila bulok.

We believed on the good service the digitel can give us, “IM NOT GETTING MORE FOR WHAT I PAYING FOR”! of your internet, because we are not satisfied well to your service and although your agents will not prioritize our problem.
Last September 21, 2011 I applied for Pure DSL 1.0mbps php988 at the same time the amount of php500 for the installation and after 2 days Mr.Voltaire Callo ask for another 1 month deposit php988 for faster installation, he told us that after 3-5 days the internet will be installed but it was only installed after 1 week for many reasons dated on September, 28, 2011 without configuration .On September 29, 2011 one of your technician visit us to configured our system after that as we use our internet connection were not suppose to browse until October 6, 2011 we can’t use our internet connection if you were going to browse it takes a long time to wait. I texted your agents to asks for the problem that I was experience, I didn’t receive any reply from him and it make me FOOL to think what happen to my connection, and your service numb! And deaf! To my concern. That’s why, last October 8, 2011 I decided to visit to your nearest office to complain your poor services and still it is no PROGRESS. I directly go to your customer service for the assistance but in some manners they told me that problem is nationwide connection internet problem started last September 26, 2011. I’m shock! Because they are not informed me. Last Saturday I’ll call your agent Voltaire Callo and he told us that the internet connection is okay and it was function well and I try to browse but it feel insulting because it still worst! No internet connection at all! I don’t know who can I trusted because your agent Mr. Callo and your customer service office is have difference reasons in regards to the connection problem.
According to your agent he mentioned that it is okay to rebate and permanent disconnect our internet without any amount to be paid and our bill is not yet started because I can’t used it at all time. He can also the one to tell us to visit into your good office with the presence of the MODEM for termination. Due to that problem I’ll rather choose to load my GLOBE TATTOO stick just to access internet, it is better to use this because its takes 150kbps but it is fastest compare to your digitel dsl 1.0mbps.

I am subscribe to digitel plan 1Mbps with landline (plan 1199) i have no complaint regarding my internet connection. I am using the 1Mbps to download (with speed of 90-140kbps) and stream media on youtube and facebook as well. For some reasons i think our concerned has been address and MIGHT be, your problem is ONLY concentrated on area's where there are too many DSL subscribers using it in the same time.
Some of my complaints in digitel include :
*double sending a bill (reprinted bill)
*over charging
other than that, i have no problems with them. cal 1200 for fast transaction and... dude... YELL at them... so they will start moving their ###. As for me, I am a satisfied customer...
dude, hindi dapat ganun. well good for you if you're getting what you've been paying, pero it does not mean na if a number of people gets the service they need from the fact that everyone should get it also and then digitel will say that the problem is only concentrated in that area and will eventually consider the excuse to save their motherf***ing ### from providing equal quality service to their customers is not right. kasi yun lagi ang sinasabi nila, na within our area lang ang problem na nirereklamo ko. eh goddamn. parang binabalik lang nila sakin yung problema, theyre not doing anything to solve the problem but to only point the blame to the customers of that area. ### nga eh. remember, pag kayo nagbibigay ng serbisyo, wala dapat difference ang quality at effort na binibigay niyo sa mga customers, dapat lahat walang problema. yung kaso mo naman na over charging, siguro na huli ka lang ng bayad sa cutoff kaya na dagdag lang yung last month's pay po sa current month, well ieexplain naman nun nung customer service, hmm, commendable tong customer service nila about sa bills nila pati payment, sabagay, ito kasing service na to eh tungkol sa profit nila kaya siguro maganda ang service. haha. WTF. napahaba na tuloy, tangina. one of these days sa sobrang banas ko, mag aapply ako bilang operations manager nila at sisibakin ko lahat ng tarantadong ulupong na hindi nagpeperform to meet the standards of my valued customers. tangina, ganon ako magiging dedicated sa inyo digitel! binili lang ata kayo ng pldt to serve their minor markets eh ###. well even if minor markets lang ang kinecater ng subsidiaring company na to ng pldt eh siyempre, every customer wants to feel that they are valued through the service that they're receiving and eventually, they'll not be wearing their sorry f*** face look when they'll be paying their bills for a service which the whole time was only a weekly report from us customers for things to improve on by digitel, ano to libreng organization intervention, haha.
