horrible service and response to customer issues
Placed order online as always as my family and i are regular customers with lackland location store in st.louis, mo. But, unfortunately tonight was very different in a bad way!. I placed my online order and applied coupon as always as i have done many times before was offered a free pizza that their computer system wouldn't let me redeem.I was a little upset but i looked past that but then after i check out with using same online coupon as always ended up being charged almost 30 bucks for 2 medium pizza's and a 2liter coke.noticed glitch that happened with online order and immediately began to try to contact store manager Alex to rectify the situation when i got a busy signal so figuring they were taking another customer's order i called back shortly and got no answer realizing i was being ignored by whom ever didn't want to do their job and answer the phone got accused of not paying when i did. I would like resolution on security issue but dominos dosnt have number to contact for customer service. They tell you to contact store location to resolve. Contacted the store and got a run around.

i'm complaining about an order that has never arrived to my home
Pedi dos pizzas a las 5:50 toma mi orden el señor Richard llamo a las 6;11pm para saber si mi pizza salio y el mismo señor Richard dice que ya el delivery viene en camino espero hasta las 7:27 y me decido volver a llamar a la tienda espero 20min para que atiendan mi llamada y contesta el señor Richard y me dice que mi tarjeta no paso pido hablar con el manager porque como es posible que me hagan esperar 2 horas y 30min por una orden y el me pidio todos mis datos y porque no llamo para explicar lo que paso con mi orden? 19min despues me atiende la manager KARINA quien me trata de explicar lo mismo que el joven EXCUSANDOLO. Llevo dos malas experiencias en esta tienda que no saben atender a los customer me decidi a enviar mi queja hoy ya que espere 2 horas y 30min eso es una falta de respeto y de etiqueta hacia los clientes espero que tomen en cuanta mi queja y que haga algo al respeto.

Before I was able to get a picture, one of your employees (manager Heather Hopkins, in Chatham Kent Ontario) posted a picture of a stray cat she had found and brought into the store she works at, claiming it was a stray and needed to be cleaned and find its home. Frankly its disgusting that your employee would bring a stray animal in from outside, let alone let it walk all over the back prep table where food is made and prepped for later. My husband and I ALWAYS order from Dominos and I will no longer be ordering from any of the Chatham Kent branches as I do not know which one she works at and refuse to get sick from cat feces making its way into my food.
I assume that at most what Domino's could tell the employee would be not to do it again.

My address 4670 hwy 20 Florence AL comes up 1836 Darby drive, Florence AL. store...I have received my orders before as it comes up as my store, , tonight Nov 4TH, your manager rudely canceled my order, refused to delivery my order by saying that store doesn't come this address, I explain to him, that store comes up as my store online and my past orders have been delivers! He canceled my order told me call another place his drivers would not come and hung up! Poor, very poor management and something should be done!
Management does have the right to refuse service to anyone, whether or not you believe it's warranted. Is it possible their delivery area has changed or that they didn't have sufficient staffing?

The last time I ordered from Dominos in my neighborhood it took them over 40 minutes after the food left the restaurant for them to even bring my food. This time I ordered a medium pizza half cheese & half with toppings. I am home sick as a single mother & ordered out for my kids. The food gets here & toppings are on the whole pizza. I call & the guy tells me to give them this pizza back & they will bring me a new one. The few times I have ordered from this establishment I have had issues. This will be my very last time ordering from Dominos as the customer service is very unpleasant & I have been displeased with each order I have placed.
crust tastes like chapstick
I ordered a pineapple pizza from Domino's in Pembroke, NC and upon eating the crust of my first slice I discovered a taste like chapstick. I assumed maybe it was just the first slice that tasted weird, but three slices in, I'm skeptical of eating the remaining slices as the taste of chapstick is very unpleasant. Is there a new recipe that I'm unaware of that would cause a weird aftertaste? If not, this is very unsettling.

I've actually noticed this the past two times I've ordered from Domino's here in Alabama and actually just discovered this complaint while googling if anyone else had tasted the same thing! It's a very recent thing as well. I got some of their bread twists last week and noticed it then for the first time, the strange aftertaste of chapstick. Today I bought a pizza and got the same taste from the crust. They must have changed something with their dough!
I doubt it should taste like chapstick. I would take the pizza back with your receipt to the location of purchase.

Domino's is my son's favorite pizza. We drove far away from where we lived to have our 1st dine in experience on Thursday 11/2/2017. It was VERY disappointing. The service was bad. There were several employees scurring around in the back yelling at each other. The female manager never greeted us. She scowled the whole time we were there & yelled at her staff. We received no plates or utensils with our dinner. I asked for pepper & crushed red peppers & was told there was an extra charge. I was SO disappointed. I use to work for Domino's in the late 80's. It's changed so much & not for the better. I think Domino's is trying to compete with Pizza Hut's dine in restaurant. Domino's needs to stick with delivery & carry out ONLY. We won't be back!

The app doesn't allow you to order pasta breadbowls if it's not without a credit card or even via phone. Why am I limited to what I want to order online when it's on the menu. I should be able to pay cash. Not just by card. Also when I called they said they don't prepare them if you go to the store and pay cash either. That's the most ridiculous thing ever. Your service is becoming worse and worse by the second . This sucks !
my whole experience
I ordered two pizzas, and an 8 piece boneless chicken for delivery on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 at about 6 pm, and was told it would take 30 minutes, I expected 45 minutes because it has never taken less time than that. An hour goes by, and I call the store to ask about my food that still has not arrived. Someone answered the phone, and told me that a manager had just walked out on them, and I was very understanding especially since I imagine that can be a stressful situation. Another 45 minutes go by and we still have not gotten our food. My boyfriend and I both work in food, and understand that it can be stressful to be understaffed, and be down a manager, but we were starting to get upset because it had almost been 2 hours, and there is really no excuse for that. When I called the 2nd time I was told that they were under staffed, and my food was ready, and just waiting to be picked up, and they promised it would take no more than 15 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and we still do not have our food, and I decide to call a 3rd time, and asked to talk to a manager. I was having a hard time understanding the man I was talking to, and told me that I would get a percent off of my next order if I just told the person I was talking to that. When I told him that 20 minutes had gone by since I last asked about my food and was told it was ready, I was sure that it would not be fresh anymore. He kept saying that "We always deliver fresh, and if your food is not warm when it gets there I will make you a new order and deliver it to you for free." Well if you ask me fresh, and warm are not the same thing, and when I tried expressing that he would not have it. When our food finally got to us over 2.5 hours later the girl delivering said it was her second day, and that there was a manager fired, and another walked out that day, and that one of the delivery guys had signed in as a manager to take care of some things. Which really upset me because I'm not really sure that the man I spoke to was really a manager. The food was good, but barely warm. I am asking to please be given a full refund. I do not want the percentage off or anything all we want is a refund of our money. Thank you very much for your time.

Today Thursday November 02, 2017 I went into the Dickerson pike location in Nashville, Tn. Anna (I believe she's the lead/ supervisor) asked one of the ladies to get my order while she was helping someone else. The other ladies laughed as if her asking them to take my order was unheard of. One of the ladies FINALLY came to the register to take my order, but her other co- worker comes with her and again they start laughing and joking (order still isn't placed😠) Now Im waiting for my order which took 30 minutes for 1 large pizza. They continue to play using tons of profanity, sexual ecplicits and even throwing things at each other. I reached a boiling point and told them all how unprofessional and rude they were being. I walked out VERY upset wanting to say the heck with the pizza. I let them all know that I will be in contact with corporate and no one even attempted to offer an apology. Their behavior was DISGUSTING! What's even more sad is I frequent this Dominos a lot and their behavior is ALWAYS inappropriate but tonight it was on a different level. Anna and their was a black male in the back were the only two who have good service the others need to be reprimanded asap! I definitely look forward to a response to my complaint. Sincerely,

I called in my order for my free pizza due to earning enough rewards points...when the driver arrived (70 minutes later) he told me it was $3.81 for delivery fee. Well I had no cash on me at that time & why didn't they tell me that when I placed the order. I thought my pizza was FREE. Well he was rude & left with my pizza. I called the store to speak with manager but she could not even speak english. So I had no dinner last night. Now tonight I call the store to see if I can still get my so-called free pizza costing me $3.81 but no answer at all. It is 11:00 pm ...store hours are until midnight tonight. I called several times but no answer. Yea I am complaining!

First off I am not a kid or a person looking for a free bee. This is not about money. I have been ordering pizza from dominos same town for almost 20 years. And frequency had clutches here and there. But today takes the cake. I ordered my regular pizza light sauce I have always ordered and person repeated order back to me. I arrived said pizza done 1 minute so quickly a little girl took my money. I waited 5 minutes and asked again told coming out. Another 5 minutes still no pizza. I know they forgot and made asap when arrived and lied to me. After making me angry and watching delivery drivers laugh and carry on about there delivery nd me getting more angry. Finally out it comes and than no sorry. They have the nerve to ask if I paid that is it over the top angry. If this ever happens again I am done with dominos

not honoring coupons
I have a wildlife coupon for dominos and they absolutely refused to honor it. They said that the wildlife learning center was "illegally" printing coupons and that they won't accept it. I officially HATE dominos and they are the only pizza place I'd eat at. No more pizza for me unless it's Digirno. Can't go wrong when I'm the one cooking. Shame!

pizza and the employees are the worst talking to people
Every time I order from the store my pizza takes over an hour and 45 minutes to get here its even burnt or is not the right pizza and it's like the 3rd 4th time and I'm just getting tired of it so I suggest somebody please contact the store and talk to him. After waiting 15 minutes on hold I called back...same thing...called back and hollered hey to get her attention to let her know I'd held for close to 30 minutes so she proceeds to tell me that I may as well come in to order because I'm still going to be waiting! I am complaining about not getting my free pizza
So I ordered Domino's earlier today at work for a coworker and myself. When I arrived home I decided I'd like to order some more Dominos cuz my sister came over . now it showed on the screen that I had a free pizza to redeem and I did. When I arrive to the store it show that there was two pizzas on my order but I know for a fact I only ordered one pizza and that was the one free pizza. so I was expecting the total to be $1 and some change because that's what my total came up to on my cell phone when I ordered. I kindly describe to the person who was in charge of my order that I did not order this other pizza so I'd like to redeem my free pizza and just go she told me I was unable to do so because I was being charged for the other piece of which I did not order. I told her that I would not be paying for the pizza and she did not want to hand me over my free medium Pizza I told her that I'd pay the remaining balance for my free pizza but I was not going to pay for the other one. she told me since I am canceling the other order she would have to charge me now for the free pizza which would be $9 and some change I told her no I would not be paying for that and I left. I would like my points back on my account for my free pizza because I did not receive any pizza. so if that could happen that would be extremely good cuz I have obviously been buying here for a long time and I'd like my free pizza.

I called Dominos Pizza in Waterbury Ct at 77 Meriden Rd. 10 times and they finally answered the phone and said cld u hold! Well I've been holding for 30 minutes and no one has gotten back to me for my order! This is unprofessional and not right at all! I run my local dominoes. What you need to do, instead of complaining on this forum, is file a formal complaint with corporate via their website. Your complaint will be handled by a corporate employee, above store level. The complaint will also be forwarded to the owner and supervisor of that specific franchisee. Not only are the corporate employees great at handling your concerns, somebody from that franchise is required to contact you, to follow up on the issue. As a general manager, I find this completely unacceptable and I would never allow my staff to do this and get away with it. Go above their head, sometimes that's the only way.
pizza and coupons
We ordered a coupon 14.99 large 3 topping pizza with 16 piece bread bites. I also ordered a 2 liter coke. Well the order came we got the pizza which was under cooked and floppy 2 liter coke and no bread bites. I called the store and they told me i didn't order the bread bites and they wouldn't replace the pizza. I spent 25 dollars and 30 cents on an order that was incomplete and badly made. I want my money back.
