I work at a vet clinic. You cannot imagine how physically demanding this job is. Today I had to restrain an aggressive Rottweiler that weighs exactly as much as I do. This [censored] is not easy (but I love it). This morning I skipped breakfast because we had an emergency at the clinic, I had to rush there. We don't get a lunch break on Saturdays, we work 6 hours straight and close early. Every Saturday that I work I order pizza for the clinic because, frankly, I can't go that long without eating. I'm starving all morning and finally get a chance to put in an order at your Santa Fe location. I verify the address, pay online, and get my [censored] back to work. At 1:30 I check my email to make sure the order was confirmed, etc... I clicked the link for the "Tracker"... It says my food has been delivered and "we hope you're enjoying it". No the [censored] I am not. I call the store... they hang up on me. I call back. They put me on hold with your obnoxious, repetitive "informative" hold recording for so long that I listened to it several times. Then they hang up on me. We finally close at 2 o'clock and I drive to the store. They guys behind the counter asked me what the address was supposed to be and I told them. Alex (or Andy or Allen?) immediately knows which order it was and proceeds to tell me he went the wrong direction with my food. He said he came back to the store when he realized he went to the wrong place, and the order was cancelled. My first question was why would the Tracker thing say it was delivered, why no email, call, or your website said anything about a problem with the order. My second question was how did he recognize the address if "the machine printed out the wrong address" like he claims. My third question is who doesn't have enough common sense to maybe google the freaking business you're supposed to be delivering food to when you see you're in the wrong spot? Well here comes Dylan to the rescue. "We'll give you a refund". Well that's a [censored]ing given. No apology, no kind of sense of responsibility from anybody. I've ordered food from you guys so much for all of us in that clinic and I'm treated like they didn't give a damn that obviously people are hungry and in need of food and can't currently leave their places of business. I mean, isn't that the whole point of pizza delivery? Is that what kind of place you run, "Put in an order and good luck, we'll see if you get to eat"? Don't worry. I'll be supporting some local pizza joints from now on.
never received a pizza and they took money from my account
I order two pizzas and bread sticks never revived any of it and they took my money really pissed need my money back or police will be called they did not take my name just phone number and when I went to get the pizza cause it wasn't delivered they said the order was being deliver I left and the pizza never showed up but I have where they took the money from my account

At 615 on weds May 95th at 650 was not ready all the workers there thought so funny a bunch of laughing women carting on like they had no job they so called apologized have me 2 pizza one half raw one almost burnt I love the Philly cheese steak pizza thought yes downsize u don't deliver . but u only pizza place that makes this in my area never again it was 715 before I got my pizza on a pickup order it should never take an hr to get a pizza made and service from youtmr people was awful

Order a medium pizza and boneless wings. My order arrives in 40 minutes. The delivery guy even confirmed, "medium pizza and wings?" Yes! I open the box and it's full of bread. I call dominos around 8 and spoke with Alisa and explained my order was delivered incorrectly. She apologized and said they will send the wings over. I specifically asked if i have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes. Alisa replied no only about 15 to 20 minutes. I called back about 10 minutes later and asked to speak with the manager who is Cameron. He apologized for the error and confirmed my food would be delivered as a matter of fact his delivery guy was just about to leave the store when we spoke around 8:08. My wings didn't arrive until 8:32pm. Keep in mind I live 4 minutes away. When I called back to speak with the manager again he refused to come to the phone and had Alisa speak for him. Not a good manager at all and not very honest. I just don't like being told lies.

I ordered a pizza online it told me it would be ready in 32-42 minutes. It told me my price was 8.63. I told the computer I would pay when i got there. Call the pizza place 25 minutes later to make sure my order was ready before I picked it up because I have a 5 year old that I'm feeding and I'm just trying to get it and go home. They couldn't find my order I had to re-order at 7:10pm and it won't be ready til 7:50pm seriously! Don't order online it sucks!
So I have to totally redeem the dominos on loop 250 in midland tx after the online order that they messed up I went to pick up my new order at 7:50pm it was ready she gave me a free 2 liter coke and a container of red bell pepper I was trying to pay for it but she didn’t take it sine they messed up! That was amazing! Thank you for great employees dominos I had to tip her extra even for a carry out

I ordered a pizza from dominos here in Richmond when it arrived I could not even it all cheese toppings had slid to 1 side or came all way off plus did not feel cooked thoroughly could not get slices apart when I tried I am attaching pics I did get wings and garlic bread too that filled me up I threw pizza away. How every driver was very nice and order accurate!

We pulled into the store at 1140pm, the sign said open till midnight Sunday nights, door was locked, employees ignored us, so we called in, they refused our order. Address was Dickerson drive Nashville TN. I wish I was an undercover boss cause that's not how Domino's works!

I called and orders a pizza over the phone and the female taking my order was rude and unprofessional. After 2 hours of waiting (assuming they were just busy) I finally called and asked how long my delivery would be they said they never even had my order on file! I asked to speak with a manager they told me there is none available at this time. How ridiculous! Because of this absolutely unnecessary incident this dominos location will never ever get my business again. (Beware that place needs a serious overhaul)

Just found that our Dominos stopped delivery in our area. We order sometimes 3 times a week at our local Dominos. Also my Mother in law who lives next door orders from there as well. We always give our delivery person a $5.00 or greater tip. They always say they live driving out our way. U just was wondering why the new zoning for delivery drivers. It's 6 miles always. I can't believe that's too far. All other pizz place in the same area deliver to our neighborhood.
large pizza and sandwich
I came in to my local domino's two days ago for a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I told the cashier that I am allergic to mushrooms and she informed me there would not be any on anything I ordered. My husband and I decided to finish our food today and the other half of my sandwich was covered in mushrooms and found pieces on our pizza. I am 8 months pregnant and an allergic reaction could have been deadly for my child and i!

I asked for a cheese pizza with light cheese and got a pizza with just sause. No cheese. A red pizza with sauce. So when I asked to get the order fixed. The manager tells me He's the one who made it and he's not doing anything about it. So I told him I would come and bring him the pizza and he hung up on me. Ordered online was into basketball game noticed it has been hr since ordered pizza look on app it says delivered . Called dominos 3-4 times it was the computer for so long that the call hung up . Driver called 2.5hrs later he shows up with cold pizza and is laughing saying sorry not his fault it took so long to get here . I said it has been 2.5 hrs I should be sleep by now pay and tip driver .then come inside to have two cold pies that are dry it was worst experience with dominos ever.

I ordered last night and was told 1 to 1-1/2 hours, I agreed to this .at the 1:40 mark I called and was told they had no manager there and it sucked to be there, I asked and how is this my problem? the response was it was my problem, then I asked if me was wanting to give you my money for your service how could this be my problem, then he said well the food was ready to go out the door. I told him are you still asking that I pay for this he said no and honored it.45 minutes later the food arrived not fresh of course. unsanitary workers
I ordered two pizza's yesterday, 5/3/18 and some dessert. I went to pick it up and paid the person. The person who took my money then went to make pizza, didn't wash his hands or wear gloves which is extremely unsanitary and disgusting! I told the store employees and their answer to me was "we will remake your pizza". I told them no, I want a refund which I received. This is a disgusting way to do business and I am letting everybody know never to order from Dominos because of how unsanitary they are! I haven't ordered from Dominos in over 20 years since the last incident and that was on the news and now I will never order your pizza again. I will also post this on social media so everybody will know how unsanitary your stores and workers are...shame on Dominos!

Staff members are very disrespectful and rude. They've made fun of my name on several occasions. When I ask a question they laugh about it or ignore sometimes they walk away and stand in the back chatting. Also I always get a notification that my order is ready for pick up but whenever I get into the store it takes an additional 20 minutes before my food gets ready.

All the cheese was stuck to the top of the Box on my pizza. I also ordered a Habanero sauce on the side along with my Habanero chicken sandwich sauce did not come. Two marinara sauces and they didn't come either. My cheesy bread was burnt as well. I have only ordered from this location a handful of times and the last 2 times were terrible. I should get what I pay for and that's all I ask.

We ordered a cheese pizza on 4/21/18. It was of substandard quality and not fit for human consumption. Unfortunately we ordered this for our kid in our absence and she didn't eat. We understood her decision to not eat dinner when we got home later that night to find the poor quality elastic pizza. unsanitary pizza making
I went to pick up a pizza this past weekend, and as I went to the counter, I could see en employee in the back, making a pizza, with his bare hands. I was very disturbed at seeing this, as human hands can have a plethora of bacteria or even open wounds. I am writing this complaint in hopes that this establishment will up its hygiene standards and require its employees to wear gloves while handling and processing food.

So much for an easy dinner!
I ordered 3 take away pizzas and 2 garlic breads last night (1/5/18) for pick up at 6 o'clock under the name of Kate. Once I got home within 5 minutes and opened the pizzas they looked terrible. There was very little topping, you could see light through the pizza when held up to the light. The pizza also had no taste and was bland. One pizza was chicken and bacon rasher. There was virtually no chicken and very little bacon.
I am very disappointed as my 3 children were still hungry and I had to prepare another meal for them. The point of getting the pizzas was to have an easy night and not have to spend time preparing a meal.
The cost of the meal was $27.32. I would request a full refund as I will not be purchasing anymore pizzas from Domino's Swansea (Ph [protected])
