mistreatment of emps/drug use on the job
5424 (Milan, TN) has been mistreating employee by not giving any form of a break for 8 or 12 hr shifts. Also, I believe the GM has been using marijuana on the clock as well as being very disrespectful to employees. "Maybe working's just not for; maybe you should be on disability instead." And threatening to commit suicide on the clock: "Maybe I should shoot myself; I have a gun at home" doesn't not seem like someone I would want running my store if I were upper management. Then firing an employee when I believe guidelines for the ADA have not been followed and other situations which have been talked about prior to this final incident on more than a few times shows me that this GM cannot do their job at the highest regards and would instead decide to behave childishly at a place of business. Each of these events have eyewitness(es) or have been talked about with the Area Supervisor at one time or another. I would like this dress up GM to be dealt with before this goes further.

Reckless delivery driver on the road. I witness a Dominos Pizza delivery driver get into a confrontation on the Pali Highway with another driver. The driver wouldn't allow the other driver to merge. Then the Dominos driver slowed down his car rolled down his window and started yelling at the other driver. The other driver seemed very surprised that the driver slowed down his vehicle to say something on a busy freeway. Really disappointed at Dominos service!
Incident happened around 5:45 pm on Thursday January 4, 2018. Driver was driving a black Nissan sedan. Driver was headed towards the downtown Honolulu Bishop Dominos store phone number [protected].
I contacted store when I got home and spoke with a worker at around 6:45 pm. I got no help when I reported the incident! I seemed like I was talking to the driver of the incident because he just ignored what I was saying and hurried me off the phone. I would appreciate feedback and a response by Dominos on this matter. It was a very disturbing and dangerous situation on the road!

Ok I order 2 pizza and cookie at 9:50. I didnt get pizza until 12:20. The pizza was cold. Cookie was hard. Deliver driving told my brother that I didnt have to sign the recipe because he going to try to cancel the order. I call the store to see what he meant about trying to cancel my order that has not been cancel. My card was still charge. A woman pick up the phone at the store and saidbwe not accepting no more deliver and hung up. Sje didnt say hi hey nor hello. And did not wait for a response. This is the third time my pizza. Was deliver late and cold. Im just not complaining about it cause I bought pizza for 5 kids and it took forever for it to get here the kids went to sleep hungry. I moved here from Georgia 1.5 years ago. I have been a long time Domino's customer. I ordered pizzas the first month I was here and it took for ever to get here and it was cold. I tried again later that month and had the same results. I gave up at that point and started using other pizza delivery.
I decided to try again today and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get here and it was cold. I will not be using Domino's in Green Vally Az again.

my meal and customer service
I ordered a medium pizza, a Philly steak sandwich and a salad. My food was delivered cold and when I sent it back to be remade, the delivery driver slammed his door and peeled out leaving marks in my driveway. I called the store to let the mamager know and she was extremely rude, told me she would just cancel my order and argued with me about remaking my food. I have been waiting for over two hours for my food and still dont have it.
Why would you want to eat anything from there now, since you have p*ssed off the employees?

I called Domino's Pizza Urdesa at 11:50pm. I was on the phone with them for around 8 minutes. Then they realized my address was outside their geographical coverage so they transfered me to Domino's Pizza Los Ceibos. It was 11:58pm. However the person that took my call said it was 12:10am and that they could not take delivery orders past 12am. I told her it was 11:58pm and she said I was correct but that their clock was not working well and said it was 12:10am and that because of that they could not take my ordee. I said I had been on the phone for around 10 minutes with her colleague from Urdesa and that I had made my call with plenty of time before the cutoff time. The person agreed but said she could not take my order. I asked the person to transfer me back to Urdesa. There they said once again that because of geographical coverage they could not take my order. I said I would pay extra for the delivery outside their geographical coverage, but they still said they couldn't take my order. I asked them to call Los Ceibos and tell them to take my order considering I had originaly called with plenty of time before the cut off time. They out me on hold for a while and when they came back they said Los Ceibos has told them they had a problem with their clock and could not take the order. The person said she had talked to Los Ceibos' supervisor and that there was nothing that would make them take my order. I said I was going to write a complaint and they told me it was ok.
This is defintely not the srandard I would expect from an international franchise. I lost time I could have used ro call Papa Johns or other local franchises that also close at 12am. I have always been a loyal Domino's customer but will now change to another brand as first choice.

Why are you trying to order pizza right at closing? Even if it was 11:50pm, there is no way your pizza can be made and picked up (or delivered) by midnight, when they close. Next time, use better time management.

I placed an order on line at 10:51am on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. The order was for delivery to my son's high school. The pizza tracker stated that it would be ready and delivered with in 18-28 mins of the time the order was placed . At 11:20am I decided to go online and track my order. I entered my phone number and there was no order found. I called the location on the confirmation email and was told by Fred that my order was canceled because they are no longer allowed to deliver to the school per the principal. So I asked the rep when was I suppose to receive that notification? It wasn't emailed to me that my order was canceled. He then stated that by this time it's 11:35(the time in which my son's lunch time has started) he said he was just about to call.
I had no problem with them not being able to deliver the pizza to the school. My problem was not being contacted immediately! The purpose of my ordering was that my son who forgot his lunch at home could eat. I'm at work and no one could take him food to eat. When the order was canceled I should have been called right after the cancel button was hit. My child ultimately didn't get anything to eat because I didn't have enough time to contact another restaurant.
Desirable resolution: I would like the same other that I placed on 12/20 at no charge.

I ordered a pizza (free because of my coupon) at 1:38. Email confirmation siad 25-35 mins wait. At 2:30 I called and spoke to the manager Glen. He said another driver just arrived to help and the order would be out shortly. When I complained about the long wait he said it takes his computer awhile to catch up with online orders. I asked about the tracker. The pizza was checked at 1:58. He said that has nothing to do with it. He put it in the oven a few minutes ago. He then got angry when I said it had been almost an hour. I ordered pizzas for my family on 12/8/17, from the store on meridian rd in Bellingham Washington 98225, My food was delivered to a neighbors house by mistake, my neighbor forged my name to my bank account and took my food and no one from the store called to tell me. I then called in because my husband and child who were at home waiting for this food called to tell me that after an hour and 15 minutes their food was still not there. I then called in to speak to someone about my order and was told my pizza was already delivered and was put on hold and sent to the driver named Adam who then informed me he made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong house and that they told him they would call and let me know, no one called to let me know. I then asked for his managers name and he told me Joe was the manager on duty. I called back to the store and a young girl answered I then explained who I was again, the problem and that I would like to speak to her manager, she said rudly, this is she.. I explained my situation again, and she inturupted me to tell me that I personally from my phone was the one who called to tell her specifically that the order was delivered to the wrong address, I then explained to her there was no way that was possible I was at a work event not even at home and I did not know it was never delivered until my husband called me at 10 minutes to 10pm to tell me it was still not delivered, and that I never spoke with anyone. She told me that it was impossible that she is not wrong, and I respectfully disagree . I than asked her for her managers name and she refused to give it to me, then gave me her email with her name right on it. The manger responsible for the mistake made on her shift tonight is Ashley, she has zero customer service skills, and from working in customer service for 13 years, I will not accept this, I was never brought my entire order and no body cared that someone forged my name and cost your company money. Unacceptable, I will not accept this kind of service from a company of this caliber. This is the second incident ive had due to this stores incompetent crew... Something needs to be done. The driver got stuck on my retaining wall when backing out and he had to get a town truck to help him get out. I can say that I have lived in this house for 14 years, and this is the first person incapable of backing out of my driveway and getting stuck. He damaged my wall in the process and I want Domino's or the driver to repair the minor damage to the wall (see pic attached).
I have called the store 2X and still waiting on the manager to call me back. It's been 3 days and no response from them. I need help with corporate to get this resolve before I take legal action for destruction of property against Domino's.

I just received one of my many orders of dominos once again it was wrong, they forgot my dip cup after I paid almost a $1 for it and just said sorry and closed the door, not offering to go back to get it when it's right up the street from me. This has happened to me 3 times now last time they forgot 2 of my toppings. We placed an order online to use our free pizza we had earned. We also added a pasta dish, sandwich, and dessert all from the $5.99 menu, along with a soda. The total came to $27 and some change and then we rounded up for st Jude. We used a cc for payment. It was processed and the tracker started moving. 20-30 min later, our driver pulled up and told us we owed $40 and some change. We informed him that was not correct because our total was less and that we paid online. He was rude and hateful and stated "no, you owe us $40 and I am not leaving without my money" we showed him the receipt we printed for $28 and he said "well you can call if you want my phone is off so I can't" so we first pulled up the receipt on the email and it was completely different than the original receipt we had printed. It didn't show the free pizza and everything was a dollar or two more than what we were originally charged. We also checked and saw the credit card was not charged so we called to see how we could rectify the situation. We had to wait 10 min to speak to someone and the driver huffed and moaned and groaned the entire time. Once we got on the phone we were treated by even more disrespectful and hatefulness. They even YELLED that our card was not charged. At that point we said that he could just bring the pizza back to the store and he shouted "peace out, " slammed the door and then burned out of our drive way. We are frequent customers of dominos and know that this is not normal of the company but I wonder how many people this particular store may be pushing away from your business.
