My boyfriend and I went to dollar tree in willingboro to go get a few things for his children a few days ago. When we arrived there we asked an employee by the name of crystal to help us find a few things. Not only was this woman rude, ignorant and unaware of where things were in the store she works in, she was also under the influence of alcohol. As we spoke to her were smelled liquor on her breath, and I had to hold my sleeve over my nose because I felt sick to my stomach. She was slurring her words, and burping in our faces. She was also texting while she was supposed to be helping us, but after only a few minutes infront of her we both decided it was best to help ourselves. She told us there was no manager there that we could speak to at the time, and I haven't been back to tell anyone. I'm sure it won't matter much if we do complain, because it's pretty unbelievable she hasn't been fired already - it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what she's doing. I'm sure the people that manage her, or hired her don't pay very much attention to their drunk employee's and how they talk to people. The head boss's should really take control of their employees, and as soon as possible - fire this woman before she repulses someone else. If this woman's bold enough to drink on the job, I hope to god she's not bold enough to get in a car. I urge everyone in the area to stay away from there, or you could get a buzz just from standing infront of crystal.

I agree with the two people who responded. When everythings a dollar, why couldnt u find it? You werent shopping at MACYs. And besides. I bet the woman makes mim wage, they have no benefits to speak of. Many of dollar tree employees are on Foodstamps ( fact ) I know many who work for various dollar trees, who can't even makes ends meet. Most employees are Part time and work approx 5 to 25 hours a week. I'm surprised this woman could afford alcohol! Anyway, maybe it happened. maybe it didnt or maybe you know her and you just dont like her?

I don't blame her -- I'd be drunk too if I worked there.

Man its your own fault for not grabbing all your bags. Its not the employee's responsibility to chase you out the door and remind you! I work Dollar Tree and at least one person doesn't grab some/all of their bags then calls later complaining about it. If I don't have a line and I notice before the person get out of the parking I'll do what I can to get their attention but sometimes there just isn't time.

I worked at the dollar tree on 8625 Pendelton Pike, Indianapolis Indiana. Just recently due to the head store manager's unprofessional attitude I ended up leaving during the middle of my shift and making a hard decision to not return. I begin noticing the head store manager's unprofessionalism and rude behavior towards her employees from day one of my employment at this dollar tree. She verbally attacks her employees and belittles them on almost a daily. Especially the other managers who work at this store. She calls them names such as stupid and slow on a regular, right to their faces and behind their backs to other employees and even customers. They were constantly verbally attacked by her. Over time she slowly begins to show her foul mouth and rude attitude and begin to target her stress and anger at me on occasion. On my last day she embarrassed me and yelled at me in front of a line full of customers, I had called her for back up and she ran to the front of the store stomping and screaming at me about how I was slow and telling every customer to get out of my line or they would be there all day. This was only the worst I had received of her unkindness but once again others received much worse. This upset me most because the wasn't even any merit to her comment. The registers were acting up that day and kept declining customers' cards so they were having to repeatedly swipe until it would finally go through.

Customers even refused to get out of my line and go to hers because of the way she was behaving, telling her they would rather stay in my line and be there all day than deal with her.

I am extremely upset I had to walk out just to prevent confrontation with her. I have seen her in action and there is no stopping her backlash when you confront her for her rudeness. She comes at you harder. I enjoyed my actual job here but dealing with her made for a very uncomfortable work atmosphere most days. I will now be put on a do not rehire list because I walked out without notice. Also, I was due to get retro pay for a pay raise that wasn't given till way past the time it was requested by the manager since I quit before being there six months. I feel this is extremely unfair given the circumstances of my sudden departure. I don't know who to directly bring my issues too, but this manager is constantly complained about and nothing is ever done. It's quite sad. I belive this is a form of harrasment and nothing is ever done about it.

Funny how they claim to have "resolved" this complaint but not other complaints that are similar yet just as disturbing as this! Such as manager sexually harassing teen girls, manager who cusses belittles customers and employees, a manager who steals from safe deposit because nobody follows the store manager to bank! Store manager doesn't allow closers to follow her to deposit the money at bank, so store manager Jessica Meja has secretly stolen money, blames used excuses of cashiers for tills being short, lies to DM and GM! I guarantee How Radfrd is a spy inside job personally here? We are on to you Howie [censored]face!
